Welcome to Alternia, Terin. I imagine that you have a reason as to why you came to this continent, especially towards this city known as Shimo. There is not a lot of things to do in Shimo, but you can always enjoy the falling snow. Let's see you're a traveling musician right, so let me do something nice for you.

Stepping off the boat, you took your first steps of your first adventure. You were welcomed by a blanket of snow and a breeze of cold. The other passengers strolled towards the town diligently; everyone (besides you) dressed according to the weather. After all, most if not all of them had at least visited Shimo City before. Anyway, if you were to clean your eyes, then you will hear a certain sound.

Yes, this is the sound of a musician. Situated at the far right corner of the dock was a homeless man. He wore a jagged jacket/shirt arsenal and a ripped pair of pants. On his feet was a simple pair of brown pair of shoes. His body was wearied and face was dirty. His hands and mouth were all on a harmonica. He blew simple notes, hoping someone would spare some change. He kept an empty jar next to him. He was tired and lonely. His only companion was the music of his harmonica and his lovely Chingling.

Perhaps, you may want to go pay this man some attention. You might be able to learn something about the city.

I grinned softly and wandered over, tugging Bloodstorm loose from the plastic casing and setting the case on the ground beside us, open, as I leaned against whatever was lying around that was tall enough. I spent a slow moment tuning the thing while I made sure the case's strap was wrapped around my ankle so it couldn't be stolen, then plucked a crimson pick from one of my pockets. The little piece of thick plastic was painted with bright red lightning to match Bloodstorm's own colors as it danced over the strings to check the tuning. "You got any Indy or Rock in that harmonica, oldtimer?" I asked, grinning softly, and dropped a couple bucks into the jar as I readied myself to play with him. Musicians, where I'd grown up playing for coin, always made it better together, and even then, had a tough-as-hell time at it. "Let's see how many heartstrings we can warm up and sever."

I smiled softly, testing my strings again to make sure they were fully tuned and ready to rip. I smiled and tilted my head softly. "Hey Graham, why don't you go look around, see if you can find any 'dropped' change or stuff, hmm?" I smiled as the coon nuzzled around my neck before climbing down my back, careful of the shoulder strap and connected guitar before she slunk off to take a peak around the peer. "Let me know if you find anything, and see if you can get people to come this way, while you're at it!" I called after her, glancing down at Mr. Harmonica, and snickering softly at the nickname. It was temporary, until I had his real name to call him by. "Or do you have a favorite I might know?" I waited respectfully, ready to play alongside him in whatever he'd choose to break out of that little chip of metal and plastic cooling and warming his hands alongside his breath.

"Errr what? Indie? I play Harmonica kid, now beat it." The guy said. "Bloody cheek." Then clocking on what you meant he turned to you with a smile. "Oh you mean genre, sorry kid, my mind's doolally today, forgive mah rudeness." He continued. His voice was gruff as if he had spent the last few nights shouting at something or someone. "I really only play music that makes me feel good. You know, up beat tunes or dancey tunes...hehehe gotta love those dance tunes." He finished as he gave a big cheesy grin, showing a mouth half full of teeth.

Doesn't sound like this is your style of music but any real musician would at least make an attempt to play it...then, realising this didn't work, leave and do some illegal things with a needle. Hopefully you're not one of THEM musicians.

Moving swiftly on, Graham ran off to look for loose change and people to listen to your music, as you busily tuned your guitar and made small talk with Mr. Harmonica. A couple of people walked by, but none of them wanted to give away loose change. After about half an hour or so, Graham returned, slightly out of breath. Behind him was a Meowth and a Glameow. They looked pissed. Behind them was a young girl, about thirteen or fourteen, she seemed quite stuck up and gave a very nasty look towards you and your new friend.

"Is this flea ridden disaster your pokemon? That thing came up to me and tried to steal my hard earned money!!" The girl said...she was obviously lying, but who are people going to believe? A rich looking young girl...or a busker? No offence. "Beat it, freaks. Get of here, we don't want your kind around here." She finished, trying to look as menacing as possible. What were you to do in this situation. Mr. Harmonica (I like the name Pete more) didn't take to kindly to this young girl, but what was he gong to do...maybe a battle was the answer...or you could find a new spot, no big deal.

I tilted my brow at her, looking over her clothes. "Child, you've never worked a minute in your life. Don't bitch at me about 'hard-earned money'. This sidewalk's free, bug off!" I barked, grinning. "Unless you want to see what a day in the life of someone who WASN'T born with a silver spoon stuck up her spoilt, bratty little butt is like." I turned my eyes skyward and thought for a slow moment. "Hmm... All I've got running through for that's Camptown Races, Campfire songs, and country..." I spent some time thinking and shook my head, smiling. "How 'bout you just lay out a tune and I'll see how good I can follow off, eh?" I smiled, glancing down to give my strings a pluck. "You see that Jar, kid? A busker like us will only fill that jar once a week... If we're lucky... You probably get three of those full of bills every week for your allowance, and YOU don't have to spend every ounce of it on food and lodgings..." (I have no idea what a Busker is...)

I smiled, bending to pet Graham softly. "We're lucky there's Pokemon Centers to keep warm in... Such kind people as work there... Meanwhile, you have everything you NEED handed to you, and everything you want, offered..." I humphed, looking over to Pete the harmonican. "Ready when you are." I smiled, glaring back up at her. "Bugger off, louse. You're drawing the wrong looks." I humphed, smiling, and looking down to Graham thoughtfully. With a smile, I asked Graham if she'd do some dancing and spinning and whatever else she thought was pretty to try to attract attention. "Place is known for contests... May as well do something 'pretty'. See if you can toss out some cute looks at any guys passing by t' call them and their trainers over, eh?"

When Pete would start playing, I'd listen for the place there should be a backbeat and working to apply my own soul to my portion of the music, complimenting him instrumentally until I had the song's direction in order.

In My Little White Room Again
((OOC|| Removed from Xia's Journey))
After having lost your battle against the young brat and her two feline Pokemon, you left Augustus to finish the battle whilst you ran off in search of a Pokemon Center. With your fainted little Graham in your arms, you ran about Shimo City in search for the duel colored building that would bring Graham back from a state of unconsciousness. It took about ten, fifteen minutes of you wandering through this snow covered wonderland before you actually located the building in all of the white. With adrenaline pumping through your veins to heal up your sweet little Zigzagoon, you began to tread your way through the thick snow –your shoes making a distinctive “clomp clomp” sound as your feet crushed the snow beneath you. Soon enough, you came to the sliding double doors where you were to be greeted by a gust of warm and soothing air.

Inside, you made your way over to the front desk where the nurse was stationed –typing away at her computer with her slim fingers. She looked up to you as you approached, and seeing Graham in your arms, she asked no questions. She merely held out her arms to take the little one from you and stuffed his Pokeball in her pocket before she quickly trotted off with him –her heeled shoes clinking against the cold tile. That now left your alone in the warmth of the center, allowing you to examine the others who were taking refuge in the warm building. Over to your left there were a gaggle of girls, all huddled together in their expensive looking snow gear, and were giggling amongst themselves. One of the girls had a Pikachu perched on her shoulder, who looked over to you with her little ears perked. The mouse titled its head at you, probably wondering what you were doing, but then her attention was quickly regained by her trainer and her friends giggling.

To your left sat a young man, probably around the same age as you, simply staring off out the window at the snow that was falling from the sky. He had a nonchalant look about him, and was also kind of cute if you were to take a look at him. He had short dark hair, crystal blue eyes, and eyelashes so naturally long that most girls surely envied. His attire though, was rather plain; a black turtleneck sweater, blue jeans, and snow boots of course. If you were to take a closer look at him though, you could see that he too had a Pokemon of his own out and about: a Teddiursa. The little bear was cuddled in his trainer’s lap, fast asleep against the warmth of his body and suckling his thumb. It was kind of cute, actually. Just then though, the nurse arrived besides you and handed you Graham’s Pokeball –saying that everything was fine and he was good to go. What did you want to do? Perhaps try to get Graham for experience (I’ve added in what she earned from losing her last battle to your profile) with the people inside? Or maybe even wonder off back out into the cold in search of something more interesting? The choice is all yours~

Overlord of Trains - GRUNTY GRUNTY GRUNTY GRUNTY
Shimo City, Hospital

From Xia's Journey

Okay, a trip to the hospital! I'm not a big fan of hospitals, personally. I guess without it you would be pretty much dead, though. Either way, let's see what's happening. Well, obviously, you were in the hospital. You were also unconscious. Having been rushed here after trying to save an ungrateful girl's Meowth and almost killing yourself, you were lucky to be alright. Your rather new Sableye was also in the room, kind of standing on a chair. Slowly, you started to awaken. Who knows how long it had been since you passed out. Your surroundings had completely changed. You went from the snowy surroundings and water outside, to a hospital room. Your belongings were also in the room, carefully taken care of. While Sableye was out of his Pokeball, having already been, your other Pokemon still remained in it's red and white orb.

It was among your stuff, obviously. Of course, since you had just regained consciousness, everything was probably confusing. Soon after, however, a doctor walked in. She glanced over the room, and then saw you regaining consciousless. "Oh, you're awake, good. You should be a little more careful, you almost died." She spoke to you. "We are not a Pokemon Center, however, we did check up on your Pokemon to make sure they were okay. You are free to leave whenever you want, but I would reccomend you wait a little while, just to make sure you're fine." Well, that was decent. With that said, the doctor walked out of the room. Graham's Pokeball was sitting among your stuff. He was probably completely healed up, most likely from rest.

Meanwhile, outside the hospital. . .

A ghostly Pokemon hovered beside the entrance, waiting. People coming and going were a little confused, but they didn't bug it for the most part. While some couldn't tell what it was, upon closer inspection it was a Mortpoi, a Pokemon native to Alternia. All it did was float in place. So, what would you do now, Terin? You could meet up with Augustus, but it could be a while before then.

My eyes slid open slowly to look up at the ceiling, then wander over to the nurse and the ghostly creature just kind of... Standing around. Her words seemed a little distant, but I could hear them, all the same. I offered her no response, but to look back up at the ceiling, wondering if my blanket had made it in with me. "Jem..." I said softly. The Sableye continued to stare at the ceiling, as though there were a little red light moving about to keep a kitten's intrigue. "Jeeem..." I repeated, with the same response. After a low growl, I barked a little louder. "JEM!" The ghost's head seemed almost to click as it turned the jeweled gaze my way, a brief shiver crawling down my spine. "Bring me my bag, you strange little thing." I grumbled, finding the little remote to the bed and finding the button to raise the back some, unwilling yet to crawl out from the sheets. It still felt like there was ice in the air, the strange feeling of suspension in chilled waters remaining, dulling my hearing as I picked at my ears briefly. "Byeh... Swimmer's ear..." I grumbled, patting the sides of my head.

When the ghost finally finished his task, moving as though in a realm of distorted time, I snatched my bag from him and peered over at my Guitar case on the counter where my bag had been. "Bloodstorm had better be in decent condition..." I grumbled, poking through my bag to find Graham's pokeball and call the little raccoon out onto the bed. "Graham, I'm sorry..." I murmured, and hugged the little raccoon. "Are you okay?" I scratched the large rodent under her chin, smiling as the coon seemed more than happy just to be out of the ball again. "Let me get dressed and we can go find that... What's-his-name again, 'kay?" I smiled softly, patting the rodent on his head and pushing off the sheet, shuddering softly. "Why the hell're hospitals always so bloody cold?" I grumbled, putting on something more... covering than the bra and underwear I'd stripped down to, or the hospital gown. It was pretty much the same thing I'd been wearing before, a long tank top and the thick cargo pants, and of course, my usual jewelry.

I settled the blanket around my shoulders and tied the topmost corners so it would act sort of like a cape/jacket/something, and pulled Graham up onto my shoulders, over the blanket, scratching his cheek softly. "You ready Je-" I turned towards the ghost to discover that the mischievous thing had disappeared again and rolled my eyes. "Well, I suppose we'll just have to hope he's coming along..." I muttered, and shrugged, pulling my bag on under the blanket and strapping Bloodstorm's case to my shoulders after making sure the instrument was safely tucked inside and locking the latches again. "Jem, I hope you're following us." I opened the door to the room and stepped out, looking down the antiseptic hallways, shivering softly.

A brief pause brought my eyes lower and I reached into my pocket to pull out the pokeball I'd failed to return in my unconscious stupor. "Uhhh... Oops..." I muttered, shrugging. "She owes us, anyways. I'll give it to her next time I see her." I stuffed the brats pokeball back in my pocket and headed for the exit, stopping in the lobby when I spied the fish and shuddering again. "Dammit... Another one..." I muttered, before I spied Jem stepping through the door and looking up at the fish.

~Yo...~ The jewel-eyed doll-like ghost said, just staring up at the fish with a stance very ape-ish. I just smacked my forehead and sighed, wandering towards the door slowly.

Shimo City
Outside the Hospital

Ah, the perils of trainer-dom... mess around, and you might end up in a random hospital after a nice butt whoopin'. Sounds fun, no wonder so many people choose to go wandering around with their little magic creatures! Speaking of magic creatures Pokemon, your own seemed to be rearing to resume their own adventure. Even after such a shellacking, they were still ready to explore the world! And so, as you exited the hospital that had so kindly (and not to mention, for no cost to you) taken you in, a few doctors and nurses shot nervous glares in your direction. Though most of them were subtle and nothing bold or challenging, it was apparent that they didn't like trainers scurrying around with their Pokemon out and about their spotless halls. Even still, with a fuzzy raccoon on your shoulders and a mineral-munching monster trailing idly behind, you made your way through the identical halls and somehow, found your way to the lobby.

And of course, this wouldn't be interesting if some kind of something didn't accost you. The floating fish that had so curiously decided to park its fins outside of the hospital looked at you with decomposed, glassy eyes, and simply said: "Mort." If you considered the fact that its single-syllable utterance roughly translated to "die" or something like that, it was actually very creepy. Of course, it was nothing your Sableye couldn't handle! So mischievous and unabashed as ever, he sauntered right up and engaged it conversation. The Mortpoi then turned his blank stare to meet your Pokemon's, and responded with another terse statement. ~Oh. Hello. Is this your trainer~ It swung one (surprisingly large fin) in your direction, giving you indication that the two Ghost-types were indeed discussing you. However, surprisingly enough, the Mortpoi continued to speak. I have encountered many Pokemon partnered with trainers, but never understood it. Why do you travel with her?

The whole scene was more than a little creepy, to be honest. Aside from the fact that a four-foot-tall purple ghost fish was conversing with your Pokemon as if nothing were out of the ordinary, a chilly breeze was blowing through the streets of Shimo City. Yet Mortpoi seemed determined to question your Sableye. ~Though I do not understand why you wish to travel with a human, I have seen the strength that the bond can bring. And I would like to test that strength. Will you accept my challenge?~ Your Sableye looked once at the Mortpoi quizzically, then back to you. Its nonchalant glance didn't indicate much, but it really seemed that it was up to your Pokemon to make this decision.

Sorry that this is so crappy >.>

I sighed as I watched the ghost proceed to engage the... Other ghost... In conversation. The shiver that ran up my spine was becoming more and more familiar, and I wondered if I should just get used to it. I pulled out my Poketch and reequipped it, looking up the Mortpoi on the installed Dex function, humming. "That... I think I could live with that one..." I muttered, humming. "Could give me something to do with water pokemon, if it retains any of it's old moves..."

The sableye only continued to give it's creepy, devilish grin. ~Hmph... Not sure if that's what you can call it. She's not very well-trained, to be honest.~ He harumphed and gave a slow shrug. ~The mangey beast was soaked and shivering when we met, then jumped in the ocean.~ The color of his crystalline eyes shifted as though he were rolling the orbs they had replaced. ~I travel with her as a favor to my previous 'Trainer', really. Not sure I'll stay, yet, but I've yet to see how this 'training' thing really works.~ The purple monstrousity hardly moved as it considered the fish's proposal. Finally, with a slow nod to the fish, his smile grew wider. ~Yes, I think I should enjoy a test of strength... See where our abilities lie in comparison.~ The odd creature twisted it's head on it's shoulders and made a long call of it's name to the human it was training... Or being trained by. There seemed to be an inconsistency in his train of thought and placement beliefs.

"Ter! Terin!" the human seemed to respond, perhaps only to the Sableye's strange ears. ~Such strange creatures... Can't even speak plain Pokemon...~ He murmured.

The world Took on a totally different view, as it became Terin's once more. She leaned softly to push her cheek to Graham's. "Jem is a little bit... Creepy..." She muttered, shivering softly as she pulled the blanket her benefactor had sent her, and pulled her pack and guitar case's strap over it to hold it in place, much like a poncho, really. "Kinda wish I could understand what he was saying, though." The little raccoon had hidden the glare in her eyes when she felt Terin's turn her way and gave a few murrs of her own name, tilting her head when she felt Terin's fingers crawling through the fur of her chin.

~You shouldn't concern yourself, Terin. The ghost has no clue what he's talking about, anyways.~ She was quiet for a moment, pensive, before offering a few more words, which Terin only interpereted as more little murrs of her name. ~Do you think we could find an everstone around here anywhere? I like your shoulders.~ When Terin only looked down and claimed with a chuckle that she had no clue what the raccoon wanted, she sighed and shrugged, settling into her place, for now. *Perhaps there is some training to do for Terin, after all. If she can't understand our speech, we'll need to find some way to communicate our needs...* She decided to ponder that for a while, while Terin headed outside to meet up with her pokemon and his battling companion.

"Uhh... I guess... Looks like you guys want to fight, huh?" After a brief, blank stare, Graham offered her input to act as a translator for the lackingly-linguistically-skilled biped.

~No, you stupid-... *sigh*~ The Sableye still hardly moved and only rolled his eyes back to the fish. ~See what I mean?~

~Jem, cool it. This is a place of healing. They don't generally like when you make a ruckus at their front door... Besides, it impedes travel for those needing assistance.~ The coon pointed over at the hospital's employees and people who had chosen to stare at the scene, though she couldn't imagine it was her presence outside her private occupancy they were upset about. ~See if we can find a park or something nearby.~

The Sableye sighed and rolled his eyes again and looked to the Mortpoi, moving slowly as ever. ~I suppose that makes sense... Know any place like that around here?~

Although the powers of certain people in the world could allow them to understand the language of pokemon, I can't. Therefore the following statement has no bearing or even any meaning to me. It will however help you on your way as you were about to be led by your pokemon, to an unknown area that they had all decided upon.

"Mort, Mort, Poi, M'Poi!!"
"Saybel, Sabelye"
"Moooorrrrrrttttt"

Yeah...how helpful. The Sabelye known as Jem however started snicker so you can assume that they had either taken the mick out of you, or that there was some sort of joke being told. The Mortpoi remained emotionless and began to float backwards, passing the people of the streets who stared at it. I wonder what kind of water pokemon this Mortpoi was before it died. A Lapras? A Goldeen? Whatever it was, it was most definitely wild when it died, otherwise it would be searching for it's trainer...unless...did you ever own any water types that passed on?

Mortpoi continued to float back, and you were literally dragged by Graham and Jem to a small flat area, just past an alleyway. It seemed to be deserted but was covered in snow still. The Mortpoi seemed to be ready to fight here, and Jem seemed to want to be it's opponent.

I sighed as I followed the ghostly Pokemon to their battlefield, ignoring the snicker for the most part. Ghosts were creepy enough, allowing myself to think they might have some sort of personality beyond that, much less a wit or attitude. I glanced sideways at the coon resting comfortably on my shoulder. "You think if I offered up my own commands, Jem would listen to me?" The coon almost nodded, but glanced at the Sableye before hesitantly shaking her head. I glanced between the two on my own and sighed, shrugging. "Well, I guess this is your battle, then, Jem. But we'll have to learn to get along eventually."

The ghost rolled his little gemlike eyes again and stood, arms draping from their sockets, staring at the fish. ~Great! Let's get started.~ He chortled.

I hummed, curious, and looked to my Poketech briefly again, glancing sidelong at Graham. "Guess I should pay attention and learn something about Jem, huh?" The raccoon shrugged and crossed her paws on my shoulder, curling her claws into my shirtsleeves for the balance involved.

Jem's eyes narrowed as he barked his own commands, perhaps hoping I would somehow keep up with the language I didn't understand. ~LEER!~ He yapped, his eyes glowing. softly. He'd follow this up with a Nightshade, barking the same just before the attacks would register on my Poketech.

SHIMO CITY~OUTSIDE OF HOSPITAL

The gemlike eyes of your Sableye started to glow an ominous ruby, as they looked dead into Mortpoi's eyes. It was almost as if they reflected off of each other, and Mortpoi seemed unaffected by the technique. This was because of one of Mortpoi's abilities, Clear Body, which rendered the Leer useless! Oh well, it did not stop your Sableye from looking any less cool, and it looked even cooler when he readied himself for his next move! His eyes turned from ruby to black, and they started to kindle with ghost energy. It looked almost like an electrical attack, and this was evident when it shot out of Sableye's eyes and towards the Mortpoi! The energy kept going through Mortpoi's body, dealing a fair amount of damage to it. Mortpoi winced, and then looked at the smirking Sableye.

It was Mortpoi's turn to counterattack! He started flapping his wings/fins, and the air started to surge. He flapped them speedily towards Sableye, who was met with a face full of wind very quickly just as his eyes were fading back to their normal, sapphire color. He fell to the ground, and then sat up quickly to look at Mortpoi, who was shaking his tail towards Sableye in a Tail Whip. Well, there was the start of the battle. Not the most epic thing ever, but it was a fairly decent start. How will things unfold?

I watched Jem with interest as he performed, scanning the moves with my poketch, and looking over the rest of his move pool once they were complete. When the first round of blows seemed to be over, Jem's eyes began again to glow, as if to repeat the actions. It was experimental when my voice lit the air. "Jem, use Scratch, then Nightshade!"

The glow in the Sableye's eyes faded almost instantly as the little ghost crouched and leapt after the fish, claws bared. It was a slow moment after that he spent staring at his claws incredulously. "What the hell!?" he muttered, as his eyes began to take on more ghostly energy, which he decided to aim at the fish, rather than his own paws. The actions seemed only half controlled, and almost involuntary.

Graham and I snickered from the sidelines. "That's kinda cool..." I muttered, smiling. "Wonder what that's all about."

"Guess he was more loyal in an older life!" the coon snickered. "Must be something left over."

As if on some cue, the screen on my poketch turned a stark white and began to show the progress of a transfer before a pokeball appeared, and I snatched it up, staring at it as a message materialized on the screen.

A Warm Welcome

Dearest Terin,

I'm glad to see you out of the hospital. Do us both a favor, yes? Don't jump into freezing waters after a pokemon that isn't even yours, again.

I've procured, and supplied to you, a pokemon of aide in this area. Let's hope such things don't happen again, yes? I hope you enjoy your gift.

Signed...
~An Anonymous Benefactor~

I gave the pokeball a brief stare before popping it open to look at it's contents, scanning the little pink tapir pokemon and it's lavender flower print hide. "Colorful..." I muttered, echoing off some of the information my Poketch gave me. "Munna...? A Psychic type?" I took a moment to try to imagine any repercussions involved in petting the pokemon wrong before my hand sifted over the broad spot on her forehead gently. "You look like someone threw a bunch of Jam at you." I chuckled. "How 'bout that for a name, Jam?" The little tapir beast gave a grin and a coo before snuggling up to me.

The two Ghost Pokemon squared each other up. Mortpoi seemed to just hover in the air, its wings not moving at all. Jem glared at the fish, his eyes beginning to glow red with another Leer attack. Your commands though reached him before he had the chance to launch the useless attack. He took in your commands and readied himself for an attack. Jem waited eagerly for the fish to make its move, his Stall ability meaning he always attacked last. He would hit exactly the right spot on his counter-attack.

Mortpoi gazed vacantly at the diamond-eyed Pokemon opposite him. The stupid Pokemon had almost tried the same attack again, didn't it learn. The trainer though seemed to have more sense and commanded it to use different attacks. He waited for Jem to attack, but after a while gave in and launched another Gust attack. Flapping his wings a small tornado formed and rushed towards Jem. Jem dived quickly to one side, the attack only briefly catching his legs as he dove. Mortpoi quickly followed up with an Astonish attack, darting behind Jem and striking him.

Jem took this as his chance to attack and slashed out at the fish with his Scratch attack. The claws though passed through the fish doing no damage what so ever. The ghost fish flashed an evil smile and hovered back to its usual spot. Jem gave a little snarl and ghost energy flashed around him. Mortpoi gave a little shout of pain and cringed slightly as Jem's Night Shade hit him. Jem turned and smiled at you, happy he ahd done some damage.

Well, you hadn't really succeeded in doing much damage to the fish but you were egtting there. Jem seemed to want to continue the fight and was eagerly bouncing on the spot. Two of his attacks though were completely useless against the water-ghost type opposite you. So it was up to you whether to see it through or not..

I grinned as the ghost's will fell to my orders, a clean swipe through the fleshy creature passing effectlessly through the animal's hide. The Sableye's goofy glee was amusing, but not encouraged. "Looks like that's the move we're sticking with, then..." I muttered, rolling my eyes. "Jem, Leer and Scratch are useless here. Just focus on your objective and use Night Shade when you have your chance." I settled against a tree on the ground and patted my lap for the little psychedelic elephantoid to take up a seat. "And don't get so overjoyed about a single hit. Overconfidence can be a dangerous indulgence."

The looks I recieved varied wildly, from a soft glee and obedience, to a look of some surprise at the insight, even as far as something of a glower, each from a different source. They didn't bug me, and I took to snuggling the exhuberant little pink pokemon, who snuggled up in my lap in some comfort. I smiled softly and nuzzled the little pokemon while Jem rolled his eyes and returned his jemmed eyes to the glower he'd been offering the fish, readying for the next round of blows. It was only a short time before a mild stint of jealousy washed over the zigzagoon on my shoulders, and Graham pushed her face under my chin in much the same way a cat does to obtain attention from it's human.

I gave a gentle chuckle and patted her cheek softly. "Hey, Graham? Think you could take a look around? Maybe someone's dropped something in the area... Berries or potions or something useful like that, hmm?" I smiled softly, knowing her breed was experienced in locating such quarry.
