Thank you for providing a key. Much appreciated. Millenia Town Town Centre Sunny Pickup (VV)~2/5 Um...are you alright? I mean, sure you responded to the kindly store owner at first - and then you started jabbering on, seemingly insinuating that the owner was saying stuff that...well, he wasn't saying! He merely stood back, watching as you spoke to yourself for the best part of five minutes. All of it made sense in terms of where you currently were, but the fact was that no-one was speaking! The owner wondered whether you were almost pretending someone was there helping you, or you were just a lunatic. Or both, of course, there is that option. Once you had chosen the 4-Speed bike, the owner kindly nodded, handing you the foldable bike in exchange for your $250. "Thank you for coming," he calmly muttered, bowing his head as you left. What he did afterwards can be left to your imagination. Regardless, with your collapsed bike in hand, you immediately took it apart so it resembled the genuine article, before charging forward through the Town Centre, running through the gears as you got used to your new machine with your Zigzagoon on the handle bars. You could feel the wind blowing past your cheeks, almost seeming as though you could ride all day without a care in the world! It felt great! Admittedly, you were having to avoid people left, right and centre, but that was part of the thrill - so long as you didn't hit anyone, that is. Sadly for you, there was no such luck - and for the second time today, you were about to annoy another young woman. ![]() She came out of nowhere - or at least, that's what it seemed like to you. She had just come out of a shop and was merely crossing the road, out of your field of vision, when you collided with her - leaving you and her on the ground a couple of feet away from the incident, and the bike trapped between your legs. That was bound to be painful, eh? "Ow! That hurt! What where you're going, jerk!" she yelled, nervously trying to pick herself up - she wanted to be sure that nothing was broken before he stood up. After all, that was one hell of a whack she took. "You could have killed someone!" she angrily screamed at your ear, slapping you across the face as you picked yourself up from the incident. Thankfully for you (sort of), it was only you and her that had been involved in the collision - your Zigzagoon had forseen the danger, and calmly jumped off your bike the moment before impact. However, you were somewhat too busy cycling at high speed to notice that - and you only noticed that V.V. was stood down at your side, without a scratch, once you had stood back up. The bike wasn't all that damaged, in truth - just the odd scratch here and there. Even more fortunately, it appeared the woman had calmed down somewhat from her initial angry disposition. "Tell you what. We'll settle things with a Pokémon battle. If you win, I won't report you to the police for reckless driving," she stated, realising that it, potentially, could have been an honest mistake from you. Quite frankly, she's a better person than most people - others would have either just beaten you up for causing them harm or marching you straight to the station. "That seems like a fair enough offer to me," she admitted, bringing out her own Pokémon into the street. Let's go, Herrera! BEAUTY CAROLINE Level 10

In need of a tune-up

[friggin' September promo taking effect after I go shopping and start a battle. yeesh] Narration - "Lorem Ipsum" "Lorem Ipsum" - Herrera speaking V.V [thoughts] - Lorem Ipsum Lorem Ipsum - V.F [thoughts] ^[Look who's talking!] "I'ma lunatic n' I doan' car'uh hahahaha! Let's see if I can Buneary Bounce this bench and... super extra-credit YES! Herr Thomps still's got the stomps, YA-HA! " It was a regular day; it was a fantastic day. The sun was a blister in the sky that kept, for the most part, to itself in tandem with every other pedestrian affixing their eyes and ears to the young man whose angular sweeps and leaps could beat out the throngs in lockstep back into a far-away beat. But many chose to reside by the comfort consigned by tiny seeds that could palpitate tunnels of rings that rumble on impact. But look who's accusing. Not a care in the world because he can't hear nary a word. "Dow-ng, duh nah-now, nah now, no-wuh dow-ng, duh nah-now, nah now, no-wuh Dow-ng, duh nah-now, nah now, no-wuh Dow-ng, duh nah-now, nah nuh-nuh-now, nuh-nuh-now-uh.." Jack white's rippin' riff nasty can pound in one's ear without one's tongue's sense of etiquette being able to restrain itself from slamming itself against its amylase-laced enclave. Freedom at 21 takes away the sane, lifts it by its shame, and molds it like an ogre 'till it knows not which is crime. |
