Abilities: Ice Body and Hydration
Hidden Ability: Pressure
Special Abilities:

Species Description:

Species History:
After the discover of Kooji, a water dwelling machine pokemon, scientists continued to search for water pokemon that may have been laying low and under their radar. Their search brought them around the world, but seemed to hold on to the Byayuki Islands. The vast ocean surrounding it that froze up at times was a lovely place for pokemon to hide from mankind. When the water wasn't so frozen, the exploration of the sea began. A team of scientists began a journey to the deep depths of the surrounding waters around Byayuki Island.

In the water, they were getting nearly no results. But while continuing and swimming more towards the colder temperatures water, they seemed to come upon a newer species. One that looked like a whale, like Wailord, but not as long and that doesn't look as heavy. The older looking form, Adwhal, looks similar to a narwhal; a horn coming from its face and a few spikes in it's back and a spike on its fins and tail, which all looked like drills. The babies that swam with them were Narby, cute and baby looking pokemon with some of the same features. These had, of course, smaller horns and back spikes.

Scientists kept researching them, but the older forms, Adwhals, seemed more hostile and protective over Narby. It would be a difficult task to try and catch an Adwhal, and Narby are very uncommonly seen without their parents.

NARWHALS! NARWHALS! SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN!

Now that that's out of my system...First I'm going to note for you that it's the same type as Lapras, Dewgong and Walrein; which are also the most similar pokemon in appearance to Narwhals. The most similar pokemon are Dewgong and Seaking; you can get ideas from their movesets, but you need to make sure they are different enough to not just be "clones". I think it needs something to make it way different than these possible comparison, like using the horn like Scyther's or Gallade's arms and having "slashes" Anyways; what "fits" it as I know now.

Shared with Seaking: Poison Jab; Flail; Horn Attack; Peck; Horn Drill; Megahorn

Shared with Dewgong: Headbutt; Icy Wind; Ice Beam; Aqua Ring; Brine; Ice Beam; Aqua Tail; Hail; Encore

Not shared with either: Slash; Night Slash; Psycho Cut; Swords Dance; False Swipe; Giga Impact; Icicle Spear; Icicle Crash

That's all I got right now.

Life is not a fairytale and there are no happy endings.
Starting off with three moves, then learning a move every 3 or 4 levels.. Be careful not to overpower this, it doesn't (and shouldn't) have to be all the best attacks and healing moves. Moves like Hail, Swagger, Rest, Safeguard will all help in not overloading the moveset.

The moveset there is more of some moves I'd like. I need dire help with that, since I'm not so good. I hate stat moves, even though I know I need to add them. I just don't know where to put everything.

I see what you mean, Bcad. Maybe I can compare and come up with something in the near future.

Just my two cents, but I think a narwhale pokemon should have Megahorn as one of its move.

This.

You kind of made it better, and hindered it at the same time. The spacing of the levels became alot better, the moves you put into them however were not.

Changed Horn Drill for Drill Peck. Crosse helped me on that because I had been thinking of the wrong move. Switched Megahorn to an egg move. Apparently Hydro Pump can be an egg move, so why not Megahorn?

Any better now?

Current moveset:

:flying -- Peck
:normal -- Tail Whip
:ice -- Ice Ball
:normal Lv.5 - Charm
:water Lv.8 - Water Gun
:ice Lv.11 - Mist
:normal Lv.15 - Horn Attack
:water Lv.19 - Aqua Ring
:ice Lv.22 - Icicle Spear
:water Lv.26 - Aqua Jet
:ice Lv.29 - Haze
:normal Lv.33 - Slash
:flying Lv.37 - Drill Peck
:water Lv.40 - Hydro Pump

It's very balanced, almost too balanced.

2 :flying attacks
2 :normal attacks
2 :water attacks
2 :ice attacks
2 :normal status moves
2 :ice status moves
1 :water status move

Here's what I'd do with it [trying not to step on any toes]

Narby:
:flying -- Peck
:normal -- Tail Whip
:normal Lv.5 - Charm
:water Lv.8 - Water Gun
:ice Lv.11 - Mist
:ice Lv.15 - Icicle Spear
:water Lv.19 - Aqua Ring
:normal Lv.22 - Horn Attack
:water Lv.26 - Aqua Jet
:water Lv.29 - Aqua Tail
:dark Lv.33 - Night Slash
:normal Lv.37 - Swords Dance
:flying Lv.40 - Drill Peck
:water Lv. 44 - Hydro Pump

Adwhal:
:normal -- Slash
:flying -- Peck
:normal -- Tail Whip
:normal Lv.5 - Charm
:water Lv.8 - Water Gun
:ice Lv.11 - Mist
:ice Lv.15 - Icicle Spear
:water Lv.19 - Aqua Ring
:normal Lv.25 - Horn Attack
:ice Lv.31 - Ice Shard
:water Lv.37 - Aqua Tail
:dark Lv.43 - Night Slash
:normal Lv.49 - Swords Dance
:flying Lv.55 - Drill Peck
:ice Lv. 61 - Icicle Crash
:ice Lv. 67 - Hail
:bug Lv. 73 - Megahorn

[Moving Ice Ball and Haze to Egg Moves; Psycho Cut would also make a nice Egg Move addition; you'd have to put it in the field group, like Wailmer for there to actually be a father for it though.]

I kept to the patterm it already had, though expanded from 15 moves to the 17 cap. Do what you will with it. As to why those two were moved to egg moves:

Ice Ball: Spheal is the only canon that learns it by level up; it's actually a sphere and makes sense. This pokemon doesn't look like it will naturally roll as easily and will be associated with Spheal line anyways from the similar basis (Walrus vs. Narwhal)

Haze: Only one pokemon has both Haze and Mist by level up; Cryogonal (and it learns the two at the same level). Several have one by level up and one as an egg move though.

Added more physical moves and took out special ones, because this (especially as it's angry adult) seems more like a physical pokemon. Do what you will with this.

Some of those are good, but I think the ones that Mer helped with work well. I need some help with the other information, as well as Jai fixing up the sprite.

The Jester's back in town.
the only problem I see is that they don't really look like they're facing right to me, the first one looks like it's looking behind it, and the evo looks like it's looking above, also the horns on it's back are just copies? + Besides the size, there isn't much else that changes about it, and they're in the exact same position etc... but yeh that's just me
