Helbrecht aimed at a soldier, a swordsman. Then realized it was a girl. She was quite close and look like she was going to kill him, but he stillpicked a different target. Killing human women left a bad taste in his mouth. He shot the man next to her. Galahad jumped in and cut down the female soldier. "What the hell were you thinking, you insane freak? She was about to kill you." he said. "I have issues with killing women." "Then why were you trying to kill Lianna?" "I thought she was a vampire, there's a difference." He loosed another bolt into another soldier. "Freak." Galhad muttered and moved off to fight another swordsman. |

Imelda stuck her finger in the pool of blood and swirled it around. The sound of battle had started not long ago, but already the noise seemed to be coming around the corner. She looked around and noticed the change in those around her, many seemed afraid, others seemed to be excited at the challenge, after all it was clearly obvious the new group wasn't some typical squad of soldiers. Imelda started to wonder how she appeared to others, did she look afraid? Or did she look excited. The man from earlier quickly answered her question for her. "Hey brat you quivering in you're boots? Being the gentleman I am I'd let you escape but it seems we're cornered" Imelda ignored him again, didn't this man have any brains? It was as if he wanted to give away their location. She did note however that if the battle did come to them they'd be cornered. At least those around her would die fighting like cornered mice. In the hallway in front of the room where Imelda was, a sniper who was leading the first attacks, looked through a window towards the Army and talked with the soldiers. Sniper: Sun has said the Army of Light is small, but very strong. They defeated all of the Twonur soldiers without one loss. We need more reinforcements here; we can’t let them get Dan. You, *he signaled an archer besides him* go upstairs and get me more archers and monks. You, *he directed himself towards a swordfighter behind him* try to pass unnoticed through the left tunnel and report Tusk about what’s going on. Tell him to focus more on bringing in lances than axes and hammers. They only have one heavily armored soldier and he’s that Citileford idiot. Apparently, they left many of the new recruits back at Twonur. |

Bromf - Are you going to focus on fighting or flirting, if it is the latter then you get the honnor of being my human shield. If you are going to flirt with anything vaugley femine and has legs I shall have Egidus introduce you to some lovely bar stools later. Leave the door, we can use it to retreat into if worst comes to worst, at least that way they will have to come though a narrow space to get to us, and we have better range to them. I say we form a wall with heavey units in the front and a line of archers behind, and a small rear guard just incase we are flanked. Any volentiers? [Sorry had a large essay so had to really focus, it is in now so I am back till the next one appears] |

He took of his eyes off of Arial after hearing Bromf's comments. He sighed, every time he thought he had found an interesting pretty girl to talk to, someone always seemed to interfere. He shook his head. "I thought it would be polite to introduce myself, I don't flirt in the middle of a battle, or I try not to anyway." he said calmy. "If it can wait, I'll gladly hear you out later, but be warned, I cannot abide idiots so try to at least sound intelligent." Sky flung himself to the side to avoid a charging lancer, then kicked the man in the groin and shot him point blank in the chest, getting blood spurted onto his face "Eck!" he spluttered "And that is why I don't fight in close combat if I can avoid it." he said to no-one in paticular. |

An imaginary sweat drop appeared on the back of his head. So she had not uh...heard anything, or seen the cute, innocent face I had conjured up. Bah...women. He aimed an arrow from behind her, at the man holding the lance. "Nothing important really, I just need someone to stay in front of me and be my shield, since close range combat is not my thing."
