The Monthly Zaroff Lottery has been discontinued due to underwhelming success and general lack of interest. The Weekly Zaroff Lottery will remain unchanged with the exception of a new, permanent lower price.

Contests:
A few people have managed to make their way into the contest. There is still time to get your entry in if you want to make one, but you must hurry. This month is almost over and Next Month's Special Event requires a certain entry to have a winner, if not then part of the Event next month won't be able to be done. November's Fakemon Contest

Zaroff Monthly Lottery


YES! The Zaroff Monthly lottery is a great and risky adventure for all travelers both young and new. Like the lottery held weekly this little risk-taking contest can be activated via the poketech. However, unlike the other lottery there are a few changes in this lottery which are listed below:


  • Tickets MUST be bought IN-CHARACTER via the poketech. This is so that mods actually deduct the cost from your transactions. After you have been reffed as buying your ticket(s) you are to post in here with the page where you but the ticket linked.
  • You are now to select 10 numbers ranging from 1-493 and after those 10 numbers you select your "special number" which counts as 2 matches if it corresponds to any of the winning numbers.
  • There is no limit to how many tickets you may buy, seeing as there are literally over 50,000 possible ticket combinations to choose from. However, tickets for this lottery cost 100$ each, but the prizes are well worth it.


Sounds mostly good, right? Well, here's a few things you may want to know about; like, say... the prizes?


  • Perfect Match - Pot Money from ALL months*******
  • 11 Match - That Month's Pot Money
  • 10 Match - 1 Event Pokemon******
  • 09 Match - 2 Platinum Candies*****
  • 08 Match - 1 Ultra Rare Pokemon of RNG****
  • 07 Match - 2 Gold Candies***
  • 06 Match - 2 Rare Pokemon of Choice**
  • 05 Match - 2 Rare Pokemon (One RNG and One Choice)**
  • 04 Match - 3 Grand Candies*
  • 03 Match - 1 Rare Pokemon of RNG**
  • 02 Match - 2 Common Pokemon of Choice (Level 3)**
  • 01 Match - 2 Rare Candies
  • 00 Match - Nothing


*Note: Anything with an asterisk by its name is to be explained in the spoiler at the end of this post.

So, here's a quick recap for you.

1. You must post in this topic AFTER you Roleplay your character buying their ticket via the Poketech and a mod has edited your profile. Provide the link to the page in your journey where this was done or you will not be counted for the game.
2. Tickets cost 100$ Each
3. You are to select 10 numbers ranging from 1-493, and then a special number (*###*) that counts as 2 matches.
4. You are no limited in the amount of tickets you may buy, so buy as many as you like and see if you happen to be lucky.
5. Tickets are non-refundable; you take a chance, you can't give it back.
