The Fire Nation is one of the world's four major nations. Geographically, the continent is located on the planet's equator in the western hemisphere. The Fire Nation is also home to almost all Firebenders. The Nation is ruled by a leader, the Fire Lord.

The Air Temples are home to the Air Benders and Air Nomads. There are four Air Temples, one temple residing at each corner of the world. You can only get to these temples by a flying bison.

The Earth Kingdom is a massive continent taking up most of the planet's eastern hemisphere. It is home to most of the world's earth benders.

The Water Tribes are divided into two nation-states. The Southern Water Tribe resides are the South Pole while the Northern Water Tribe resides at the North Pole. The Water Tribe is home to and order of men and woman who water bend. The Water Tribe also has stealthy warriors.
