Contributor Posts: 233 Group: Members Member #5 Joined: Mar 10, 2008 XBox Live Gamertag hobbes06 Wii Code 0118 6981 4565 6325	I could write an entire book on things that annoy me, but I'll shorten it to the one that has annoyed me most recently While playing Fifa 09, in season mode after a game you get a newspaper report telling you how you did in the previous match. Imagine my surprise when i had been told after a 4-0 win i had "literally destroyed Falkirk". Now if you don't see the fault there go get a dictionary and then hit yourself with it as hard as you can....but seriously, had i literally destroyed Falkirk then it wouldn't be there ever again, it would be....yup you guessed it destroyed So that's my pet peeve, people that use the word literally when they have no idea what it means, if you don't know simply don't use it as a word, whoever let that one slide at EA should be looking for a new job, a little harsh I know, but kids are already getting dumber is teaching them the incorrect use of words going to help them any????? Please feel free to add to the list of things that annoy you. Although pseudo attempts at humour in mocking my spelling and grammar will result in me being pissed off Edited by hobbes, Nov 29 2008, 03:35 AM.

Just off the top of my head... People that walk slowly down the street and take up the whole pavement weaving from side to side. Everytime you go to use a cashpoint someone pops out of nowhere and gets in first. When you're looking at a rack of cards in a shop and someone else starts spinning the rack from the other side. Out of thousands of songs my iPod always picks the same five songs on shuffle. When you take chips into work someone ALWAYS says "has someone got chips?". Usually followed by "they smell lovely!". Piss off!!! Adverts right after the credits.

Old people in supermarkets who act like they have all day to peruse the shelves..which they do from the middle of the aisle while holding their trolley to the side, hence blocking the whole passage. DFS adverts...fuckers, you have sale on all bloody year, stop subjecting us to the bloody Dylans. Who cares what kind of ugly sofa's they want!! Bloody bands like Keane, Coldplay and all those other 'I can't think of anything to sing about so I'll just come on and warble some nothing tune and no one will care cos they won't know it's me singing anyway since I sound like the other fifty nobodies who have songs out right now' bands. Be original, make yourself heard by being different. Duffy...YOu can't sing love, get over it. (i'll never drink diet coke as long as I live thanks to that ad) The government for making it illegal to shop for booze after 10 at night....normal folk want a carry out on the way home from the pub!!! We don't want to plan ahead and get the drink in a day in advance. The end lol

People that hold conversations in doorways. Either with other people or, even worse, on their mobile phone. You're in a DOORWAY! MOVE! People that toot their car horn when they're annoyed, such as when you don't instantly move the second the light changes. If it was legal I'd shoot these people. But only in the kneecap obviously. Snow Patrol. "Do you want a bag for that?" I've just bought FHM/Nuts/Doctor Who Magazine. Of course I want a fucking bag!
