In My Little White Room Again
Returning our focus to Mareep, we now see that the little one had surpassed the stage of gathering enough energy and power to not only light up the gray haze that floated above you. A wind from the east blew, the smell of rain clinging to each small gush that rushed passed you, and the sky above continued to snarl as its shadowy claws dragged it along the rugged landscape. The lamb watched in wonder as the atmosphere continued to change, noting the beautiful splurges of lightning and the dull roar as they fought against one another. She hopped forwards a little; she was excited to see nature in all of its harshness to be so beautiful. She nodded to herself once before looking back up to the sky, and then trotted over to your side so that she could receive her instructions to better help her aim. So she listened to what you had to say, but cocked her head to the side when you mentioned Poliwag. She wasn’t sure how he was supposed to play into all of this, but she didn’t really care; she wanted to master this damn move already.

So, trotting over to the small hill where she had performed her attacks in the past, she looked up at the sky and began to summon an electrical surge to flow across her skin. Her wool amplified the electrical current with its static ability, causing the amount of power she was harnessing to intensify. She smiled and nodded, determined to somehow smack down that damn tree (again? why does no one ever pick like a rock or something?) with her magnificent power. And then, in a flash, she released the energy that she had allowed to build up within her wool up and into the clouds above her. The yellow light was quickly sucked in by the blackness, which then began to undergo an odd change. The lightning played around in the background, lighting up the clouds from the inside out, and then the massive thunderbolt fell from said cloud.

The electrical current zig zagged its way down through the atmosphere where it collided with a tree, but not your tree. This one was several yards away from where the tree you had designated stood, and by the look on Mareep’s face you could tell that she didn’t confuse the tree she had hit for the one you had wanted her to. This move is normally horrible inaccurate, so getting her to actually make contact with that damn tree will probably be one of the hardest things you’ll ever teach.

Thunder learning curve___80%

We now return our focus to Poliwag, the little tyke who you had taught a new move a few hours ago. Oddly enough, I have to say for the longest time I kept referring to him as a female rather than a male, and hell, I don’t know why. It was quite odd to see the male gender symbol next to his icon, because for the longest time I honestly that it was a she. It was a strange occurrence, but luckily for you nothing negative came out of it for your tutoring status –except maybe for a few hurt feelings here and there. But hey, most people can’t seem to find any differences in the genders of Pokemon –so why should I be blamed. If they want to be known that they are “male” or “female”, they should at least try to make it more obvious.

So Poliwag listened to your instructions, adding together the two moves of Water Sport and Bubblebeam in order to come up with some sort of mental image, and he did. The tadpole creature nodded at you before hopping along, getting just a wee bit closer to the tree, but not so close that he could be potentially be harmed by any stray lightning strike. So, he focused first, gathering up the Water Sport in his mouth and thinking about projecting it with Bubblebeam. He nodded to himself a few times when he thought he was ready, and then he let it all out. Water gushed from his mouth for several feet, but it quickly fell to the ground below. He had the idea, but the main problem was that he wasn’t used to the density of the water; it actually weighed something. It would require a bit more strength to force the water out of his mouth to an acceptable distance, because using the strength he had used for bubbles just wasn’t cutting it.

Mhm. You need to watch yourself mister. Crosse likes mice. They’re adorable and fluffy, and I love it when they squeak like little squeaky toys that are given out in kids meals at fast food restaurants. I would keep one if I could, but my mother won’t permit it because she doesn’t like mice. Hell, that woman promised me a hamster when I turned twelve –I’m turning eighteen in a week and I still don’t have no damn hamster. Anyways though, you continued mentioning to Lapras about things which you thought would be odd and disturbing in hopes of getting the Roselia to faint..eventually..or something else. Well, let’s say spiders and mice were not clicking well with the “lost at sea” theme she had chosen, so she decided to go ahead and just mention Roselia and how she would slowly begin to lose her life in her song.

She raised her head high again as she began to sing, her big beaming blue eyes closed, and her sweet metallic voice filling the windy air. A gust of wind shuffled in behind her and slapped Roselia right up the face, causing her to jump a little. She shook it off though, but before she could redirect her attention to the battle her thoughts were captured by Lapras’ song. She looked around and up to the giant monster as it sang, frightened by how she wished for such awful things to happen to her when they didn’t even know one another. This troubled her deeply, for she took not one, or two, but three steps back. Not only that, but her mind was so troubled she didn’t even see your paralyzed little Nido trot over to her (though it was very slow. veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slow)

Perish Song learning curve___89%

The actual battle between the two opponents wasn’t very interesting, because everything just went by so fast of course your attention was not just all on one thing. To sum it up though, Nido had gotten the first hit of Poison Jab in and then a second, when he was practically bitch slapped by Roselia. The plant creature growled wickedly as she jumped at him, scarring the rabbit off to retreat to your side. He was growing weak, but Roselia was still managing to hang on. And even though she was disturbed by the song that Lapras continued to play, she couldn’t get rid (nor would she) of the feeling of pure determination; she wanted to win; she wasn’t going down without a fight.

Derping... All Day, Every Day!
((OOC: Running out of muse for two of three tutors. Guess which? lol))

Mareep. Oh, poor Mareep. The move was just becoming a bust. However, Kaz had a natural feel that she was close. She had to be. From making the energy up there, it was now at least coming down. The accuracy was off; waaaaaaay off. The ideas didn't even click in Kazuki's head. How does he make a move that is supposedly really inaccurate move turn accurate. Well, you don't exactly. But there is only room for improvement. "Mareep, I need you to focus. Close your eyes for a minute or so, and focus very hard on the tree I choose as the target. When you think you, inside, are ready, use Thunderbolts to cast the sky's fury. If it helps, picture the tree as a lightning rod, and it is suppose to bring in the lightning."

As for Poliwag, it simply didn't seem enough to use the force of Bubblebeam. Which, would be close to good. Instead, maybe it'd work if Poliwag had something to imagine. Yeah, mental powers worked just as well as anything else the boy could think of. "That was excellent. This time around, do the same thing, but imagine yourself shooting a jet of water. You need to pick up the force until it is sort of like a gun, or hose. So, make believe you're a fire hose and can shoot out water at a quickened pace. "

Kaz was running out of options. For real; now, Perish Song was becoming an annoying move to tutor. Although, it would be one of the best for making battles very quick. However, things were becoming a little rough. "Try again. Don't have to make it on Roselia, but it would be nice. You seem to like your theme, so go with something like Roselia is lost at sea and throw her over the side of the boat." Kazuki had to giggle. He was a failure right now.

For the battle, he had almost nothing left to do. "Nido, let Lapras go first. Use the song as a hopeful distraction again. If anything, get in another poison jab or two. Finish it off; don't let her finish you off. If she tries to attack before you do, try using Counter."

In My Little White Room Again
Mareep was doing well; she would have this move down eventually, and then she would be able to wreak havoc amongst all who dared to oppose her. The little sheep stared up at the darkened sky for a moment, studying the strands of lightning that where twisting and twirling inside the clouds, the turned her head and trotted over to your side. The little lamb looked up to you as you finally turned your attention back to her and the black sky that hung overhead, she watched you observe her work, and then kept her ears open when you began to instruct her on how she needed to improve it and focus more on the accuracy of her attack; it would do no good if it just randomly attacked the earth here and there without any parameters whatsoever. So she listened, carefully, and then once you were done she left your side to return to her training.

At her small patch of grass upon the hill that overlooked the fields below, she looked up eagerly to the black sky that hung overhead –as if it was trying to coax her to continue to attack it with her Thunderbolts just to see the beauty that would erupt above her. She closed her eyes and began to think; what would the tree look like if it was actually a lightning rod? She pondered the though, wondering if the image she had created would suffice and help her better he accuracy with this attack. She opened her eyes, the image of a lightning rod burned into her head, and then after a few moments to gather the necessary power then fired off two Thunderbolts off and into the sky.

The clouds above roared as they became charged with even more electricity; the lightning bolts within those dark clouds seared against the blackness and dance around in extravagant movements. All the while, Mareep had kept her focus on the sky above, and began to hope that the attack would strike down on the tree that she had her peripheral vision set on. The sky rumbled twice more before a lightning strike struck down from the heavens, this one hitting the ground a few feet from the base of the tree. She was getting close! Really close! Hopefully it wasn’t just luck though that the lightning bolt fell where it did; hopefully she was actually aiming better. But she still needed to get closer, because if that had happened in a battle her opponent would have come out totally unscathed.

Thunder learning curve___87%

Poliwag had made impressive progress with his first and last attempt at Water Gun, which in reality is quite normal seeing as how he would have learned it naturally in a few more levels anyways. But, rather than sending him out to fight the battle at hand and surely get his ass beat by a plant and a ghost, you decided to stick with tutoring. You wouldn’t need another attempt after this though; he would finish up this tutoring at fast as his little brain would let him. But, after having done his first attempt, he hopped over to you where he listened closely to your instructions. According to you, he needed to focus and gather more power so that he could propel the water out of his mouth and at a larger distance then what he had previously tried; he needed to get the strength and distance of Bubblebeam proportionate to what would be needed to accurately do Water Gun.

So, after listening to all you had to say, the little tadpole bounded his way away from your side and back over to his designated training area. Once there, he ran around in a few circles in attempt to calm him down, and then he began to focus on the power needed to perfect this attack. The imagery of water shooting from a gun and hose helped him out a lot; he now knew what he needed to get the stream of water to look like. Now he just needed to summon the right amount of power. Squaring his feet, he took his position and began to focus on his inner strength. Soon enough, water began to spill out of his lips, and then in a giant gust a strong and steady stream of water shot out of his mouth and collided with the tree over yonder. The attack caused much more bark to break off the tree and scatter across the ground than his previous attempt and now, turning back to you, you could see the smile on his face that signaled he finally had gotten a hang of it. Well that was quick…

Water Gun learning curve___100%

Alright, back to Perish Song now, huh? Well, from the looks of it Lapras was slowly and slowly getting more and more of a hang of this move –which was good. Except the fact that I forgot that she has what, two other moves that need to be tutored to her before she goes back to her trainer. This was going to be fun; reaaal fun. Anyways though, she listened to what you had to say about her attack and thought it over; she needed to get these mother fuckers to faint somehow. She nodded to herself, knowing that she had to persuade the Roselia to faint somehow with her demented story and then, after making sure that Nido knew to keep back for the time being, she began to sing her song once again. This time though, she kept most of the focus on Roselia and the tortures that she was going through at sea rather than just explaining the wretchedness of the scenery and adding bits and pieces of her misfortune.

Roselia took a step back, she was disturbed by how her opponent was able to speak of such disturbing and dreadful things about her. She seemed a little panicky too, as if she was on edge and just waiting for something to pop out from beneath the earth and scare the living shit out of her. She looked around wildly, her focus completely off of Nidoran who began to creep closer to her, and then at the last second she realized the trap. She sprung forth, ready to bead down the creature with her flowered hands, when she was jabbed in the stomach yet again by a Poison Jab attack. She knelt over, in pain, and then fell onto the floor face first, unconscious.

Well, the battle was over, but two out of those three still needed some final adjustments to their moves. Mareep needed to continue working on her accuracy; though she was getting closer and closer to the tree she had still not hit it with her attack, while Lapras I think just needed to tie down the length of her song to make it shorter and force her opponents to faint faster (or at least feel the effects of the attack in a faster manner). Not only that, but the Duskull and Roselia were completely open to capture if you wanted to try and catch one of them…

Kazuki couldn't believe it. He had won the battle. Finally, right? Well, not just that but the Lapras that was sent to him for a job had finally seemed very close to finishing. Of course, Kazuki had something very important to do with the pokemon he had battled with. He took out two pokeballs, and throw them at Roselia and Duskull. He'd definitely catch them; they were knocked out. But, as it seemed, it was back to the tutors. Poliwag had finished Water Gun with ease, and it was only useful for sitting around right now; no battles and no more tutors yet.

"Alright, team. After these two tutors, we're going to heal up and try some more. Lapras' trainer has big plans for her, so we need to help her tutor a lot of moves. Nido, you'll be learning a very new move, like Lapras." Kaz smiled.

"Lapras, I need you to use your song on..." Our protagonist reached for a ball at his waist. He took it out and sent out Geodude. "Geodude, I know this may be mean, but just listen to Lapras' song. Lapras, shorten the song a little, getting right to the scary parts. This way, the opponent can feel the effects much quicker."

"Mareep, I see a telephone pole. Remember Thunderbolt? We used that move to power them up. I want you to use Thunder and strike it. It's taller then the tree. Really focus again. Since there isn't anything very big that can handle some damage, I just need you to focus on the pole. Picture it as a Lightning Rod, and the power it has to draw electric into it."

After this, whoa buddy. Watch out world! Nido and Lapras were about to get taught a move that might come off as completely impossible. This is going to be a tough time. However, Lapras had another move after the next, so Lapras seems to have a time of sticking around with Kaz, the boy trying to make it at tutoring. Maybe he should get a tutor license at the Pokemon Center, since he just tutored... about four, or five moves. Right!? He should.

In My Little White Room Again
So you had a new method up your sleeve for learning this move, huh? After returning those to their Pokeballs who were no longer needed for training, you then brought up another one and cast it out onto the field. The ball split open and in a flash of red light revealed Geodude, who was sitting on the ground and looking up to you with his cold black eyes. The rock creature crawled over to your side and looked up to you, curious with what was going on –especially when Larpas glided over to your other side. The giant sea monster hummed as snaked her neck down to look at the rock, smiled, and then turned her attention to you to receive further instructions for completing this move. Geodude, on the other hand, seemed a little freaked out that you were planning on using him as a training tool, but he didn’t object; he kept his worry to himself and moved away from you and Lapras so that she could begin.

Lapras nodded at this, then raised her head and began to sing. Her voice stretched out over the small hills that rose and fell around you, her voice swaying with the grass as it blew in the darks winds that were cast out from the obscure sky overhead. She told her story; she sung her rhyme to the Geodude, and slowly she began to force the poor things mind to begin and wonder about how it would really end for him. He looked around, worried, and then noticed an odd feeling in his chest; it felt heavy, and his heart was pounding hard in his chest.

Lapras had managed to reach the climax of her song much faster than what she had the previous time she had used it, and with each second that passed Geodude became more and more weary with this song. He squinted his eyes closed and shuttered; terrified to see what was going on before him. He tried to retreat from the noise with Defense Curl and other status moves such as that, but in the end it couldn’t save him from the fear that struck his heart. He fell over, hands flown out in the air, and hit the ground with a heavy thud. Lapras had done it! That was one move down, now two more to go!

Perish Song learning curve___100%

We then turn our attention to Mareep, the little sheep that was about to master a truly devastating move. She trotted over to your side after you had finished with Larpas and listened carefully to everything you had to say: the things she needed to change, the things she needed to focus on, etc. She nodded to you after you were done speaking to her, and then with a baa she pranced back over to her small hill that overlooked the others below her. She gazed up to the sky, studying the lightning that was flashing about in the clouds above her, grunted, then decided that now would be the time to finish this.

She began the way she always did; she fired off two consecutive Thunderbolts into the sky to charge the dark clouds to a whole new level, then waited patiently for a sign that would say when the massive thunder strike would clap down from the heavens and smash into the ground. She kept her eyes on the sky, but the light pole over yonder was still in her peripheral vision as well as in the back of her mind; it was what she needed to aim for. She concentrated, looking at the sky and thinking about the lamp as some sort of conductor that would attract the lightning to it. She exhaled and nodded to herself seconds before the lightning strike fell from the sky.

With a loud clap it hit the tippy top of the light pole, sending a massive amount of electrical current through it. Not even two seconds after it had hit, the charge within the pole had become so massive that the bulb as well as the glass around the light bulb exploded –glass scattered everywhere and rained down and seared the ground below it. Electrical currents flowed out of the broken bulb and spit across the ground, striking the ground and setting some section of the grass below it aflame. The fire was small, but if it was left unattended and it didn’t rain, well, that could be problems. But the good news was that she had done it, and hell it was about time!

Derping... All Day, Every Day!
It was a great day for Kazuki. As hard as it always seemed to get when his muse for tutoring dried out, it came back as a good and fortunate thing. Well, not really that his muse died. However, the smaller details he gets to thinking when it does, pays off quite nice. Mareep is a prime example, along with Nido, that will stay with him forever. Lapras, well, eventually is going back to her trainer. Kaz couldn't recall a direct name, but would want to know the name of a customer. Oh well, it seems that Lapras is just owned by another customer--for now. Kaz had to take a break. The Tournament of Aegis was soon, or was it? Anyway, time for a break. (I need the experience, as I did not get a top five ranking. I know some pokemon are no longer on my team. Guess their experience is wasted. . . But Nido's and anyone else's is greatly appreciated.)

A long time passed, for the "break". It seems that Kazuki had brought his team back to the Pokemon Center in Millenia. During such a break, neither Nido, Mareep, nor Velix was battling in order to get closer to what Kazuki believed as evolution for the three. Lapras, his customer's pride and joy as it seemed, stayed neutral and mostly inside the pokemon. With a long stretch, Kazuki knew it was back to square one. Tutoring. But he couldn't figure out what approach he wanted to take. Nido was getting close to evolution, so he thought. But so were Velix and Mareep. As he quickly checked the Poketech, they confirmed it to be relatively close, as well. It seemed Kazuki had quickly thought of a plan. Try tutoring Lapras Ice Beam, as well as Velix learning Psychic. It would provide enough time for Nido and Mareep to battle, right?

"C'mon out Nido and Mareep!" Kaz snatched the two spherical shapes from his waist, and pushed the center button. As it expanded and grew, he tossed the balls to the ground. A crimson light popped out, turned white, and formed the two pokemon that seemed to be two of his favorite. The boy greeted them with very warm smiles. Such prize pokemon to him. "You two today will be training. Nido, you know the plan. Mareep, you had been tutoring. It's time we put that new move and maybe Thunderbolt to the test. What do you say? We need to find some opponents. In this environment, I'm sure we can find a trainer around here, or someone."

But as he waited to search for a Trainer, he turned around to release Velix and Lapras. Those two will be tutoring. Lapras will be taught Ice Beam, as it seems easy enough for her to do so, we can only hope. As for Velix, the fox native of Alternia, and Kaz's prized native, she will be taught Psychic. She has a move called Confusion, and a knack for psychic typing, so it shouldn't be extremely hard.

"Lapras, here we go. You're going to be learning Ice Beam. Lapras, you already know that you have ice energy within you. Also, you know Mist and Ice Shard; both being ice moves. I need you to focus on the energy that those moves bring up, and harness it. If you can, the energy will most likely be wise to be stored in your mouth. Eventually, the energy is going to be blasted out in a beam of energy dealing with only ice. It'll also freeze your opponent. Thus, our first step is getting you to harness the energy. Build the ice energy within you, which should be natural, and store it in your mouth. Then, when you can, try firing it at. . . Let's say the tree, and make a block of ice."

"Velix, you started on Psychic, and now it is time to finish it. You're going to need to use a more powerful version of Confusion; as Psychic is basically just that. Lifting the target, and bringing them midair. Then, basically rape their mind. You do this all the time with Confusion, which you used a little on the pokemon we just fought, I believe. Either way, you've done it before. The battle hasn't started with Nido and Mareep, and we're going to need help. I'm going to release Geodude. Poor fella' is like a puppet more then a pokemon, and I do feel bad, but we need this. I want you to think of Confusion, and lift Geodude into the air. But, instead of the usual chaos, focus more on the powerful waves of psychic typing energy, and then unleash a whole new level of chaos. Sort of like Perish Song on Lapras, because you heard a little when fighting. Don't sing it, but instead force it telepathically."

Nido + Mareep = Looking for Battle; preferably Trainer to get the bonus exp.
Lapras = Tutoring Ice Beam, located in the lightblue.
Velix = Tutoring Psychic, located in the magenta.

In My Little White Room Again
So you had finished tutoring, at least for now, and as you stood upon the hill overlooking the dark sky you could hear the sound of an engine approaching you from behind. It seemed to be a ruffed up dark jeep, and out from it immerged a man with a wad of papers in his hands. He approached you, asked your name, and then led you off towards the jeep to be taken to the annual Tournament of Aegis. Once there, you battled hard against other trainers from all over the area, but unfortunately you drew the short stick when it came to progressing very far though it and didn’t make it to the finals. But nevertheless you fought and experience will be rewarded, and all you have to do is click here.

After the tournament though, you were led back to the mainland in the same black jeep, where you were dropped off outside of the same Pokemon center. The sky was still dark, but the storm had began to move off towards the distance for not near as many thunder strikes where lighting up the sky. Nevertheless, whether rain or shine, you decided that you would be resuming with tutoring once again to get it out of the way; you had a dept to pay off and hell I’d just want to be done with already so like, you could do things, like, oh I don’t know, go on one of the plots that I had made for you a while ago? I like that idea, so let’s get going, mmkay?

The giant sea monster twisted her massive neck, moving her head around so that she could look down at you with her deep blue cobalt eyes, questioning what it is you were about to teach her next. This time around, the move that she would be tutored would seem to be much easier than her last because she actually did have past experiences with moves that were similar to it. Her deep blue eyes sparkled in the lightning that still glittered overhead, though it was slowly dying away seeing as how it was no longer being fed and pampered by Mareep’s massive Thunderbolts. She stretched out her body and hummed, pleased to have had such a nice long rest after her last move tutor. But she didn’t hesitate when you eventually made your way over to her; she knew what she was in for. So, she listened carefully to your instructions for performing this move, and attempted to do so once you moved on to the next one to tutor.

You mentioned the fusion between Ice Shard and Mist; you wanted to fuse the two of them so that she could come up with some form of Ice Beam. She began this with the attempt to combine the two moves, using the both of them to significantly lower her body temperature so that she could achieve that deep frigid feeling that would be required –so that she could potentially freeze her opponent. She then focused the freezing energy in her mouth, allowing it to build up like she needed to when she would try and use the move Ice Shard then slowly opened her mouth and let the freezing cold flood out before her.

She had managed to propel it across towards the tree with decent force; with the force that was required for firing off massive blocks of ice. But rather than being a strait freezing beam of pure ice energy, it appeared to be more of a fog that was being expelled from her mouth and out towards the tree. Now don’t get me wrong, this stuff was freezing, you could see so when you looked down to the ground where all of the blades of grass were speckled in white and with their tips frozen over, but it still would need to get a little bit colder to freeze a living being –since they have an internal fire that could surely melt the ice at the strength it was at now.

The fog eventually floated over to the tree and slashed against it, where it fell down to the grass and froze it along with the roots on the tree. Not only did she need to freeze it a bit more, but she needed to figure out how to condense the mist into a steady line of frozen energy to be propelled at her enemies. She had made great progress though and would more than likely continue on this path!

Ice Beam learning curve___45%

Oh poor Velix, the poor little dear who was about to go on with her own set of tutoring. Now, it’s not to say that she wouldn’t do good at this round of tutoring, but rather, she was about to be quite disturbed with the words that were about to escape from your lips. Rape? What is this, rape, that you spoke of? She went on pondering about the thoughts for a while, trying to understand what you were trying to tell her. The little one wasn’t accustomed to words such as these, so it took her a bit for her mind to process just what the hell you wanted her to do…and she didn’t get it. The poor dear was so innocent, so sweet, she wasn’t sure about what you spoke of. But don’t get me wrong, you’ll most defiantly get some brownie points from making me laugh my ass off, but the little one wasn’t going to be able to comprehend what you wanted exactly, as of now.

But nevertheless she listened to what you had to say, trying very hard to comprehend everything else you wanted her to understand so that she could perfect this move. You mentioned that you would be releasing Geodude to be Raggedy Ann yet again; he was her target; he was the one that was about to be mindfucked –for lack of a better term. But she made sure to take mental notes about how she was about to go around doing this; she needed to focus more on the psychic waves rather than the installment of chaos. She just needed to use her psychic powers to force the creature up and into the air, and then throw him across the field and into whatever she could find: tree, rock, tree, it didn’t matter as long as it would do some damage.

Sp she got down to business; she focused on the rock pokemon and began to force her psychic powers into her eyes. Her little eyes glowed a bright purple, almost like that text which you had colored her instructions in, which fucking blinded me when I first read this –by the way. She hummed a little and sent out a Confusion attack towards the Geodude, who slowly began to float up into the air. Geodude struggled against the psychic power, trying to move. He was occasionally able to break free from her grasp and struggle, trying to fall back down onto the ground, but in the end she would regain control. She looked around, trying to figure out where he would throw the rock, and then attempted to cast her out away from her and towards a nearby rock..when he just fell flat on the ground. He landed with a thud and struggled to get up, looking around only to see that he had moved a mere foot. Velix needed to gain more power, she needed to get a better grip on the creature who had struggled in her psychic grasp, and then she needed to try and throw Velix off a further distance.

With those two tutors done for the moment, you could see Nido and Mareep running around looking around for a potential trainer to battle. From where you stood, you could see a young man approaching with two Pokemon right at his heels, each of them a pretty strong fire type. The boy looked up to you, his dark eyes not amused, and saw that your two Pokemon were running down the hill to greet him. He just stared at them, having no idea what they wanted, then turned his attention up to you who was standing upon the hill. Well, it looks like the two of them had found a potential opponent, but now you needed to persuade him to engage you in battle~

Kaz wanted nothing more then to get these two tutors done. So, he didn't think about anything else. "Lapras, that was very good for a first attempt. What you seem to need is working on making the mist more condensed, and a Ice Beam is like a line of frozen energy. Now, before you try again, look at this picture. It's a Froslass using Ice Beam. Like I said, condense the mist more into a bolt of icy cold energy. Think ice, for the temperature. You know how Ice feels. You need the beam to have that energy to be cold."

Velix was next. Kaz had high hopes of gaining the move Psychic to their moveset of doom. "Velix, check the picture I have here. Mr.Mime using Psychic to stop the Buizel. This may be mean, but we're going to try this method really quick. I'm going to throw pebbles and small rocks towards you. You need to do what you did before with Geodude. However, stop the movement. I'm then going to have Geodude go towards you. Stop him before he hits you, and try using all the power to thrust him away." Kaz reached down to pick up some pebbles and petit rocks from the side of the road. He began to toss them at Velix, and then signaled Geodude to run/hover towards her fast.

Now for the battle. Who needs to persuade, when he can recklessly attack. "All you need to know, is that I want to train my pokemon." Kaz smiled. This would be one of his more reckless and selfish acts. "Nido, use Sludge Bomb, and then follow it by two Poison Jab. Keep working the poison in. Aim for Quilaza. As for you Mareep, use Thunder once, but then use Thunderbolt twice on Houndour."

Nido -- Sludge Bomb (x1) + Poison Jab (x2) on Quilava
Mareep -- Thunder (x1) + Thunderbolt (x2) on Houndour.

Lapras’ head snaked around your body as you spoke to her, her swirled ears listening closely to everything you had to say about her progress with this move –the good and bad things included. She had made impressive progress, that was for sure, but she still had some way to go before she completely mastered this move. She would, without a doubt, master it in due time though. She listened to you carefully, remembering her past attempt and trying to imagine how it would look when it was completed –which was when you showed the photo to her. The monster hummed slightly at the photograph, impressed by its quality and pleased with the help that she seemed to be receiving with this dramatization of the move. So once she had allowed the image soak into her mind, she nodded to herself and then to you, which signaled that she was ready to get the rest of her instructions.

You mentioned that in order to complete that move Lapras would need to condense the icy fog into a steady stream of ice energy –much like what was demonstrated in the photo you had previous shown to her. Not only that, but she needed to freeze the temperature more so that it would actually cause a frozen status on her targets. So she concentrated, trying ever so desperately to draw out that inner ice energy to better chill her attack, and focused it into her mouth so that it could grow in power. Her eyes rolled from side to side, looking at her surroundings, as the freezing water pooled into her mouth and slowly began to freeze over even more. She let it continue to build up in power and to become more cold for a few moments, then reared her head back and opened her mouth –the image of the Frosslass in her mind.

The attack however still looked nothing likes that of the one that Frosslass had performed in that picture you had shown her. Sure, she had managed to completely freeze the ice energy this time around so that it was almost like a solid blast of freezing energy, like the picture, but it lacked the formation and control required to master it; the attack went everywhere, as if Lapras had attempted to use Discharge or a move with similar consequences. She knew what the picture looked like, but for some reason she couldn’t seem to steady her attack into either a single beam of a small ray of beams that would be projected to the enemy; they were just everywhere, and in everyone’s business.

Ice Beam learning curve__70%

Velix, the little fox like creature, was the next on your list to continue tutoring with. This little one would grow strong in no time and, unlike Lapras, you’d actually be able keep her at hand to utilize her abilities. Her attempt at lifting and throwing Geodude didn’t work as you had planned before, but then thinking about it now you did realize that he was in fact too big for her to handle in the beginning. So, with an idea in mind, you approached the little one eagerly and presented a new photograph to her. Her little ears perked up as she placed her forepaws on your thighs, using it to prop herself up so she could get a better view of the picture. She titled her head to the side a little, amazed at the power the Mr. Mime had presented; he was strong enough to stop a Buizel! Not only that, but a Buizel who was being propelled by a move that appeared to be something along the lines of Aqua Jet.

Velix wagged her little tail; she was excited! The moment you tucked that photo back into your pocket she hopped off of your leg and began to run around in circles, expressing her glee with what devastating move she would eventually learn. She stopped though at the sound of your voice, and she listened closely to all of your instructions before she decided to go about displaying her happiness by running in circles once again. She knew what you wanted to do, and she was ready to take it on, she just wanted to release some excess adrenaline that was pumping through her system before she got down to business; she needed to be focused, so it was time to drain all the hyper activity.

Kneeling down next to her, you gathered a bunch of pebbles in your hand, then one by one you slowly began to throw them in her direction. She missed the first one, but the second and third she managed to throw off course with a jolt of her psychic powers. Her eyes began to glow a bright purple as you continued to chuck small rocks in her direction, and eventually not only was she able to stop the small pebbles with her mind, but she also chucked one right back at you which smacked you hard square in the forehead. You fell over too, head throbbing and whatnot, and if you decided to take a break in the future you would see a big old nasty bruise beginning to form on your forehead right between your eyes..it would be amusing for others to look at though.

The next part that you had presented to her was trying to move Geodude, which was what she had tried to do before. This time around though, she knew the feeling of picking the something up with her mind and throwing it a short distance away from her –she hoped she could do the same for something that weighed so much more than that of a measly pebble. So Geodude went at her, as if he was going to attack, and she intercepted him with a blast of her psychic powers. Her little eyes were glowing a fierce purple red, and slowly she tried to pick the creature up. It didn’t work. She had the swiftness of the movement down, but the actual strength required to lift other beings, she still had no idea how much power would be needed or how to exert that power into her mental energy. But she continued to try and lift him, until she eventually gave up and sent a blast of energy at him across the ground, throwing him backwards and leaving skid marks in the grass.

The man who you had saw over yonder looked up to you, his eyes uncaring and apathetic, then nodded once to confirm that he would indeed be the one who would battle you. He hiked up the hill, his two fire Pokemon right at his heels, then studied the two who you had released for a few moments. He smiled slightly and nodded for his team to take their positions out in front of them, then pointed to your team and called out his directions seconds before you called out yours. Each of the combatants received their information at about the same time, so they all began this fight in a furry with teeth bared and claws seethed.

Nido quickly made his way over to the Quilava, where he proceeded to blast her in the face with a Sludge Bomb. The weasel skidded across the ground, but did not falter, then steadied herself to fire off an Ember attack at your little Nido. The Nidoran was also thrown back from the attack, and he too recovered quickly and began to make his way towards the Quilava who was also charging. He readied his horns, coating them with poison, when he was broadsided by the Quilava with her Quick Attack. Nido rolled over not once, not twice, but three times before he managed to stop himself and finally get his footing –just in time to intercept the Quilava’s attack with one of his own. The Poison Jab struck her hard and prevented her from attacking, but unfortunately for you no poison status had been inflicted upon her from either of your moves.

Mareep would have more trouble with her battle from the beginning. It was time for her to test out her new move, and hell she was excited to do so. So, she fired off a massive jolt of electricity into the sky as the Houndour took off, her own set of commands ringing in her ears, when the lightning bolt fell approximately ten feet behind the canine; it missed! Startled, Mareep tried to prepare her Thunderbolt attack when she was blasted in the face with two consecutive Ember attacks. She screeched out once before going about and firing off a whole new Thunderbolt at the hound, which struck her head on. Looking at the dog not, her left eye was twitching and her tongue was hanging out of her mouth as she began to pant heavily. She crept over to her masters side, a slight limp in her walk, which told you that she had become paralyzed from Mareep’s attack.

Derping... All Day, Every Day!

Kazuki watched as Lapras tried using Ice Beam. He found it troublesome that the cold energy swayed all over, and he even had to try and dodge it. The boy grimaced at the fact that the move was almost there, but yet so far, in a way. He seen that Lapras basically had it pat down, and only needed her to control it a bit more, and not make things so wide. Kaz thought of singling out a target, and having her work on it twice, or maybe thrice. "Lapras, you are almost there. See that tree," Kaz pointed, "I want you to use Ice Beam, but really focus on making it hit the stump--the stump only."

Moving on, the spotlight hit Velix. She wasn't putting enough energy into picking up Geodude with her mind. But then again, maybe he wasn't what she should be lifting just yet. Subjected another pokemon into it, Kaz released Poliwag. The tadpole pokemon was much lighter in terms of weight compared to the Geodude. "Velix, try using Psychic to pick Poliwag up. After doing that, try again on Geodude. You're getting there, but slowly. It is fine to progress slowly."

As for the battle, Kaz had mixed plans about it. He could simply try for knocking one of them out, and then gunning for the other. But during that time, if something goes wrong, well, it could ruin some plans. Mareep could grab Houndour with this very turn, though. It was a risk, but it had potential. "Mareep, use Thunderbolt three times on Houndour. Nido, use Sludge Bomb on Quilava; we'll try to hurt and poison it!."

Nido ~ x2 Sludge Bomb on Quilava
Mareep ~ x3 Thunderbolt on Houndour

Having some messaging going back and forth, Larpas' trainer has offered up another deal. Being so kind hearted, Kaz couldn't pass up the opportunity to help. Besides, the money was also going to a good goal--his daycare. Sending over his Smeargle, the trainer has a wide range of moves that Kazuki had been asked to allow the weird looking pokemon to sketch. Switching Poliwag for his new Duskull, Kaz released the entire team. (The addition of only Smeargle and Duskull Dx) "Hey you too. I'm not exactly your trainers. But you both need to do a job." Kaz pointed to Velix. "Velix, use Confusion on Smeargle. Poor thing is to Sketch it. After words, Duskull, use Disable but only after Smeargle uses Confusion on you. After that, go to Nido. He'll use Toxic on you, and then sketch that. When those three moves are done, we'll have to heal you up." Kaz let it pause there. It was definitely overwhelming to the poor Smeargle. As much as Kazuki didn't want to do this to the poor guy, the trainer had asked. In the rules of business, in most of it anyway, the customer is almost already right. "After all that, Smeargle, go inside the pokemon center and heal up. When you come out, I'll have two new moves for you to try." By the time the pokemon came out, Kazuki would have switched Duskull for Geodude. Upon seeing him come out, "Smeargle, sketch Rock Throw. Geodude, use it on him!" And again, Kazuki switched Geodude out and took out the trainer's own Cestar. "Use Dragon Rage; Smeargle use Sketch." This truly was a beat down. Smeargle was pointed in to the Pokemon Center for another check up and heal. The poor thing had a total of 4 strong moves to go. Kazuki knew he had to finish the battle soon.

Smeargle is using Sketch for Confusion, Disable, and Toixc, and Rock Throw, and Dragon Rage in that order. It is up to you, Crosse, if this all happens. Remember... plots. lol :/

Lapras tilted her head to the side, slowly moving herself closer to you as you approached her from after finishing with helping the others. She looked at you curiously, a slight smile on her face, then tilted her head down over your shoulder to see what you were doing. A new Pokemon on the team? She was probably wondering why you had a Smeargle –perhaps maybe to tutor? It wasn’t until you released him that she began to laugh to herself slightly; surely this wasn’t the same Smeargle as her trainer has? Oh but when their eyes met, the two of them smiled and nodded to one another, knowing that they had indeed come from the same trainer and were being used for tutoring –though Smeargle’s method wouldn’t work out exactly as those which you had used on the others around you.

After seeing her friend off though, Lapras refocused her attention over to you and opened up her ears –readying herself to receive the information that you were about to present to her. She tilted her head to the side, then the other, as she snaked her head around your shoulders and got her head just right so that she could look at you from the corner of her eye perfectly. She hummed to once, telling you that she was ready to receive the information, and then you opened your mouth and gave your instructions. This time around you said that you wanted her to focus more, but this time around you wanted her to focus on the base of the tree and try to force it to freeze over –especially since the last time around it only froze over mere patches of bark. Lapras nodded at you after listening to your instructions, moved herself away from you, and then made her way over to a desolate area where she could practice on her move –but she stayed close enough so that she was still in the vicinity of the stump of the tree.

Lapras readied her attack for the next time around; she took in a deep breath and forced whatever ice energy she could summon into her jaws and held it in hopes of building up massive power. The power built up quickly, she had grown accustomed to it quickly to how much power she needed to summon and how to restrain it once it had built up a bit, and then now she needed to fire it once more. This time around, the ice blast shot out towards the tree and slashed against the bark, causing it to break off and fly onto the ground. The ice impacted the tree and began to swirl around the bark, making a small patch of ice over the surface of the tree. She had gotten the aim down, as well as the ability to freeze the bark, but now she just needed to figure out how long she needed to continue the attack until the frozen section spread over a larger part of the tree.

Velix was improving; sure, it was slower than that of Lapras, but hell she would get to the end of this tutoring session one day or another and would then master this devastating move. You originally tried to have her pick up Geodude, who proved to be too heavy, then you proceeded to peg a handful of pebbles at her to see if she could try to stop them and propel them away from her body. And it proved to be successful..but when you reintroduced Geodude she still was unable to lift him up –she just threw him across the ground instead. Now though, you decided to carve out a middle section to work on; you decided to have a medium between the two light and heavy objects that she would need to lift –and the one who you planned to use was little Poliwag.

Velix nodded, knowing that she could do this, then channeled her inner energy towards her skull and tried projecting it out towards the tadpole. The little one flinched, something was bothering his little brain, and soon enough once Velix’s eyes flickered a deep pink purple he was lifted up and into the air. She continued to lift the tadpole a few times, up and down, up and down, when she then finally set the little one back onto the ground. Smiling slightly, she returned her focus to Geodude, and attempted to lift him up and into the air with that same mental energy. The rock winced, then seconds later he too was flying good two or three feet in the air. He tried to struggle against her grip, but Velix managed to hold on.

She looked from side to side, thinking about what to do next, when she realized that now was the chance that you want to go and try to throw the Geodude across the field. She tried too, but he only moved a foot, before he slammed into the ground. He looked around, a little bewildered, but managed to pick himself up and return to you and Velix –though she had thrown him, he was practically unharmed.

Psychic learning curve__80%

Your opponent folded his arms over his chest, watching you closely as you gave out your orders to you team for this next round. He nodded to himself once you had finished, then pointed at you dramatically with his index finger and gave his two their own commands as well. Each of his team members nodded, showing they understood, and then they took off down the field towards your team. The Houndour, whose sights were originally set on the Mareep, veered to the right unexpectedly, and Quilava mimicked this movement by doing the same and changing her target over to Mareep. The Houndour, who had flames built up in her mouth, raised her head and Howled, which allowed multiple embers to fall upon her body and ignite her ability. She twisted her head around to Nido, snarling, then fired off an Ember attack towards him.

Nido was thrown back by the attack, but he managed to stand again, then quickly looked around left and right to try and locate where the Quilava had run off too. Soon enough he spotted her, running towards Mareep, and fired off his Sludge Bomb attack which scraped against her side. It didn’t do as much damage as it could have, but it was still significant, that is until she rammed herself into Mareep with a Quick Attack, then threw her to the ground with another Quick Attack as the lamb tried to regain her balance –which was obviously pissing her the hell off. The moment Quilava backed off though, she lifted herself up and fired two Thunderbolts to Houndour –the first of which she nearly dodged, and the second hitting her head on.

The hound shook her head and growled at Mareep, trying to push off the electrical surges that were pulsing through her body, when she was hit by yet another one. Quilava yelped once, backing away slowly from her partner, with a face of devastation when she realized that the hound had fainted. Their trainer snarled, returned the Houndour, and then refocused his attention on his Quilava. It would be two against one from now on…

Okay, now for Smeargle. This is going to be a pain in the ass, but I’m thinking that I will skip over all of the excruciating details that I try to add in to all of my refs since the rrt is starting to build up and I feel the senses of a headache coming on. Anyways though, we began with Velix using Confusion on the Smeargle, who tried to retaliate with his new Confusion move on Duskill, who countered with Disable..but nothing seemed to happen..what was this? Oh well moving on! The Smeargle looked around, his head pounding from all of the sketches, when he prepared himself to be slapped upside the face by Nido and his Toxic attack –which he copied with Sketch…when the same thing happened again: it didn’t work! What was this blasphemy? Maybe he went after to the center things would clear up? It was worth a shot. So Smeargle rubbed his head, tired and exhausted, ran up to the Pokemon Center to be healed.

He came back moments later, eyes droopy and muse fading, to take on the next set of moves that he would be forced to copy. The first one on the second part of his list was Rock Throw, which was used by Geodude on Smeargles face, who after taking a few moments to recover he Sketched the move with his paintbrush of a tail. He waited around for Dragon Rage, not amused whatsoever, and took the full attack and fell to the ground. Minutes later, he rose, and twisted his tail around so that he could begin Sketching this next move. It was painful, excruciating, annoying, and heartbreaking, but in the end he managed to Sketch everything you and his trainer wanted him to.

((OOC|| Looking through information on Smeargle, he cannot learn moves that do not cause direct damage --so Disable and Toxic could not be added..sorry)

Derping... All Day, Every Day!
Completely without muse for continuing the tutors, Kaz was required to finish Ice Beam and Psychic and even this battle before calling it a day and packing it up before the big tutor of Thunderbolt. Knowing it'll take a lot of time, Kaz is trying to plot for moves to teach his other pokemon. Maybe he won't, though. It might be time for Poliwag and Geodude to do some battling, in order to gain some levels. As Kaz was pulled off track, he had to keep focusing on the tasks at hand. First, Lapras. Of course, next, is Velix. Smeargle and the battle to follow, which the battle was nearly done.

"Alright Lapras. Nearly complete. Your Trainer is going to be so proud of you for listening so well and learning three great moves. Next, we need to try and lengthen the duration of the beam. You're stopping it a bit short, and it isn't making the necessary duration to freeze. So, it's simple to fix. I want you to use Ice Beam, and this time, simply hold it until the entire tree trunk is covered in ice. You shouldn't accept any less." Kaz smiled, and moved onwards. Kaz switched out Duskull for Cestar in the last post, so it was only right to switch Cestar are for Geodude for more training with Velix.

"Velix, dear, you're getting it. This is great! You're able to pick up Geodude." Kazuki then turned to the rock bodied pokemon, and the tadpole. "Sorry you both had to help, and I hope you two didn't get hurt that much. Return," Kaz held up their pokeballs and the light absorbed Poliwag. Turning back to the fox, "Sorry Geodude, but we need you. I promise we'll be healing up right after the battle. Velix, use Psychic on Geodude. As we discussed a few minutes ago. Pick him up, and make his mind into chaos. You know Confusion, but it is a very buffed out version."

The battle was next. Whoa; Kaz didn't see it coming from an obvious corner, but somehow Nido and Mareep seemed to be nearly losing to the Quilava. It was time for over kill, and it didn't seem to matter what the cost. Kaz tried to estimate the power of two Sludge Bombs. It would be enough to take the four-legged fire pokemon down. To make sure, the boy had to put Mareep in. "Nido, I need you to use Sludge Bomb twice. In case it doesn't finish her off, Mareep, you can step in and use two Thunderbolts. Make sure we defeat it."

Now, the last part. Smeargle. Kazuki sent a note to it's trainer that certain moves were not working, and that he had finished with Cestar. However, there was still a few moves to be taught. The next three moves dealt with Mareep and Lapras and Poliwag. It was better to start with Lapras's moves first. "Poliwag, use Bubblebeam on Smeargle. No matter what, go get healed again. After he does, Lapras, use Body Slam on him. Again, go inside to heal up. Afterwards, Mareep should be done with her battle. Mareep, dear, use Thunderbolt on Smeargle after your battle." Things seemed set. With everything, Kaz sent the money and Cestar back to their trainer, and traded Duskull away for money that would go towards his future daycare.

Lapras smiled and nodded; she knew that she was close to the end when it came to her progression of the tutoring of her the move Ice Beam. She had pretty much had gone about and mastered everything, from the simplest thing to summoning ice to form in her mouth and now she was perfecting the length of time that she continued to fire the beam of ice. The things that were in between, such as forming the ice into a beam and giving it the ability to freeze over, where all completed and ready to be mixed and added into the final form of the move. Once she mastered this, she would probably be capable of learning other moves that were of a greater strength than that of Ice Beam which could be even more beneficial in battle. So, Lapras listened to what you had to say about her final performance, then got down to business the moment you departed from her side to return to little Velix who was also in need of your advice.

She began by concentrating the massive glob of ice energy in her mouth and held it in her jaws in hopes of building up massive power. The power built up quickly, she had grown accustomed to it quickly to how much power she needed to summon and how to restrain it once it had built up a bit, and then now she needed to fire it once more. This time around, the ice blast shot out towards the tree in a perfect straight line and slashed against the bark, causing it to break off and fly onto the ground. The ice impacted the tree and began to swirl around the bark and eventually the ice spread over the entire bottom of the trunk as if it was a fungus feasting and multiplying on that of a carcass. Like said, the bottom of the tree was completely covered, which meant only one thing: Lapras had finally mastered the attack of Ice Beam –which meant that one more attack was around the corner..one of which I still dread..

Ice Beam learning curve__100%

Velix, who was the last one on your party as of now, was also nearing the end of her tutoring session. She had progressed a lot since the beginning which, if I remember correctly, I didn’t even begin with you teaching her this move. Anyways though, her progression with it was great and now, if you would go and look through all of the available moves that she can learn, since I normally don’t care about fakemon so I do not have their moves memorized, she could probably also do very well with whatever the hell else you decided to throw her way. But anyways, you called her over, gave her instructions and waited to see what her reaction to it would be. She was confident , she knew that she could master this quickly.

Velix nodded, knowing that she could do this, then channeled her inner energy towards her skull and tried projecting it out towards the small rock monster. The little one flinched, something was bothering his little brain, and soon enough once Velix’s eyes flickered a deep pink purple he was lifted up and into the air. Geodude looked around, confused, to see that Velix had lifted him so far into the air and that he was beginning to feel an odd sensation wreaking havoc within his skull. Disturbing images and thoughts began to press against his mind, causing a massive migraine to swell within his skull. Velix eye’s continued to be a swirl of colors, causing more pressure in his skull, when she decided that now was the time to try and throw him once more. The exercises with Poliwag had ended up helping out a lot –she managed to throw the rock creature across the field and into a tree with relatively ease, which meant that she had completed the move.

My muse, it is dying. I am surrounded by children who are loud and obnoxious as well as my little brother, who is looking over my shoulder while I type and making fun of the words that I misspell when in fact he is the one who cannot spell to save his life. So, your battle sequence will be short and sweet –as well as Smeargle learning his next set of words afterwards. Nido, who is way overdue for his evolution, set out his first attack towards the still standing ferret like creature. The first, as well as the second, Sludge Bomb hit, while the Quilava countered with a Quick Attack and was then zapped by a massive jolt of electricity from Mareep. Mareep’s attack was the last one that would be needed; the Quilava fainted soon thereafter.

Smeargle, who had been attacked nonstop whilst the others on your team either battled or tutored, eventually learned all of the moves you wanted him to do. It began with simple Bubblebeam from your little friend Poliwag, followed by a massive Body Slam from Lapras, and finally his consciousness was almost zapped away by little Mareep who blasted his face with a Thunderbolt. Despite being whipped with attacks repeatedly, in the end he did manage to sketch each and every one of them. This is good, because now he can go away, and we can get closer and closer to those plots of mine that are starting to pick up dust.

Derping... All Day, Every Day!
Kazuki was overwhelmed at the events that had just unfolded. So much was going on, and now everything slowed down and came to an end. Lapras had finished Ice Beam, as Velix finished Psychic. The battle that had been going on was finally over, as well. Kazuki's thoughts about everything was going wild. Nidoran had finally reached the level required for him to transform. He beckoned for his pokemon to come near, but mainly just Nidorino. As the four got near, Kaz returned everyone but Nidorino. Giving him a soft pet on the head, before the horn, Kaz's smile meant everything. "You finally made it, boy! You're growing up and getting stronger. I got one last present. As I have nothing else to teach you, I have the gift to turn you into the last evolution you can achieve. With it, I'm going to re-nickname you King. Because to me, you're my starter pokemon for this adventure and you're powerful and have the power to rule like a King. Here, take the Moon Stone." Upon touching it, Nidorino had started to glow. As if the Moon Stone, a simple piece of rock, was a part of it, both merged and transformed. Nidorino was not Nidorino anymore. In fact, he was a greater size, and had the ability to stand on two feet. He was Nidoking. Letting out a roar, Kazuki then put an arm around his best friend, and King greeted his trainer with the same, but had to hold back the weight.

A days work done, and Kaz had walked Nidoking to the Pokemon Center. Showing him off, Kaz wasn't ready to put him in a pokeball. Nurse Joy asked him too, though. Doing so, Kaz got the rest of the team healed. Then, he readied everyone for the next trials of tutoring, before going to look for a Skarmory or Bulbasaur. With a daycare in mind, Skarmory can help fly Kazuki places, if allowed. Or even help out with rides to cheer pokemon up on the daycare. Bulbasaur was a plant-like pokemon and could easily help with all of his planting needs. Kaz liked this idea, for sure. Going to bed in the Pokemon Center, the next day would be wonderful.

Returning to his spot right outside the Pokemon Center, Kaz released the entire team; King, Velix, Jolt, Lapras, and Smeargle. He also took out Poliwag. His plans for Gastly were coming up. Now for the introduction for the day. "Everyone... I want to start a daycare. Lapras and Smeargle, we're going to depart soon, but we can always be friends. Smeargle, you'll be leaving soon. Lapras, you and I need to tutor one move. One more. King, Velix, and Poliwag, you'll be tutoring. Jolt, if you would be so kind as to help?" Kaz enjoyed things with his pokemon.

:nidoking :lapras :mareep :smeargle

It was time for the notorious tutor that would finish Nidoking and Lapras' tutor-mania for now. Thunderbolt. Both Mareep and Smeargle knew it, as well, and both played an important role. "First off, Jolt is paired with King. Until the next round, Lapras and Smeargle." The boy separated the four into teams of two, to make the beginning of this move easier. "King, you are not effected by Electric moves at all. So, Jolt, I need you to use as many Thunderbolts as you can. Aim for King's horn, as I suspect it to be able to be sort of like a lightning rod. However, you can coat his entire body. King, when this is happening, I want you to feel the power behind the attack, and then try to build up this energy within you. Every move I've taught you, you've focused, focused, focused, and now it's time to try this. When the Thunderbolt hits you, feel the power, and build up the energy as it coats you. That'll be the first step." Kaz turned to Lapras and Smeargle. "Smeargle, use Thunderbolt on Lapras. Because of the level difference, you won't hurt it. Lapras, I want you to do almost the same as King. Feel the power, and absorb it, and try to build up the same energy feeling. Grab it well, because Smeargle is leaving now. Mareep can actually hurt you."

:lapras :poliwag

Poliwag was a nice little tadpole. His blue skin, and swirl-like belly made Kaz enjoy it's appearance. But deep down, Poliwhirl was a long-sought after pokemon. Releasing the tadpole, Kaz had grown a thinking expression. "I'm going to nickname you Swirl! Obviously, it's on account of your belly. But today is going to be Ice Beam." Kaz quickly turned to Lapras, "Before all that happens, Lapras, mind showing us a quick demo to Ice Beam?" As Lapras did her deed, Kaz smiled. "Alright, Swirl. Think of the water energy in you. Think of Water Gun. First steps are the harder ones, but the most important. Focus hard on the water, but then add the factor of cold. Imagine turning the energy inside of you frigid and icy. Try to do that and build some of it into the view in front of you."

:gastly

With Smeargle about to leave, Kaz had packed it up and prepared the transfer. It was nice doing deeds for others, but Kaz had to start thinking about himself. He needed to get things done quicker. Sending Smeargle off, Kaz took Gastly from his PC. Releasing it, Kaz smiled. "Hey, Gastly. I don't have a nickname yet, but don't feel as if you're not fitting in. The true introduction with everyone is later. Now is business. Today, I want you to learn a move called Shadow Ball. Basically, it's a spherical form of ghost energy. You're a ghost type, so I figure it should be easy. Plus, it'll help greatly in battles. Ya' know, I've always wanted a ghost type, but never could decide on what species. Anyway, aside from my rant, this is the plan: Lick is supposedly a ghost type move, so think of the ghostly energy you use when using that tongue of yours to lick a foe. Also, Spite is a ghost type move. Focus the ghost type energy and build a sphere," Kaz moved his hands apart, "about this size!"

:velix

Velix was a long-time friend. Kaz could remember when she started off with barely no knowledge of her true nature, nor abilities. Now look at her. She is playing mind games with everyone. Before this, our protagonist was very indecisive about the moves this little vixen would learn today. Hypnosis sounded good, but so did Confuse Ray. Each could be very simple. However, the Confuse Ray seemed a little pointless. To buff Velix up in battle, Kazuki decided to go with Swords Dance. "Velix, girl, you are going to spin." Kazuki could already see her face distorting with confusion. "Spin around, fast. Your claws are going to scratch against the ground and get sharper. This will increase your attack, as well. Spin faster and faster with each try, so try it maybe, like, three times!"

Yay! My first large tutor ref, I’m so excited! Seriously, I’m going to have fun with this =] So let’s begin, shall we? Of course we shall! So let’s see, Your tutoring King and Lapras Thunderbolt, Swirl Ice Beam, Velix Swords Dance, and Gastly Shadow Ball, speaking of Shadow Ball I need to tutor my Misdreavus .. Any who let the tutoring commence!

:nidoking

You started off with tutoring your newly evolved Nidoking, congrats of that by the way. Jolt your Mareep walked up to the giant brute, and did as it was told. Jolt began charging her wool with the electricity needed to perform the move. As she did so you actually noticed that her wool let off a dim glow, it was really quite amazing. Soon the sheep let loose on King, a bright lightning bolt blasted from her body and hit King, surrounding him in electricity. The attack, like you said before, had no effect on him due to being now part ground, but it was quite powerful, but it wasn’t anything he couldn’t take. King began to feel the power around him; trying his best absorb the energy. Now doing this was a great way to teach a move such as this, but it was slightly hard for him to absorb all the energy he needed to perform the attack. However, the brute began concentrating on absorbing the lightning, and was slowly taking on a bit of a glow himself. Well so far your technique was working, the hard part would be having King create this power on his own.. But I think he can do it.

:lapras

Next up was Lapras. You were trying to tutor her the same move as King, Thunderbolt, and well this one would be a bit easier. Why? Well I’ll tell ya why. You see, the difference between Lapras and King is simple. Lapras is of the water type, and well, King is not, why does this matter? I’ll uh, so you.. Smeargle began charging himself, and soon he fired a Thunderbolt just like Mareep had down. The bolt hit the water pokemon, making her wince a bit from the pain. Ya she was a lot stronger then Smeargle, but it still hurt.. Anyways, the static quickly flowed into the beautiful creature, and Lapras unwillingly took it in. water conducted electricity, which is why this tutor would be relatively easier for her to learn. While surrounded by the lightning, Lapras began feeling the energy. She was trying to see what it felt like not only on the outside, but inside as well. The static inside her body made it’s way through everything, coating whatever it could with the energy. Lapras could feel her muscles tightening, and for a second she got worried because it started to feel like paralysis, but thankfully it wasn’t. Like King, Lapras began absorbing the hit, taking in as much of the energy as she could, and like the previous pokemon, she started to take on a dim glow. Well it seemed as though she had the absorbing energy part down, maybe next you should focus on trying to get her to form the same energy on her own.

:poliwag

Next up was Swirl, the Poliwag. He was such a cute little guy, and you were going to tutor hi m a good move for water types to learn, Ice Beam. You started this tutor off, by having Lapras show Swirl what the moved looked like. You both watched in wonder as the prehistoric looking pokemon fired off a solid beam of –whoknowswhatdregree pure ice. You quickly described the move to Swirl, and gave him a good idea on learning the attack, and he began. He started building up a Water Gun, and then focused on chilling it. He was able to drop his core temperature down a bit, helping a lot to cool the water. He kept this up for a minute or so, and then he unleashed his contraption. It still had the look of Water Gun, but you could see small ice particles in the attack. Well, he was slowly getting there, a few m ore tries and I think it’ll be good.

:gastly

Next to tutor was your floating ball of ghostly gas, Gastly. The move you were teaching him was a good one as well, Shadow Ball. This move would be easy to teach, because he could learn it later on down the road as well, and well, Gastly was kind of a Shadow Ball itself.. You told him to focus on the ghost energy he used for Lick and Spite, and that was just what he did. The ghost began focusing hard on the ghost power, it was easy to find, pulling it from his body, forming it into a sphere, and launching it would be the hard part in this attack. However, he would try his hardest for you. Gastly began focusing on pulling the power from his body, and it was working! You could see a small black/purplish mesh forming in front of him. The matter slowly grew larger and larger, until finally he had it to the proper size. Happy that he was able to perform the exact command that you gave him, Gastly lost focus causing the matter to disperse. Well at least he had the first half of the move down, maybe you should try adding on the next step, forming it into a sphere.

:velix

Last on the tutoring block was Velix. The move you were tutoring hi was known as Swords Dance, which was used to raise a pokemon’s attack. You tactics were simple. Spin around and sharpen your claws, sharpened claws would definitely raise a creatures attack, now wouldn’t it. Velix didn’t really like the thought of spinning around in circles, all the other pokemon got to do cool things, and she just got to.. spin.. it wasn’t fair.. But, who am I to tell you what your pokemon thought is and isn’t fair? Sorry about that, I just couldn’t help myself.. Anyways on to the last tutor! Velix quickly began spinning in circles, her claws were digging deep into the ground underneath her, sharpening her claws, just like you said! Wow, you were really good at this! Velix continued spinning, one time, two times, and then finally a third, and then she stopped. Your pokemon had to sit down for a bit, because well, she was slightly dizzy. Howver, on the other hand, she pretty much got this attack down! I’m thinking two more tries and this move was learned!

Well, I hoped you like your tutor ref I know sure I did! Until next time my good friend!
