Yeah, that's ok. To be honest, I don't see what your problem is - if you're that keen to have these two pokémon (Plusle and Minun) in your party, surely this is the best way? They're not exactly going to stop you from doing so, right now - and anyway, they were keen to follow your orders regardless of whether they belonged to you. However, that really didn't matter too much right now - the two pokéball's were thrown, and all you could do was wait to see whether the two pokémon were successfully captured. Of course, with them both being sedated in one way or another, the pokéballs remained stationary - and two faint clicks sounded out one after the other, stating to you that you were now the official trainer of a Plusle and a Minun! However, it was obvious that you would have to get both of them to a pokémon center if they were to be of any use to you - as would Dannielle, for that matter. After all, she was currently frozen stiff because of her own pokémon's attack! Your Machop, however, was more than happy to carry the frozen statue that was the female trainer upon his arms - after all, the weight of the girl wasn't something that would worry the superpower pokémon. "Macho!!" she yelled, picking up the ice statue with her hands - granted, it was very cold to touch, but she'd get used to it. As you made your way towards the pokémon center, a nurse poked her head out, clearly spotting the frozen female trainer being carried by a pokémon. "What happened to her?" she asked, opening the door for you and your hefty cargo - before taking hold of the two pokéball's that you had given to her with your outstretched hands. "Anyway, I'm Nurse Jenny - and these are your healed pokémon," she admitted, handing you back the Plusle and Minun moments later - by which time Dannielle had somewhat defrosted a little. "I guess I should thank you for bringing me here, kid," Dannielle admitted, realising that she had been assisted by someone who she had been berating for about ten minutes prior to her frozen spell - before remembering something was missing. "Did you pick up my Bibarel on the way here?" she asked, looking around for the beaver pokémon in the building - but was nowhere to be seen. Yeah - I knew you'd forgotten something. |

Joshua pumped his fist in the air as the two poke balls closed. Then remembered where he was and quickly lowered it. Picking up the poke balls and motioning for Rose to follow him he headed towards the Pokémon centre. He was extremely excited now he was the official trainer of two more Pokémon. Even if they had already been following his orders, they were now officially his. He was now the proud owner or 3 Pokémon and this was just the first day of his journey. Maybe he was truly destined for great things. Snapping out of his thoughts he found they were just down the road from the Pokémon centre. Smiling he walked towards it. "She was on the wrong end of a Blizzard," he said in reply to Nurse Jenny's question. He took the two poke balls and clipped them onto his belt. He could let them out later but he thought it would be better if they remained in their balls for now. "Hey, less of the kid," Joshua said in response to Dannielle's thanks. He was rather surprised by her attitude turn around. He was trying to think of something else to say when she mentioned her Bibarel. He cursed, "Sorry I completely forgot," he said timidly. He offered her his hand, "Come on we can go get him now." |

The past shapes up, but we shape the future.

Shock in her eyes, the nurse just sighed and continued on her job. Whatever she was going to do to free Dannielle probably wouldn't be pleasant, but it's all in a days work. Man, these Pokemon Center nurses were never given credit for what they do for people. Say, do these women even get paid for their services? So far there's no recorded event of a nurse charging for her services, which probably wasn't going to change. So how did these ladies make their living? Before the point when Joshua had received his Pokemon back and Dannielle coming out all sweet and kind he noticed a small jar that probably had forty Poke in it and a label on the outside that said "Tips." Maybe the nurses way was paid in tips? Hey- if he wanted Joshua could so jack that change. No...that wouldn't be right. Maybe he could donate? That would be a nice thing to do, considering he would more than likely be visiting this or other establishments like it many times during his Pokemon Trainer career. After she was defrosted by means unexplained, Dannielle came up to Joshua, asking the boy if he had had the chance to get her Bibarel for her. Of course the boy didn't, which seemed to offend her a little. The shame people like this didn't feel. Joushua had just gone out of his way to save her when he could have surely just left the girl there in her icy prison to be frozen to her demise. But no, out of the kindness of his heart he brought her to the Pokemon Center to be cared for. Either way, however, the invite by Joshua in the form of his hand was found rather cute in the girl's eyes, her hand quickly meeting his request. The two seemed to have chemistry, somehow, even if it wasn't anything that would advance into a relationship beyond friendship they seemed compatible nonetheless. The trip back to their battle grounds wasn't far- a couple minutes through the area and some more bonding time. Dannielle seemed too timid to speak at this point, holding back now that she was so close to the "kid" she wanted to defeat just moments ago. They made their way back to the exact location to find a missing Bibarel!? Where could the creature have gone? Where it was it wasn't here. The creature's a bit large, easy to spot and all and if it was still here it would have been noticed by one of them by now. "Bibarel...?" Dannielle blinked her eyes, looking around for her furry little Pokemon. "Bi..arel? Oh, precious, where are you!?" The female searched every impractical nook and even more impractical cranny searching for the Pokemon, but nothing, not even a lead to where it could have gone. "You! You idiot! If you hadn't had left my baby like this everything would be just find and fricken dandy." Pleasant Dannielle got kicked right out the window when the girl first raised her voice, looking frantically for the Pokemon she really didn't seem to care for so much previously. "You have to find it you dult! Bibarel...was my favorite Pokemon. Find him NOW!" Dannielle was barking orders at Joshua, commanding him to locate her lost Pokemon. Could he ever stand for this? To find what he was looking for Joshua would have to be resourceful. He has to investigate around, probably searching for clues to the Bibarel's whereabouts. Stuff that requires heavy thinking like this is hard enough, but with the shouting girl in the background it was even worse. |

Joshua stared at the jar of tips without really seeing it. Today had been the most action packed and hectic day of his life. At first he had been heartily enjoying it but now he was not too sure. He was enjoying meeting new people, and beating them. But the way most of the teenagers treated their Pokémon just did not sit right with him. There should be some sort of authority that watched what trainers did with their Pokémon. A place where mistreated Pokémon could go and not be bothered would help as well. Like the breeders places but bigger. With lots of free space where the Pokémon could roam free. He shook his head to clear his thoughts as the nurse returned with Dannielle unfrozen. Maybe when he had, had enough of journeying and had the money he could set one up. But that was a thought for another day. As he headed out the door with Dannielle he dropped 10 poke in the jar. He wondered on the way back to the training ground how he had forgotten the Bibarel. Why had it not returned to its ball when he had defeated it? Maybe it was because Danielle was frozen. It really did not matter anyway what is done is done. If she had not frozen herself in the first place she would still have it. He looked around the battleground but could not see the Bibarel. He sighed this was getting more annoying by the minute. He was never going to find that Makuhita at this rate. He ignored Dannielle’s spiel and kept looking around. There had to be some trace of what happened to the large Pokémon. “Calm down,” he snapped at Danielle. “We will find it.” Rolling his eyes he pulled his poke balls off his belt. Throwing them out around him he glanced at Dannielle again. “Spread out and search for any clues on where the Bibarel is,” he called out to his Pokémon. |

Head of Registration - The Exploding Train

The fact that you are able to put up with that girl is nothing short of a miracle. I certainly wouldn't be able to, which is probably why I am journeying alone. At any rate, something I believe strongly in is the concept of karma. You could have stolen that money, but instead contributed some of your own to the cause! Your quest for a Makuhita would have to be postponed for now, however. After all, you were looking for a Mountain Pokemon in the middle of the city and beach area. Perhaps if you looked outside the city limits towards the pathway, you'd be more likely to find what you were looking for. As of now though, you were seeking the Bibarel. With your infinite patience, you also happened to possess some luck. The Bibarel hadn't made it very far from the battleground, and was hiding in an alley. Your three Pokemon found it being about to be preyed upon by what looked like a very hungry Grimer. It looked at you, wondering if you were about to take its bounty. Someone with sharp eyes would notice that the Grimer seemed to be holding something in its hand. It looked like a Berry of some sorts! However the Grimer was no neophyte to battle, so it may not be an easy one to fight. Perhaps you could convince it to part with its meal. An option I would enjoy would be to simply walk away and let the Grimer chow down upon the water Pokemon. Danielle had caught up to you though, and screamed out and began to rush towards the Poison Pokemon. You'd have to make a decision. Fast. Do you get involved, trainer? OOC: First post in three years so I might have missed some things, let me know if it needs changing Joshua started to search around the area the battle had taken place. It was easily identifiable by the scuff marks on the ground and the somewhat dented playground equipment. "God I wish that girl would give it a rest." he thought while looking around. After a couple of minutes he was ready to give up, there was no way he would be able to make out the tracks of the Bibarel after the battle from those during, Or even from his own Pokémon. He sighed all he had wanted to do was catch up with that trainer and protect that Makuhita. Even that was not his original plan; he was going to visit route 4 and the Duijok Swamp before catching a fairy to Zaroff island and Peddleton, so much for that plan. He went back to searching for the Bibarel, after all his damn conscious would not allow him to leave until he had found the Bibarel and then the Makuhita. Not that Danielle was helping screaming and running around like a chicken that just lost its head. His chances of finding tracks were being disturbed by her. He took in a breath of the fresh sea air and tried to concentrate. He found some prints that looked a bit like a Bibarel and fresher than the others when he realised he had no idea where his Pokémon had vanished to. He saw a glimpse of Rose turning down an alley bordering the playground. It looked run-down and ill-used, rubbish and whatever else littering the ground and in some case the walls. There was no way Rose would go down there unless she had reason to. Considering he could not see Minun or Plusle either it seemed likely they were down there as well, which meant that theoretically Biberal was down there He took off heading toward the alley, vaulting over the sand boxes corner in the process. "Finally time to move on, maybe Danielle will stop whining and leave me alone with her Pokémon back." The thought considerably cheered him up as he waved for Danielle and turned around the alley corner. What he saw thought immediately killed his mood improved. A rather large Grimer was looking to make the Bibarel its meal. When he thought about it, he was not surprised there was a Grimer down here; it was almost the perfect place for it. This was not going to be easy, he could not just walk away from the Bibarel. The Grimer, would make a really good addition to his party but he was not sure he could defeat it, let alone capturing it. He had a little bit of a Quandary on his hands. Either way Danielle made the decision for him as she caught up and raced past him towards the two Pokemon. Joshua cursed there was no way that was going to end well. "Minun, quickly use Thunder-wave and then quick attack. Hit him before it hurt the Bibarel or Danielle,"Joshua shouted to the cheering Pokémon. He knew it was an unfair fight, but Minun was the quickest of the three Pokémon he had. This was definitely not the best day he had ever had. |

Millenia Town - Alleyway Early Afternoon Overcast I'd say welcome back, but I doubt that reminiscing about old times would be a suitable thing to do right now - not with a Grimer attempting to turn that Bibarel into a lovely meal for one. Of course, with Dannielle charging forward to try and wrest her Pokémon away from the Sludge Pokémon, that meal was potentially about to grow - humanity for lunch, beaver for dessert. Being the noble person that you are, Minun was sent forward to try and prevent such a situation - and with the Grimer too preoccupied with his 'lunch', was completely unaware of the ensuing Thunder Wave from your Electric type Pokémon. Needless to say, you had landed a perfect hit - the Grimer was paralyzed! Sure, he was holding a Berry, but it was of no use here! "Thanks," Dannielle begrudgingly muttered, thanking you for helping her regain her Bibarel. Admittedly, you probably should have brought him along with you, but at least she now had her Pokémon back with her - and unsurprisingly, she legged it, still rather embarrassed at being frozen when she battled you. However, you had now picked a fight with this Grimer - so any chance of you getting away from this wasn't all that great. Of course, he was paralyzed, so perhaps you had a chance? Still following your orders, Minun immediately nipped in with a Quick Attack against the rather beleaguered opponent. Sure, it didn't do all that much damage, but at least it was a start - if you wanted to battle this tough opponent, that is. Will you provide your Cheering Pokémon with some helpful backup? Or are you going to try and make a run for it?

No, right now was a terrible time for Joshua to be reminiscing, to be fair though it was not particularly a good time to be in a battle with a Grimer stronger than all of his Pokémon. The overcast weather made the alley look even more dreary and depressing. Considering the state of the alley had attracted a Grimer this was indeed an achievement. It only just hit him now but the alley was filled with a disgusting rotting stench, unfortunately only part of the horrid smell emanated from the Grimer. "Only I could end up in the dirtiest alley in such a beautiful place," Joshua thought to himself. Today was really just not his day; it was made worse when Danielle said thanks before taking off. "Son of a ," Joshua cursed as he turned to watch Danielle duck around the corner of the alley. "You have seriously got to be kidding me." Now how the hell was he supposed to find that idiot trainer from before, and to top it off he still had to defeat this Grimer. He turned back to the issue at hand still slightly bewildered. Was everyone in this city that bad or had he managed to fall in with the wrong crowd a day into his journey. He shook his head to clear it; he had a bigger problem at the moment. He studied the Grimer again and noticed it had a berry in his hand, which was just going to make things more difficult. On the bright side Minun had managed to paralysis the sludge Pokémon. On the down side its quick attack seemed to have no effect, what so ever. "Yup this is going to be really tough," Joshua sighed to himself. Putting on his game face he called out to his Pokémon. "Come on guys we saved the Bibarel now let’s catch this Grimer. I promise we will go somewhere nice afterwards." "Minun, use Growl and then another thunder wave, keep it paralysed,” Joshua paused trying to come up with a battle plan on the fly. "Alright Rose, get in there and help out, use focus energy and then Karate chop." He thought about sending Plusle in to battle as well, but without no true attacking move and the same supporting moves as Minun the help it could provide was minimal. Instead he would keep it back; if Minun got to hurt he would send her in to replace him. That way he could always have a Pokémon paralysing the Grimer with thunder wave. Which would make it easier in turn for Rose to actually do the damage and then to capture it in the end, maybe. |

Millenia Town - Alleyway Early Afternoon Overcast My my, this Grimer is awfully strong - even in a two on one situation, I'm not convinced that you'd be able to beat this paralyzed sludge Pokémon. No offence, but your Pokémon are far too weak to be taking on this kind of challenge. If Dannielle had not ran off like the clappers and decided to help with her own Pokémon, you would be on a much more even keel - but if you're that keen to give it a go, I won't stop you! With your orders set and Rose out on the battlefield, your little Minun let out a cutesy growl - quite what that move is meant to do, I'm not sure, but you could visibly see the Sludge Pokémon hesitate somewhat. I never understood how a growl like that could cause such hesitation - maybe if a Tyranitar was using it, maybe. Right now, it's the equivalent of a Staravia's Intimidate - just how does it make any sense? Regardless, your Machop followed suit in making a move, calming herself down as she focused upon the Grimer's weak points - quite where those weak points are on a poison blob is something you can try and figure out, though it may make your head hurt. The Sludge Pokémon was still somewhat paralyzed, but was still capable to letting gas flow from his body. Unbeknownst to Rose and Minun, that gas was poisonous - it wouldn't be any kind of smell that would get to them, but the content of the gas itself! As such, the two poor Pokémon breathed in the miasma - and were visibly repulsed, dropping to the ground as the poison took hold within the bodies. In a valiant bid to push forward in this battle, Rose charged forward and landed a Karate Chop - sure, it was a Critical Hit as you had hoped, and your Machop showed plenty of Guts in dishing out the blow, but striking the Sludge Pokémon with a move like that was about as useful as hitting an Onix with Rock Slide. Minun also tried to assist, winging another bolt of thunder at the Grimer - but considering he was already paralyzed, it was useless too. Admittedly, the Sludge Pokémon was unable to move once more, but you had barely laid a scratch upon him! I take back what I said before - this battle is pointless. Leg it!

Joshua stared in disbelief at the battle unfolding in front of him. Sure he had only been journeying for a short while but he had never felt so useless before. Rose and Minun preformed his battle plan to a T. Minun used his growl effectively and then nailed the Grimer with a thunder wave. Exactly how he had wanted. Then Rose managed to still land her Karate Chop to perfection and through a cloud of poisonous gas no less. His Pokémon had just thrown everything but the kitchen sink at the Grimer and it looked barely touched. Sure it was still paralysed but Rose had just hit a critical hit and it just shrugged it off. To make things worse the Grimer had just poisoned both his Pokémon. The damage from that was going to pile up in a long battle, which if they were going to come anywhere near winning, it was most definitely going Biting his lip subconsciously Joshua considered his options. As far as he could see there were only two real options. Stick out the battle and hope his Pokémon could outlast the Grimer. If the Grimer had not poisoned his Pokémon he would take this option without thinking. Sure it was powerful but they could whittle it down. But with his Pokémon poisoned they would be taking damage on top of the other damage the Grimer could deal out. If he stayed the only way he and his Pokémon were going to win this battle was with a great deal of luck and guts. Guts his Pokémon had, the luck on the other hand was not going to come so easily. The other option was to bail on the battle and get out of the alley post haste. He hated to leave a battle unfinished but he was honestly not sure if they could win this. Even if they did win it chances were at least one of his Pokémon was going to be knocked out. No matter what he did they were all going to get hurt if they stayed. In the end there really was not much of a choice; it was time to get out of this damn alley. “Come on guys and girls I think it’s time we got out of here,” Joshua called out to his Pokémon. He really hated fleeing but as far as he was concerned it was his only option. He called Minun and Plusle back into their Pokeballs while keeping a wary eye on the Grimer. “Let’s go Rose, time to go to the Pokémon centre then head to the beach I think. I have had enough of this part of town.” |

Millenia Town - Alleyway Early Afternoon Overcast Good idea - in all honesty, you were on a real highway to nowhere facing up against that Grimer. With the Sludge Pokémon appearing to be stuck in a state of constant paralysis, it was exceptionally easy for you, Rose and Minun to get as far away from him as quickly as possible - with any luck, he would become the dinner for another poison Pokémon in the area. Or be beaten up by a trainer Pokémon much stronger than him. Regardless, that was something you didn't care all that much about - you were on your way out of the alleyway and heading out towards the Pokémon Centre. Millenia Town - Town Centre Early Afternoon Overcast Having comfortably avoided any further punishment from the wild Grimer, you eventually found yourself staring at the automatic doors of the town's sole Pokémon Centre - it had been a relatively comfortable walk into the town centre, despite Rose and Minun suffering from the effects of the poison. Thankfully, there had been hardly any further damage sustained by the pair - so at least you were going to be able to take the two and have them healed whilst the condition was still fresh (not that it particularly mattered, of course). Or so you thought. Just as you were about to step inside the Pokémon Centre, you felt as though your belt had suddenly gotten lighter. Once you glanced down, you realised that the two PokéBalls containing Plusle and Minun had vanished! You looked around, noticing a man swiftly making his way away from the area. Needless to say, you gave chase - you didn't want to lose your two Cheering Pokémon quite so easily, did you? Thankfully for you, the thief hadn't gotten very far - either he was incredibly unfit or had been tripped up somewhere down the line, as he was on the floor, gasping for breath in the middle of town! Needless to say, he was going nowhere - and once he noticed you, realised just how much trouble he was in. "You shouldn't leave them on your belt if you don't want them stolen, kid! " he yelled, showing off his two new captures. You tried in vain to snatch them back from the thief - but he immediately dragged them just out of reach, pushing them down into his pocket. "If you want to get them back, you'll have to face me! " bringing out another Pokémon - whether it was actually his or not was questionable. However, this battle was obviously vital for you - lose, and your Plusle and Minun are gone. For good.
You cannot use Plusle or Minun in this battle. Edited by viperk1, Jun 15 2013, 11:04 AM.

Joshua smiled as he finally made his way into the Town centre of Millenia town. Fortunately that Grimer was in no great shape to give chase. Despite the weather and the way his day had gone so far he was feeling slightly happier than before. Perhaps it was because Danielle was no longer whining and complaining over his shoulder. "Good riddance," he muttered to himself. Perhaps he had earned enough good karma to keep him out of trouble for the rest of the day. He quickly found a street sign and managed to find his way to the city centre without too much trouble. Despite the weather and time there were a couple of people bustling around the square wrapped up in the tasks in their daily lives. The red top of the towns Pokémon centre was a welcome sign and he headed over. He arrived at the automatic doors and enjoyed the blast of cool air as the doors slid open revealing the lobby. Just as he was about to step inside he felt someone brush past him and his belt felt lighter. He glanced down and found his fears confirmed two of his Pokéballs were missing. He spun around to face the square, a snarl forming on his face. This day was getting ridiculous he could not actually think of any possible way it could get worse. But now he had thought that the universe was most likely going to find a way. Thankfully there were a limited number of people in the square and it was no hard task to spot the man running away from the area. "Oh you are most definitely going to regret that," Joshua said to himself with a most unfriendly smile. He took off running after the man and knew Rose was following closely behind despite her condition. He was quite proud of the fighting Pokémon. She had quite a hard day and was still chugging along like nothing bothered her. He skidded to a halt as he noticed the thief sprawled on the ground. The man was a fair bit bigger than Joshua and that just served to fuel his anger. "Don’t you have anything better to do than to steal Pokémon from kids, old man," he mocked. Joshua stared as the thief just became more brazen once he was confronted, refusing to give back his two cheering Pokémon and releasing one of his one. Joshua glared at the man, "Usually I would give you another chance to give the Pokémon back and be on your way," he said gesturing Rose forward. "But you stole from the wrong guy. I am having quite a bad day and someone like you needs to be taught a lesson, if I am the one that gets to do that even better." He turned his attention to the man's Pokémon, well the Pokémon he released anyway chances are it was not his. It looked slightly stronger than Rose and was obviously completely healthy and un-poisoned; he would have to finish this quickly. "Alright Rose time to show the old timer a thing or to. Use focus energy and follow it with a Karate chop, after than use a Low kick," he said. This battle was all business, he wanted his Pokémon back and he wanted to teach this thief a lesson. Millenia Town - Town Centre Early Afternoon Overcast I swear you have the worst luck - beat a tough Bibarel (no small task), accidentally leave said Bibarel frozen and at the mercy of a hungry Grimer, have two Pokémon subsequently poisoned, then have two PokéBalls stolen by a lousy burg- oh wait. Not the worst luck, I'd say, but it's definitely up there - though hopefully, your luck will come good soon, and your fortunes will change. I guess they have to, really - or you won't be getting your Pokémon back from this nutjob. Things, amusingly, got off to a flying start when it turned out this Purrloin didn't even belong to the burglar - or at least, that's what it seemed, considering the feline Pokémon was as inclined to move as a sloth on sleeping pills. "You dumb cat - pay attention to your owner! Hit that thing three times!" Graham yelled, pointing towards Rose with visible anger in his voice. However, the Purrloin glanced towards you, then Rose, then Graham - and decided to sit down and do sweet FA! This burglar was either knew nothing about ownership laws or Pokémon battling in general - he was useless! With this clear opening in play, Rose immediately focused herself, before charging down upon the nonplussed feline with a hefty Karate Chop! Believe me, if that had been a wooden block, it would have gone straight through - that was quite the powerful strike, so much so that I'm surprised that poor little Purrloin still has all his vital organs in the same place they started! Within seconds, your Machop followed up the strong Karate Chop with a delightful Low Kick, sending the feline crashing straight back into the burglar's midriff! "Damn, that hurt!" Graham moaned, having stumbled to the ground. As he looked down upon 'his' Pokémon, you noticed pretty clearly that the feline was out for the count. "Useless little...fine, take your Pokémon, they're probably useless anyway!" he yelled, throwing the PokéBalls back at you - before picking up the knocked out kitty and legging it! The police will probably catch up with him, I'm sure - he's about as well built as the Muffin Man. Anyway, time for you to get those Pokémon healed!
Machop gained 14.3 and grew to Level 12! 1.7/12 to Level 13.

Joshua watched Rose take the Purloin to pieces with a grim smile on his face. The cat Pokémon never really had a chance against his fighting type Machop. Rose was just getting better and better if he could pick up another strong Pokémon or two he could think about challenging some of the gym leaders in the region. While he felt fantastic demolishing the thief in battle he did feel slightly bad for the Purloin. That Pokémon was most definitely going to have a rough life. He glared at the thief's back until he could no longer see him. He cursed under his breath again; this day was most definitely not going well. He knelt down and picked up his two other poke balls. He clicked both balls back on his belt. This time making sure they were well clipped on. Maybe he should get something to completely secure them to his belt. He would have to think about it, if he was going to stay in this city it was probably a good idea. But if we headed out onto the trails he should not need it. Plus he did not want to spend money when he did not have to. He gestured to Rose, " Come on Rose let's head back to the Pokémon centre." He turned and started to head back the way he had come. "Here's to hoping nothing else happens," Joshua thought, then immediately realised he was tempting fate again. “We’ll get you and Minun healed up and head for the beach. Hopefully it will be a bit calmer there,” he said. “Might be safer as well.” Joshua cut back across the square towards the Pokémon centre, for the third time in roughly 20 minutes. Hilariously enough it was almost a personal achievement to make it inside with getting accosted or involved in some sort of dispute. He would have never thought before the start of his journey he would be the type of trainer that attracted trouble. Though his progress so far had certainly opened his eyes to how some people treated their Pokémon. He was snapped out of thoughts by Nurse Joy asking for his Pokémon. "Oh sorry," he said and handed over all three balls. He tossed 5 Poke in the tip jar and thanked Nurse Joy when she came back. "Alright Rose let’s go relax at the beach for a while. I think you most definitely deserve it," Joshua said looking down at the fighting Pokémon. Heading out of the Pokémon centre Joshua looked around the square before heading for the beach. Hopefully for some relaxation and maybe to expand his team. Edited by DeadShot, Sep 24 2012, 08:27 AM.

Millenia Town - Beach Early Afternoon Overcast Oh, how very kind of you! $5 isn't much, but as they say in Tesco's, every little helps, right? With your Pokémon healed, your next destination was the beach of Millenia Town - after all, as good as your little team of battlers was, a few extra additions couldn't hurt, right? Not to mention that, personally, even though they're a nice duo to have along with you, Plusle and Minun weren't exactly going to pull up any trees - not least with their current arsenal of attacks. You'd be better off with something like a Shinx or Electrike to satisfy your electrical needs, but those types are about as likely to show up around here as I am likely to jump naked into a pool of irate crabs. Standing at the edge of the beach, it was evident that, with the relatively lacklustre weather, the number of holiday-goers was quite low. Good for you, of course - less chance of someone attempting to steal your capture! As you stepped down onto the sandy shores of Millenia Town, you felt immediately felt something nip at your trouser leg. A further clicking sound accompanied this rather intriguing sensation - rather bizarre, don't you think? Upon further inspection, it appeared as though a small Krabby had taken interest in your ripped jeans. Why that was the case, however, wasn't immediately obvious. Either he thought his fellow Krabby had caused the other rips, or he merely wanted to use the material as a climbing range! Regardless, it was an amusing sight - though I doubt you'll want this little thing to be attached to you for too long. Do you want to send Rose in to deal with this crustacean trouble-maker?
