(this is whats happening during chapter 2 on the road to the village the Army is in) Arial was walking alone along the road, towards where she believed she would find Sky and the Army of Light, when she spotted a well dressed man lounging at the side of the road. She approached him. *Greetings stranger, what causes you to act so lazily in this time of great evil? Surely your time could be put to better use fighting for the good of mankind and the Gods?" |

Having had a terrible day after a group of bandits had stolen most of the contents of his purse Nathaniel was in a rather iritable mood and he was most sertainly not going to let this girl talk to him like that. He would not suffer an insult from a rude priestess. "I can not speak for the likes of you but I have recieved no guidance from the gods. I did not see the gods guide me to purge the world of evil when my money was stolen by Bandits, and odviously your layabout gods have not guided you so well if you are going to pick a fight with me." Nathaniel new he shouldnt but this girl had simply rubbed him up the wrong way, and now she would pay for it unless she chose her next words verry carefully. Nathaniel rises to his feet lazily, draws an arrow from his quiver and notches it on his bow before stoping and standing awaiting the womans reply. (Ooc:Ooh its good to be bad  )

Have you bloodied your blade with the blood of so many enemies that despite the justice of your actions you feel like the monster. No. You have merely lost a few worthless pieces of metal. Nathaniel had simply had enough. With one sweep he loosed an arrow and sent it hurduling towards the priestess. The arrow was simply a distraction and unlikeley to cause much damage save a scratch but it would give him time to aim the next shot wich he already had notched in his bow. |

Arial swung her sword, cutting the arrow in half from the point, causing it to fall harmlessly to the ground, and began to speed towards Nathaniel, twirling and leaping in a graceful dance of death to confuse his aim. |

A sudden burst of reallisation struck Nathaniel as the priesstes danced expertly towards him after slicing his arow in two, It was imposible to get a decent aim as she danced around but he did his best and unleashed three arows in different directions hoping that even if she dodged one she would dance into another. Was it possible that he had picked the wrong priesstes to start a fight with. |

As the arrows sped towards her Arial leapt high into the air, right above the arrows, soaring in a graceful arc before landing softly back on her feet and resuming her charge, preparing to strike. |

The priestess was now getting too close to fire at, Nathaniel decided he could chance one more round before she would reach him. This time Nathaniel had a trick. Nathaniel kicked at the ground sending up a cloud of dust before firing another 3 arrows into it. If one of the arrows went towards its mark hopefully the woman wouldnt be able to dodge. Unfortunatley if they all passed her she would be able to surprise Nathaniel. He hopped desparately it would be the former. |
