Reika shook her head slowly, it seemed the man was too shocked to even speak, after all it was uncommon for normaln citizens to see elves roaming around. And like Reika it was probably his first time seeing an elf. Reika looked the woman in the face and tried to see a sign of trickery, but was unable to read anything from her face. Giving up she shrugged and asked "Hmm well it seems like a good offer, but it's a very difficult decision, I mean if we accept then we'll have to go all the way or be jailed for treason, you wouldn't mind comming back tomorrow would you?" |

Reika smirked, "I thought you elves were supposed to be wise?" Reika looked at the dark sky before replying, "If I decide not to go, and I report it to the soldiers, then what, I'm not sure a group of rioting villagers can stand up to a well prepared army." Reika noticed Gan giving her a foul look but ignored it, "You must be really stupid or really confident to tell me such a thing" she finally said before turning around and heading back to the tent. |

Reika ignored the elves words and continued on back to the tents, she was sure the man was following her, probably to keep an eye on her to make sure she didn't open her mouth to any soldiers. Finally reaching the tent she went back in and lay down in her mat. If she were to ignore this and wait for it to happen, alot of lives would be lost tomorrow, and if that elf spoke true and her people were offering protection it would undoubtedly lead to war again the elves. The words "our mission" echoed in her head. "Our?" was that referring to the leader of the rebels and the elf, or some stronger power? Furthermore it was a suspicious thing in itself that the elven islands would interfere in the business of humans, they who had always taken the role of spectator as war ravaged the land. And that face.... could the woman be trusted? What's to say she wasn't in the employ of Cordelia trying to incite rebels to reveal themselves? After all she had avoided being captured earlier in Callvale when nobody else had. Giving up she decided to think of what to do tomorrow, right now she was tired, too much had happened today, and as unhappy as she was sleeping with a tent full of snorers, she wasn't about to face that elf again. (ooc, I think that's about if for the day, the only other thing that could happen is interaction between Arya and Wisp, and why does Mia always seem to get left out of the decision making?:P) Edited by Aya-Tsuki, Nov 25 2008, 04:38:21 PM.

ooc: its not intentional - she just never seems to be there >.< I'll fix that soon though. Anyway, time to move into pre chapter 1 - yes thats right, prologue into pre chapter, however if gangreen does come on, he can post here and talk to Arya if he wants. |
