perhaps if we cut short the meetings of each of the roles a little and then a representative or two from each group have their own meeting with the interests of their group to speak of resources and organisation. |

A good idea Aurzel however I think it would be beneficial for all members to be in the room while this is being discussed. Well all members that would like to listen in. Only have the representatives of each group talk and let the audience listening in raise there hands if they wish to speak. This will mean we have a clear concise message and goals set out before the council. Further discussions and changes can of course take place further during the council talks. |

A good amendment. This way we can know what our goals are, what resources we need for upkeep and are available for defences/upgrades/archaeology. As the heroes we can also nominate one or two people responsible for organising us so that the generals know who to come to about evacuations (if Flint wants to continue doing it, great). Hopefully we wont be confusedly asking everyone about everything like the first day or two of this council. |

It wasn't really fair of me to appoint myself as a kind of 'hero manager' without the consent of the other heroes, so for that i apologise. However my actions were neccesary in the situation and don't need defending. It's worth pointing out that theres almost as many generals and lords these days as heroes. In the old days we could get away with half the heroes evacuating, reasuring or scouting, but now the kingdom is bigger and are numbers limited, so we need everyone. Also I understand that luxuries can be used to train some heroes as battlefield heroes, though i'm not sure who can do the training or how much this costs exactly. Ceryndra appeared to be an effective asset to the generals with this ability, prehaps it is worth investing in others? Edited by Flint Flagon, 24 Nov 2011, 21:43.

Forgive me if I sounded like I was reprimanding you, you took charge and attempted to organise us where myself and Havwarlen failed, I admire that. If we can get more heroes in on assisting the generals it would be very helpful as we can evacuate and aid armies during the same day. |

It wasn't anything to do with what you or anyone said, it was just something that I felt was right to say. I know what it is liked to be bossed about, so I feel a bit of guilt about it.

Don't. You performed admirably from what I saw. |

I do think we are over complicating things. 2 representitives etc. The only issue I have seen is the scholars not getting enough wood for their archiology. Now if we devote say all of Frekki's Wood to Archiology then that should suffice. My wood will go to improving frekki's land and that leaves Marcellus and Ashtan to use their resources where the rest is needed e.g. improving lands and generals. As for metal, food, residuum and stone I have never seen a big issue with sharing however that might be because of my large donations to the generals and with me now having the ability to improve tools I may want to spend some resources doing that. |
