The Army of Light RPG is a series of tactical role playing games developed to play on the computer by Mercenary of Light with the help of his friends and other members. The gameplay is based on strategy RPGs like Fire Emblem and Advance Wars, but with new characters and an original story that members of this forum create, develop and will later experience.

Just use some imagination and think outside the box. I agree on the Druid idea of Aya's, but at the same time I agree with Valter/Avion about sticking to the FE tradition. Also I agree on the Devotee thing. It is a wee bit confusing. And about the Acolytes, you're right, Acolytes in the real world have always been people who assist the priests by cleansing temples/altars, lighting and replacing candles, carrying incense or holy water and holding a book open when necessary. Often times they are priests in training.

I'm just writing out of boredom. I'd question the promotion of Druid->Necromancer. I know where this idea comes from (Duh FE) but I've always associated Druid to be more of a nature character, As Dru(oak tree)id would imply. This meddles with the strong FE concept, but maybe replace Druid with Necromancer, and then Final tier Necromancer with Warlock? Druid A Celtic priest of two thousand years ago; a person who is a member of the modern re-creation of Druidism Ancient: From the root “dru-,” meaning “oak tree, firm, strong;” the entire intelligentsia of the Celtic peoples, including doctors In role-playing games, a druid is a character class that is generally portrayed as using nature-based magical abilities who strive to protect nature from civilized intrusion. Warlock An old-English term for oath breaker. Conservative Christians and the media often refer to male Witches/Wiccans as Warlocks A male sorcerer who practices black magic, that is to say, who manipulates magical energies granted to him by malevolent entities such as demons. Ok, I'll take this part by part. First, FE tradition doesn't have to be necessarily kept intact if this is just an FE-based roleplaying. I understand that some paths are confusing and maybe contrary to the beliefs of people with those titles on the real world. But just as in real life, you have the option to chose what you want to be, and even f you decided for something, you could change your mind later and do something else. The 3rd tiers are not final or definite, they can and will change in time. And just as you could pick between being good or bad, you have the option of making the character turn down his/her belief or view in order to gain something else. I know it was contradicting for FE makers to make the druid the promoted dark magic user, but in Ekarode, a druid can come from a nature magic user (Mage) or a mystic/witch doctor (Shaman). The druid class will remain a 2nd tier class (it is already a part of the game), but what could change is its 3rd tier. Quote: In regards to the Devotee's would it be possible to change their names? I think devotee's ok, since it's someone devoted to a cause or belief (not necessarily religious). Also, the ♂ (type 11 while pressing the ALT key and let go) and ♀ (type 12 while pressing the ALT key and let go) symbols are not necessary to be used here, (M) and (F) are ok. Also, acolyte and sister are some of the possible translations for monk and cleric. Quote: Axe Users, I'm rather confused at why a Captain/Pirate adept at water suddenly changes to a mountain bandit? I thought of Corsair and Executioner, Bah maybe even Destoryer, but none of the really appealed to me. I'd think there's a need for another final tier axe class anyway. The rest (except the ~~strike-throughed~~ ones) will be considered.

Is there any way to get round this, its not vital but its annoying when im cheking if annyone has replied and it tells me that yes, I have.
