Species Description:
Kaliquid is a giant flying squid, that has approximately ten tentacles, give or take because they fight with those. The males of the species have longer tentacles than the females. While the females tentacles tend to be more rounded. The tentacles themselves, however, are blades with teeth, each tooth with a poison that affects your mind, making you "high," and allowing the creature to eat you. Each of these tentacles are retractable into its giant shell on top, composed of what seems to be a shellish material. The eyes are able to turn in about a two hundred and seventy degree space along a rivet in this shel. The shell. The mouth of this creature lies on its belly, being a retractable tube with a beak on the end. Allowing for easy chomping should the prey be at a range. The colors of this squid reflect those of what seem to be an Aztec pinata, with purple being the primary color, yellow and black being the subtle complimentary colors.

Species History:
A team of scientists, hearing a rumor of a flying squid, amongst others of a flying Wailord, decided to take to the sky, hoping to find the source of these rumors. As they gained altitude, they heard plenty of odd noises. One specifically being a giant rumble. As they got closer, they saw that it was a flying squid, and a flying Wailord fighting it out. The squid, a scientist nicknaming it "Kaliquid" mostly because he had Calamari the one night before, (ironically the name stuck) slashed at the flying wailord, and as the two did their dance of who would eat whom, the scientists took their notes. They did this regularly for a few days of the week, going back up and down. Eventually one decided to capture it because the fuel costs were too expensive for a trip. And so the research began~

Life is not a fairytale and there are no happy endings.
Ok, first off good idea. I can't think of a squid pokemon really, bar octillery, so it's a nice unique concept.

The sprite needs a complete remake, but I think that is clear. If you have trouble doing it, I'm sure you can always ask some like Xia or Sora to give it a go for you if you give them a good enough image to work off, so that's not much of a problem right now.

For my approval, I'd possibley add more to the species history, look at some previous accepted fakemon and look at how detailed their history is, go more into depth.

The move list was a mess, but Xia seems to have already helped you on that one.

The Other Nick
I'm still iffy on Xia's move list, especially the end. The three-attack ending is always hard to agree upon, ESPECIALLY when Shadow Claw is at level 63. I can't think off the top of my head any Pokemon that learns a C-ranked move in the range of Shadow Claw at level 63. That needs to be either brought waaaaaay into the move list, or removed altogether. For the record, you have 18 moves total, and only 6 are status moves. You could easily switch Shadow Claw and Tail Glow, or move Tail Glow to 57, and Night Slash up. My recommendation would be to move Shadow Claw maybe in between Soak and Aqua Ring if you REALLY want it, and get rid of a few attacking moves in replacement for other learnable Status moves. I'd suggest canning Bubblebeam, Pursuit, and Dark Pulse. I get the vibe that this will be a very physical attacker, and Bubblebeam can be learned by TM anyhow. Pursuit right next to Faint Attack seems a little much, and Dark Pulse is... well, not a physical move. If you like the possibilities that Tail Glow gives you, then don't heed my previous suggestion, and maybe switch some of those physical attacks for MORE special attacks.

And of course, you've already been told about the sprite. As for the history, I think it's solid, but needs a lot of work grammatically. Specifically the first paragraph. Also, I'd usually say to make sure that it was okay with the Captoris leaders that you use something that hasn't really happened yet involving them, but obviously Ashy doesn't seem to mind so that's okay.
