I know this is probably old news, but i knew nothing about it. I sold my Michael Jackson tickets on ebay (no-one wanted to go and i didnt want to go to London alone) so the guy paid by paypal, and I thought great a couple of quid and went out and bought a new shiny pc  . However when I signed into my paypal account to withdraw the funds I noticed they were holding onto the money for 21 days or until I get positive feedback, as I said I sold tickets so I haven't got them in yet to send to get feedback, so my options are to email the buyer and hope he leaves feedback or wait 21 days so paypal can steal my interest to line their own greedy pockets
So a word of warning to anyone selling stuff on ebay, don't expect the money right away or as I've learned at least have the item ready to post so you can get it quicker than the 3 week waiting period they enforce
