You can shit about whatever you want. But I will not hear that I was inconsistent. Why the hell would I be keeping up numbers of the senate everywhere if they didnt count for shit? Members of the senate ... you see them everywhere and everywhere they show npc + player numbers. And especially in the voting topic, where I am talking as an IC Secretary, members are members of the senate. There will be no npc campaigns indeed, thats entirely correct, its the activity of players that will make the senate campaigns succeed or fail and that will increase/decrease the caucusses, still including the NPC's. Next the senate rules, as far as I know senate rules are always IG, how exactly would that ever mention NPC's ...

I secceed on one point. I should've explained the system publicly and clearly with examples. I see all your issues with this. We'll pause and I'll open a discussion topic in OOC for each and everyone to give his opinions on what system to use.

I echo what Levi has stated. I also question the legitimacy of the election. The candidates never got a chance to explain their docket ratio or even give a quick statement before a vote, forcing everyone to vote blindly behind party lines. I would easily change my vote to Blutzer had he promised a docket ration of 3 Dem Bills and 1 Lib Bill. While that is very unlikely, votes could have been changed.

Furthermore, had I known that it was based on NPC votes, I would have easily simply dropped out and tried to get Thomas and King to vote for Martin. Should that have happened, BAM, the whole vote would have been different. Frankly, that is unfair to the Populists and Democrats.

Furthermore, I would just like to point out to Rain that the minority aprty in the Senate is the Liberitarians (with 17 members.) The majority is Republicans, meaning that if you were to take your logic and apply it, a Republican would have to be Presiding Officer, not a Liberitarian. Since no Republicans were nominated, the spot would fall to the Democrats (meaning I would be elected.) Even Amy Martin would technically be elected before Blitzer when applying your logic.

The Republicans endorsed the Libertarian candidate specifically and withdrew their own candidate.
