I was thinking, and realized something that might make the RRT a little easier to manage. Instead of having to ask for a ref after every post, say, during a battle, we could have a system where the one ref takes care of the entire battle or whatever in one RP session with the one asking for a ref. I think this way people would ask for refs less often. I don't know, I think it might work. Its completely up to you guys. (Admins) |

While that would shorten the RRT, it would do nothing to increase the number or refs done. Also, doing that would give mods more things to worry about, such as figuring out whether or not a person posted or not. Its a good thought, but with a site this size, it is kinda impractical. Thanks for the idea, though. |

I see, when you put it that way, my idea would probably slow down the process. At least I put it out there. |

There is no true solution to the RRT; it's a balancing act between speed and quality. Lax standards allow more mods and therefore more speed, but quality plummets; only hiring high-quality mods increases quality, but speed takes a hit. It is a constant struggle, one inherent to the system. I've never seen a suggestion that got beyond it in the end; the best you can do is fiddle with the ratio between speed and quality and try to hit a sweet spot. That, or get a legendary ref. Something that's not really viable as a long-term situation it does little but make things better until they burn out and you're right back to square one. tl;dr there is no magic "fix" for the RRT |

No, but small things can be done to help. The only magic fix is mods. But small fixes such as keeping requests open, not claiming refs until you actually do them, etc. Can help a lot. |
