This is an explanation of the stats and data on your profile. It also explains the usefulness of the stats (including the formulas used on the RPG). The percents in parenthesis represent your growth in that stat. Class: Your character’s current class. HP: The unit’s hit points. In the main RPG, if a character’s HP reaches 0 he/she will die (or removed from battle if it’s controlled by someone else). Current HP/Maximum HP Strength (St): The physical strength of an unit. This stat determines your Attack while using non-magic weapons or staves (if you have the Canne skill). It also determines the amount of damage you can inflict with some skills. Magical Stength (MSt): The magical strength of an unit. Used instead of Strength to determine the Attack if unit is equipped with a tome or magical weapon. It also determines the amount of HP some staves can heal. Half a unit’s magical strength determines the effect range of some staves and skills. Accuracy (Ac) [Known as Skill in most FE games]: Determines a unit’s Hit percentage, Critical percentage (Crit) and probability of activation of some effects and skills. Speed (Sp): Affect Avoid, the probability of evading attacks, and the probability of attacking twice. Luck (Lu): Luck affects many aspects of the game. It’s the Critical Avoid, what reduces the Critical percentage of the opponent. It affects Hit, Avoid, the activation of some skills and other things. Defense (Def): Reduces damage from non-magical weapons and some skill effects. Defense can be increased by terrain, skills and other factors. Magical Defense (MDe) [Known as Resistance in most FE games]: Reduces damage from tomes and magical weapons. Magical Defense can be increased by terrain, skills and other factors. Body Weight (BW or Wt) [Known as Constitution in most FE games]: Affects an unit’s Aid and its ability to get rescued. Reduces the impact of heavy weapons upon the user’s Hit and Avoid percentage. An infantry (un-mounted) unit’s Aid is: BW – 1. A mounted male unit’s weight is: 25 – BW. A mounted female unit’s weight is: 20 – BW (if BW is 20 or more it’s 0). Movement: The normal distance an unit can travel over normal terrain. Some terrain, climatic conditions and skills reduce it. Level (LV) and Experience (E): An unit’s level and the experience earned. When experience reaches 100, an unit gains levels up (gaining stat upgrades). Weapon Levels: Determine the weapons and tomes an unit is able to equip. Weapon ranks range from E to A for un-promoted units, up to S for second tier and up to SS for third tier. E + 30 → D + 40 → C + 50 → B + 60 → A + 70 → S + 100 → SS Items: The items in the inventory. The numbers in parenthesis are the uses of the items (uses left/maximum uses). An item breaks and disappears when its uses reach 0. The asterisk (*) marks the weapon, tome or staff (only for units with Quarterstaff) equipped. Skills: The skills a unit has. Affinity: Affinities determine support bonuses and other things. Condition [Also known as Status or State]: An unit’s current state. Conditions include poisoned, bitten, asleep, petrified and others. Attack (Atk): The amount of damage an unit can cause. Attack is strength (St) plus weapon’s Might (WMi). St + WMi (or MSt +WMi when using magical weapons and tomes). Hit: The percentage of probability an attack will hit. Hit is two times Accuracy (Ac) plus Luck (Lu) and weapon’s Hit (WHit). If weapon weight is higher than unit’s body weight, the difference is subtracted. 2 X Ac + ½ Lu + WHit – (WWt - BW) Range: The range of attack for the equipped weapon or tome. Critical (Crit): The unit’s critical percentage. Critical is half Accuracy (Ac) plus weapon’s Critical (WCrit) plus any bonuses from skills, S weapon ranks and other factors. ½ Ac + WCrit + bonuses Avoid: The probability of dodging attacks from the enemy. Avoid is two times Speed (Sp) plus Luck and bonuses. If weapon weight is higher than unit’s body weight, the difference is subtracted. 2 X Sp + Lu + bonuses – (WWt - BW) Assistant(s): The name(s) of your Assistant(s) in Elite Forces Campaign. |
