That really, really is the point of the game. Its fun, light-hearted and not supposed to be a realistic sim where the players dedicate every moment of their lives to working on it like others.

I don't understand why you signed up if you don't like the premise of the game, it isn't going to change, I'm sorry. If you want, you are well within your rights to spend a week planning a game and then spending all your free time running it with your scenario, but we aren't going to change the very reason we started it.

Well this unrealistic plot is how we decided to make it, and exactly how we advertised it in the AMPU e-mail as well as the ads posted on TAR, VP, and On the Hill.

If you don't like it, you don't have to play. If we wanted to remake AMPU, we would do so and probably will at some point in the future, but that's not the point of this sim.

Not to sound short with you, but its kinda like signing into TAR and saying a few hours later "Well the game would be great if it had a House of Representatives, no committees, and took place in the 1960's"

I like the Strategy, very different. I think it would be interesting if each Party were to nominate 3 candidates to represent their party in the Presidential election and America would vote in November for what Party they thought had the better representation, the winner Party's head members would appoint on of the 3 to be President.
