"Yes well I know the rituals I need, however I need more than what is written... I need knowledge of their personalities to possibly reach whatever good is left in them, I need ibis feathers to power the purification ritual, I need an incredible amount of power to beat back the shadow long enough to do it..."

"Ah, so -thats- why you came to me." She noted as he mentioned the ibis feathers, she'd been keeping them safe. "Their personalites? Well I can't say we've got close enough to them to -ask- feychild. And I cannae imagine there are many who know."
She paused in thought.
"Knowin' ones personality...well, knowin' my personality like you claim to hasn't helped yer much."

"That is because I am not a diplomatic person..." he pointed out "I give varis or slath the information and they may be able to save them..." he pointed out as if it was obvious "And as to finding out the information we do what we always do, we research... we dig up the past we have lost"

Malach's ears swivel towards the pair as the conversation turns to talk of the corrupted sons of the pharoh. His eyes flash in thought for a moment as he considers whether to speak up. Finally he speaks in a raspy voice that carries over to the pair. "I seem to recall one of our number had a, what's the technical term? Temporal incident? Where they saw event's of the pharoh's court before athesia went to the dogs. I believe one or more of these sons was involved. Perhaps they could help give you an insight into their personalities?"

"You mean the group I was a part of Malach?" Marcellus said, voice dry as he turned to regard the tiefling with one icy blue eye "I need more than that, I only have enough information on one son and I would like more on him anyway" he said simply

"Appologies, I could not remember which of us was involved. Feel free to ignore me from now on, since I clearly have nothing more I can add"

She subdued a chortle, nodding in greeting to malach. "now now marcellus no need to be so bitter. Malach was only trying to help. Hows yer 'new' sister doing malach? Fittin in well? Anyway, we're in a tavern. If yer dont buy me another ale feychild i cant give yer no help."

"as a matter of scholarly interest...how did you find me anyway?"

"If you are going to drink in my presence at least drink something decent" he said, taking out a flask and pouring her a drink "Oh and because I know you will question my intent..." he said before taking a sip "See just drink" he pointed out before chuckling "Well apart from the fact you are not exactly stealthy how many divination rituals do you think I have committed to memory?"

Aye, my sister's holding up well. I've managed to find her somewhere to stay here, and I'm teaching her how to fight, this will NEVER happen to her again!

"Good to know, though she must have had quite the raw power in the first place, she was the only survivor we found in that village. Or maybe fate intervened, who am I to know. though I dunnae believe in such things."
She looked suspiciously at the drink, even when he tested it first.
"If you can find me when all I did was go for a drink on a whim quite by chance, then yes, I consider that somewhat suspect, aye? And if yer can do that, I don't put it past yer to be able to concoct a tincture that works on dwarves and not your folk... But then again, If I'm supposed to be trustin' and helpin' yer out..." She took it from him and downed the glass; well, for a few seconds, before it was pretty much spat back in his face, or in this case chest due to her shorter stature.
"Yer Tryin' ta poison me? Tastes like what me ma used to wash me mouth out with when me words weren't so civil!"
