Ok, everybody, this is yet another update (Let’s hope everyone reads it). Don’t know how many of you noticed, but I changed blog hosts at the end of last month (link to new blog). With the new change, I am now (re)taking requests for songs to be featured at the site and/or forum (like the song above the site), so comment in a music article to. Also, if you have a site of your own, you’re the type of person that likes to help others or you just want something to read or do, then I hope you at least read the article I made yesterday, Unite to reunite refugees with their families. Another thing I wanted to ask is if you want icons (the icon is the rectangle thing on the left column that says a rank/level) and how do you want them to be. They could be of the Army of Light’s classes or of ranks. I have some almost unused icons I had made for the old forum, with handheld video game characters (like the example below), which could also be used. The colors, size and other things can be changed if the characters are chosen. It’s up to you to decide.  I also want to know if you want a new sub-forum or section to be created (or one separated). And any complaints or suggestions, feel free to shout them out below. [Side Note: I’ll soon make some polls for the songs put up here, so check them out when you can.] |

i like the idea of icons to show level/ rank and you should use the fire emblem picture such as soldier or great knight which I think would look cool and about the music I don't really care, I like the idea but I'll listen to what people want

My opinion is kinda the same as undyings on this :)- and btw I've posted the blogger's unite thing on the other forum I'm part of - its a really big one so hopefuly there'll be a few bloggers on it

Im not to bothered about icons or music, I really think the music is pointless, its not worth listening to and it stops when you change page, and that happens allot.

I do not think we need icons really, there is enough in the profile as it is, and might confuse people as to what class everyone is. As for the music, I need to get around to manually adding in the plug in becasue I do not have quicktime, could you not have used the same code as in "the corner" on your blog, since that was a better play list type affair. |

For something similar to In the Corner, I'd have to transfer the whole box here (and for that is my blog). At Gangreen: It stops because I don't have set on autoplay, and if I did then everyone (including me if I forget it's on) would complain about it. Also, I'm surprised none of you said anything about extra sections or things you'd want to be added. Maybe like a radio station or something else. |

Ok, I think that there should be a seperate section for Team campaigns as well at teams but thats it and that would confuse Skys team tat is in progress. |

I read the the refugee post the day you posted it, it's just that I haven't got anything nice to say about it, so I decided to ignore it. As for the icons, I'm going to go with Bromf, on this and don't think they're particularly neccessary. There's avatars already and enough icons (non-FE related) all over the page. I've never really seen the point in a post count. But I don't believe reaching the next rank/class is incentive enough for people to post, and if it is, it's often short, crappy posts that are posted in attempt to increase post count. I've already stated my thoughts on music, (not neccessary) but if you want to keep it, I guess what you have now works fine. @... whoever changes pages alot. (Sorry can't be bothered scrolling up) You could open 3~4 windows/tabs and have it playing on one? And I'm sure it's not too long so that it can't be read while updating yourself on new posts in an RP |
