Mr. Chairman,

I must ask the gentleman what is the reason for tabling this bill? This bill does nothing but promote democracy and the liberty of speech we were all born with. I ask my fellow congressmen to thoroughly think how our third parties are in some way "discriminated" here in the place where there should be an open-mind at the time of law making. I ask once again to every single one of you to be conscientious about how we censure fellow americans that do not have similar thoughts and are not given a voice here in congress.

I yield the floor.

Mr. Speaker,

I too believe that it is time to tear down the continual prevention of third party affiliates from reaching higher office. It has come time for these 44 million Americans to have a true voice in our politics. I hope that the unanimous consent is not objected to.

I yield.

As Mr. Olliver has no permission to post in this committee, that will be stricken from the record. It still stands at no objections.
