Shimo City TM Mart
The Shimo branch of the family owned TM marts. This one is ran by the youngest son, Derrick Martin. He, at an early age, left home to explore the Alternian region, only to settle in Shimo shortly after his parents started to sell TMs from other regions. He worked with his parents to help distribute the TMs in his new home, and soon it became a thriving business like back home in Peddleton.
Derrick sells the TMs that are ranked between C through E power, the ones available as follows:

TM02 Dragon Claw - The user focuses Dragon energy into their claws and then swipes at the target, dealing very good damage. - $2000

TM03 Psyshock - The user materializes an odd psychic wave to attack the target. This attack does physical damage. - $2000

TM09 Venoshock - The user drenches the target in a special poisonous liquid. Its power is doubled if the target is poisoned. - $2000

TM10 Hidden Power - The user shoots several coloured waves of energy out of its eyes, which deal very good damage. The type of this attack is unknown until the user uses the move. - $2000

TM21 Frustration - The user releases its frustrations at life out on the target. The less overall happy the user is, the more powerful this attack is. - $2000

TM23 Smack Down - The user strikesthe foe a stone or projectile to attack an opponent and bring them to the ground. A flying Pokémon will fall to the ground when hit. - $1500

TM27 Return - The user releases its happiness out on the target. The more overall happy the user is, the more powerful this attack is. - $2000

TM28 Dig - The user digs underground and attacks the opponent from underneath shortly after. As the digger digs, the tunnel simply collapses, leaving nary a trace, however while underground the user is vulnerable to attacks that move through the ground. - $2000

TM30 Shadow Ball - The user charges up and fires a ball of black ghost energy at the opponent, which may rattle the target's mind. - $2000

TM31 Brick Break - The user concentrates their energy into their hand or other part and hits the opponent with an open-hand chop, which deals good damage, and shatters Reflect and Light Screen without weakening the attack. - $2000

TM39 Rock Tomb - The user smashes the opponent's legs with rocks. This leaves the target's legs damaged, reducing speed. - $1500

TM40 Aerial Ace - The user moves at an untraceable speed, slashing at the target before it is able to have a thought of dodging. - $2000

TM42 Facade - The user performs a physical rage-induced attack that is boosted if the user is or recently was affected with a Burn, Posion, or Paralysis. - $2000

TM43 Flame Charge - The user cloaks itself with flame and attacks. Building up more power, it raises the user's Speed stat. - $1500

TM46 Thief - The user uses a good deal of Dark energy to fade into a spot next to the target, performing a light attack and stealing the target's held item or Energy, in the case of lacking an item. - $1500

TM47 Low Sweep - The user attacks the target's legs swiftly, causing damage to the muscles and reducing the target's Speed stat. - $2000

TM48 Round - The user attacks the target with a sound wave. Others can join in the Round and make the attack do greater damage. - $2000

TM49 Echoed Voice - The user attacks the target with an echoing voice. If this move is used every movement, it does greater damage. - $1500

TM53 Energy Ball - The user expels a charge of solar energy that is naturally gathered by the body towards the opponent for good damage, and may reduce the opponents defenses. - $2000

TM54 False Swipe - The user basically feigns an attack, hitting for the bare minimum of damage, and never able to knock out the opponent. - $1500

TM55 Scald - The user shoots boiling hot water at its target. It may also leave the target with a burn. - $2000
-
TM56 Fling - The user throws its held item at the opponent with dark energy, with the damage that is dealt varying based on the item. - $1000

TM57 Charge Beam - The user concentrates electrical energy within their body, then the energy is fired out in a concentrated beam. However, this manner of attack usually doesn't discharge all of the stored energy, increasing Special Attack for future attacks. - $1500

TM58 Sky Drop - The user takes the target into the sky, then drops it during the next movement. The target cannot attack while in the sky. - $2000

TM59 Incinerate - The user attacks the foe with a small, hot flame. If the target is holding a Berry, the Berry becomes burnt up and unusable. - $1500

TM62 Acrobatics - The user nimbly strikes the target. If the user is not holding an item, this attack inflicts massive damage. - $1500

TM65 Shadow Claw - Utilizing Ghost energy, any of the user’s claws begin to pulse with this ghostly energy (Creating claws if the user has none). The user then swipes at the opponent with its new ghost claws, aiming for the vitals. - $2000

TM66 Payback - The user focuses it's mind on getting vengeance for whatever the target does next battle.The attack is stronger if the thought of vengeance is backed by actually getting hit before the attack is delivered. - $1500

TM67 Retaliate - The user gets revenge for a fainted ally by attacking ferociously. If an ally fainted in the previous reff, this attack's damage increases. - $2000

TM72 Volt Switch - The user shocks the opponent with a bolt of electricity, then rushes back to switch places with a party member. - $2000

TM74 Gyro Ball - The user adopts metallic qualities and spins at a high speed, slowly advancing and speeding up at the target. Faster opponents, due to their higher rate of movement, allow more time for speeding up of the attack, resulting in more force. Slower opponents are easier to hit, resulting in less speed building time. - $2000

TM76 Struggle Bug - The user attacks with a wave of Bug energy to resist the opponent. - $1500

TM78 Bulldoze - The user stomps down on the ground and attacks everything in the area with a small seismic wave. - $2000
-
TM79 Frost Breath - The user blows a cold, frosty breath on the target. This attack always results in a critical hit. - $1500

TM80 Rock Slide - The user hits the ground at an angle with great force, causing a blast of rocks to come out of the ground, and towards the opponent. - $2000

TM81 X-Scissor - The user gathers bug energy in its blades or claws, and slashes at the target in an “X”-shape, delivering a good amount of damage. - $2000

TM82 Dragon Tail - The user smashes the target with it's tail, sending them back to their trainer to be replaced by another Pokemon. - $2000
-
TM84 Poison Jab - The user’s primary attacking limb (such as a horn, claw, or tentacle) glows a bright purple and charges with Poison energy. With a swift strike, the user jabs the target with a decent chance to cause poison. - $2000

TM86 Grass Knot The user summons up some grass energy to cause the plants to grow in a certain spot to trip the target, and as they say, the bigger they are the heavier they fall. - $2000

TM88 Pluck - The user rams into the target, dealing decent damage and also getting the two near enough for the user to steal the target’s berry, or nib off the target's Energy, using its nimble beak/mouth. - $2000

TM89 U-turn - The user rushes in from one side, quickly hits the target using bug energy for a good amount of damage, and immediately returns to it's Pokeball, forcing it's trainer to choose to release another Pokemon. - $2000

TM91 Flash Cannon - Concentrating, the user gathers and compacts steel energy into a ball of shining force, and fires it at the enemy at high speeds. - $2000

TM94 Rock Smash - The user uses a karate chop or punch which focuses the momentum to a single spot, which is designed to break armor. - $1500

TM95 Snarl - The user snarls loudly, damaging all who hear, while also lowering their Sp. Attack. - $1500
