 The conficker worm is real, just that it got out of proportions in April Fools. Some people thought every computer would be at risk once they got on yesterday. In reality, the worm's new variant is a month old, and you were at the same risk of getting it as you were at the beginning of March. Just get that Malicious Software Removal Tool downloaded and keep your passwords and antiviruses up to date.
