Telepathy and perk selections

So while I was reading the Telepathy skill I noticed something strange:

Thought Control: You're finally able to manage your thoughts with all the mess of voices speaking to you. Large crowds no longer pose problems. In fact, if you focus hard enough (And if you have a higher Telekinesis level than their Mental Strength) you can hear their thoughts. Techniques based around Telekinesis involving hearing thoughts can now be formed.

I'm guessing it's supposed to say Telepathy, it always says Telekinesis where I would think it's supposed to say Telepathy though.

Also, regarding perks. Let's take an example and say I level Processing and eventually get it to lv.17. At lv.6 I choose Creative Thinker although I would also like to choose Combat Instincts. Would it be alright to choose Combat Instincts at lv.10 and then Combat Instinct II at lv.17?

Sadly, no. You can't go back and learn perks. It's set this way so that people branch out and no one will have the same characters even if they train the same exact skills.

I also didn't want someone to be able to get all the perks. It's done that way so that the perks are picked wisely.

Oh and fixed the telepathy typo.

Then Processing poses a problem, at lv.17 you're pretty much boned if you decided not to take Quick-Tounged, Quick Mind or Quick-Spirit.

That will be fixed. Physical and Mental skills will be revised before Grand Opening providing more perks and level alterations.
