Just so you know, that blissey isn't the standard blissey, standard blissey has ice beam so it doesn't get walled by ghosts. You may want to consider getting rid of stealth rock from her to give her ice beam so you don't have gengar trouble. You could then give stealth rock to skarmory.
Also, skarmory and blissey together isn't as great of a wall combo as people make it out to be. They don't cover any of eachother's weaknesses at all, which isn't a good thing. Replacing skarmory with something like weezing or gliscor would generally be a better idea, since they can take close combats easily, unlike skarmory.
I really don't see why you aren't maxing out your tyranitar's HP. One of the best parts about tyraniboah is to make 101 subs that blisseys can't break. Without that, blisseys can keep removing your subs and you won't be able to get a focus punch in, and your other moves will do nothing to blissey.
Heatran probably isn't a good idea for this team, seeing as you only have 1 pokemon weak against fire and 2 others that resist it. So it won't be getting that fire boost any time soon.
And lastly, your team is way too predictable. So good players will already have counters for everything on your team (except maybe the suicune, well... haze takes care of that, and phazers, etc.)

Scarf Mence is good. That EV spread is new to me,so I'll see if it still outspeeds a ninjask w/o protect, and if it does,=)(I EV trained one with that spread, though it only has 11 IVs in att, won't be killing many blisseys.)
I might give blissey ice beam for SR,but I'll have to hack a bold one(breeding takes to darn long for me).
I kinda like skarm, but I might also switch it for a Gliscor w/ SR.
I had been considering maxing out hp since that spread has been failing me.
Might switch scarf tran for like a starmie or something(need a good gyarados/mixape counter)
haze doesn't scare suicune that much, most haze users (that I know of)will get OTKed by surf or Ice Beam
and thanks KRD

Just pointing that out.
