Welcome to Kijutsu! The sun is shining, the air is clean (well, as clean as city air can be), and there's a newspaper blowing by, rustling loudly. It lands in front of you, twitching as though it were alive. No, it's not a Ditto, I do not have that power. On the front page is an announcement for what looks like a city wide...Voltorb and Magnemite festival? Well, that's really ood. What city would have a festival for those two Pokemon? Then again, Magnemite do keep the lightning away and Voltorb seem to not even exist anywhere. Maybe there was a use for them after all? Besides exploding and stuff.

Either way, the festival starts at 2 according to the paper and it's 1 now. You could hurry over to the central park and have some fun, maybe make some new friends or enemies, however you want to play it. You may be even could make friends with either a Magnemite or a Voltorb and quietly leave before anyone noticed. Yes, yes?

But a trashcan suddenly falls over and makes you jump. Something whines and paws through the trash before sighing in failure. A pink head glances up at you and the big dog Pokemon stares curiously at you. It can smell food on you and he looks pretty hungry. Maybe you could be nice and give him a little food? Even though he looks a little girly, there's a glint in his heads that says he hates anything frilly.

Signe was almost disappointed with the good weather. Not that it wasn’t great, but when it rained, it meant less people. For Signe, that meant less people to witness any crime she committed. Still, she couldn’t help but smile as she looked at the sky, though smog-filled it was. She pulled down her hood, revealing her bright red hair. Even though the weather was nice enough, she still pulled the zipper from her hood up a bit, hiding the two obvious ways to tell her gender. With a bit of luck she would find a naïve girl she could take some money from. Those were always the easiest targets: trusting, physically weak, not always too bright and often spoiled and loaded. Signe was about to explore the city, planning her first theft in a new city, when she noticed a newspaper, which floated around before getting stuck at her leg. She picked it up and looked at it. Something about a festival. A Voltorb and Magnemite festival. Signe was barely able to hold back a grin. A festival was the perfect place for a thief. If it was a popular one, then the crowd would be so big that, even if people noticed their items were gone, it was hard to see who exactly took it. If it wasn’t a popular festival, well, then the place would likely be filled with suckers.

Still, the festival didn’t start for another hour and it was still up for debate if she was actually going to pay a visit at all. All the thoughts about the festival faded, though, as she heard a sound near her. A trash can fell over right near her, giving her quite a fright. Sighing in relief, she heard another sound. It sounded suspiciously like… a Pokémon, whining. Raising an eyebrow, Signe approached the trash can. A pink head suddenly turned to look at her. For a moment, she just started at the Snubbull. The poor little guy seemed to be starving. As much as Signe disliked people, Pokémon were a different story. She couldn’t bear to see the dog like that. The startled look that had been on her face just a second ago quickly changed. Crouching down, she smiled gently at him, a look of compassion in her eyes. Reaching into her backpack, she pulled out a small box of Pokémon food. She opened the box and placed some of the food near the Snubbull.

“Here you go,” she said, motioning to the food. “Enjoy.” She sat back, waiting patiently for the Snubbull to eat. While the Pokémon might turn into a good asset for the team, right now, all she could think about was making sure the dog was healthy.

Well, it seems that the ever-so-great criminal mastermind has a soft spot. Quite common really, we've all got to like something at some point. Your weakness it seemed, was exactly that. A Weak Pokémon who was in need. Seemingly your plans to befriend a female and take her money, albeit genius was also slightly creepy. If it all went well, sure you'd be richer... But on the other hand if it all went down the pan you'd be left with a weird situation were another female is attracted to you and seems to think you are too her. Or in another sense you could find one that swings that way, or so to use a more politically correct term - Homosexual.

It'd seemed you'd taken in some long term goals, to become a thief through whatever ways are needed. A good criminal is one who isn't known, that'd be your long-term goal to be the opposite of famous. Maybe a clever idea would be to invent a tag or place-card that you leave in the wake of your robberies, bearing a nickname or a tag. That way not only would you be well hidden, you'd have created a legendary alter-ego. It'd be a tough job, but it'd pay you well and the hype surrounding you would make national news.

At this current time however, you were faced with every criminals problem, their weakspot. You'd take a liking to this Snubbull, and offered it some food. Without any second-thought the Pokémon stepped forward and ate straight from your hand. This Pokémon didn't really appear to have any confidence issues, which is quite remarkable given its female looks and unusual patter across its body. It was the perfect accomplice. Scary, but yet not offensive, which would be a big hand. Either way, through a simple act, you and the Snubbull had struck up some form of bond, it looked at you as if to suggest it was still hungry. He walked up to your leg and playfully rubbed his head against it, like a cat would to its owner, only here its a wild dog to a stranger.

Well that turned out quite nicely, maybe giving it some more food wouldn't hurt?
