The Middle Eastern Area and the Saharan Megadesert |

Enoch Naval City
Enoch was created during the closing days of the Unification to serve as a bioweapon research facility. One or more of the virus breached containment and White Squad lockdowned the entire city, dooming all the inhabitants. That was nearly five years ago, in the passing years White Squad has always kept at least one team stationed at a nearby military outpost to monitor Enoch and maintain the containment of the various bioweapons.
Enoch itself is located just a ways off the coast from what used to be Isreal, it's towers and spires just barely visible from shore.

The Saharan Megadesert
A massive expanse of desert covering much of the Middle East, Northern Africa and parts of Western Asia. While not completely desolate, it is mostly just a sea of sand and stone. It is a horrid place to be, but due to harsh conditions in the air currents above it there have been many crashes in it, especially near its deepest reaches, creating a series of large crash sites and slowly forming psuedo-junkyards in which colonies of exiles and outcast have come to live, often by trying to prey upon the actual settlements of the Sahara.
