Board Jedi Posts: 36 Group: Members Member #17 Joined: Mar 21, 2008	I was really looking forward to seeing this movie. Got to say I was very disappointed. Keanu delivers his usual "wooden plank" performance". The effects are all very impressive and Gort is a pretty cool rendition of the original. Possibly I was expecting a bit too much of the movie, but the end sequence is just stupid. The effects are well stylish, but the storyline just degenerates. Sorry, but it's not a patch on the original 50's Michael Rennie version.
