BE IT ENACTED by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This bill shall be cited and known as the "DADT Repeal Act"

SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS.

For the purposes of this Act, Don't Ask Don't Tell will refer to § 574 of H.R.2401 from the 103rd congress

SECTION 3. PROVISIONS.

(1) Don't Ask Don't Tell is hereby repealed
(2) All homosexuals shall hereby be able to serve openly in the armed forces

SECTION 5. ENACTMENT.

This bill shall be enacted upon the president's signature

SECTION 6. PLAIN ENGLISH SUMMARY.

This bill allows open homosexuals to serve in the armed forces.
