@Summi - Surprisingly, I understood it without the aid of a translator. XD
-

A shame, a shame. Hardly had the chance to play, she had.
Well, as the storm rages on, I shall simply enjoy my tea and be one among many spectators.
Funny though, to be stabbed near the heart this queen of ice didn't seem to have.

Knock, Knock!
The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges showing an invitation.
"Hello Guys & Gals!" says a husky voice from behind the door.
"I thank you awfully for inviting me here!"
The door opens slowly and the face of a tall man is revealed.
"I'm the 14th member of this small reunion." he says just before slamming the door shut.

He said no FOREIGN language. Considering I'm Dutch Dutch is my native language, not English. This would mean any Dutchie who speaks English dies. Let's go to hell together, Neko.

I shoulda died.
Aw, what's with that attitude? :< Unless you're a witch of tears who gets more magic power out of moping or something, cheer up!

The poem the witch left us was surely interesting. It gave me an idea to peruse the great library in the mansion (that is, google) and the note is actually a slightly modified version of a poem by an amature poet Mark R Slaughter. Though I'm unsure whether the modifications are clues or not (most of them seem to have been made just to make the poem more fitting to the state of the corpse, ie. a hammer being changed into a sword and the gender of the person dying being changed from male to female), it's a start I guess? At least we know that the witch is too lazy to write her own damn poetry. :P And yeah, if this happens to be just a standard dealio in these games, I'd appreciate it if someone told me that before I start reading completely too much into stuff again.

And I'm far too Finnish to understand either German or Swedish (and especially Dutch!) so please cut it out guys. Unless you want to feel my sisu. :I

Orica's crime scene has been inspected. As it turns out, before Gouda cut the bolt with a wire cutter the room was completely closed off. It seems that we're dealing with a closed room. It's a death that shouldn't be able to happen, yet it did. The Witch and I present you the following riddle:

"Orica was in a closed room.
She was locked in with a chain on the outside and a steel bar on the inside.
She was all alone.
The door hasn't been forced.

And yet, she was killed.
Magic in it's purest form."

Will you challenge our puzzle?

About Sakutarou: He is the furniture of one of the players, and is a valid part of the game. How he will be used, we will see.

Perhaps I am the Witch of Rebirth! Like the Phoenix waiting to be combusted before he soars over the world and engulf it in his flames.

Let's go to hell indeed.

Toipilas. Seeing as you are so good at googling the poem, I'm sure you would be able to google-translate the used foreign sentences, too. XD At least it wasn't codes like the previous games and a lot easier to solve. (Damn you FW, you spoil my fun! XD)

Don't worry, my German was only to entertain myself this time. (And annoy FW. XD) And Summi. He was being Summi.

And I don't think you're reading too much in the poem. Depending on the player behind it, it can be exactly the strategy used. But there are plenty among us who wouldn't leave such difficult hints.

Ah, I have heard of witches who'd only get more powerful in death. I hear one of them, who lived 2000 years ago, has gathered quite a bit of followers and is rather well-known these days. Many people are still looking for Him this day!

FW, are you using Beatrice's closed room definition? If not, I'd like to ask whether the door is the only way to enter and exit the room. :b Can we even be sure that she's dead? You can't trust anything not in red, after all~

Neko-chan, I could actually translate the sentences so far myself (--except for the Dutch), so no problem. xD (Although the part about a bad pussy made me a bit confused so I guess that must've been a mistranslation) Googling stuff that might have a meaning I haven't quite grasped yet is just a habit of mine. :P

XD Well.. Neko = cat.. in japanese. So.. in case you didn't know that, perhaps that helps you understand the 'pussy' comment. :"D

(Damnit, I should feel insulted, but here I am laughing my *** off about it. XD)

(Psht. No idea what 'Beatrice's closed room' would mean... I never saw Umineko :"D)

That is correct. We are dealing with Beatrice herself, after all. I'd force people to abide Knox's Decalogue, but people seem to have a hard time grasping the rules as it is.

I wonder if we can create a closed room even you can't solve. I look forward to challenging you.

Riddles!! How I love riddles!!

Orica was in a closed room.
She was locked in with a chain on the outside and a steel bar on the inside.
She was all alone.
The door hasn't been forced.

You mean... she was found alone! And what does alone mean? No people around her? What about animals?
I believe the room was a kitchen, if I'm not mistaking...
Maybe it had a trap door someplace hidden on the ground or an access to a store room?

My attention was caught more by the fact that the blood was changed from "shivering" to "blue", though it's probably just be a call out to ice queen thing. I'm probably reading too deeply as well, but it's better than not reading enough I guess..

I think I'll be better off tackling the red truth, though I use "better off" very loosely. A hidden door would be a nice place to start

Edit: I see MJ is taking the hidden door approach is well, good good

Knox's 3rd!

It is forbidden for hidden passages to EXIST.

Changed the kitchen part a bit. Orica was found in one of the guest rooms. The change was necessary for the riddle. It didn't change the solution or anything, so I didn't mention XD.
