Often called affectionately "Old Tommy Hallen's" by its inhabitants, this apartment hotel complex is old-fashioned, slightly decrepit, and oddly stale. Very cheap, though. Free air conditioning all-year-round, from the cracks in the wall, and a few broken windows.

A town square, of sorts, where all major locales of business, pleasure, and those tricky sections in-between conduct themselves.

What lies beyond Madswit boundaries. It is unclear what exactly resides here. Fields, fences, ponds, perhaps. But many would advise against venturing, especially when alone, across the city limits. There's also the highway, which happens to be more dangerous to be on alone than anywhere else passing through the inner city.
