History: Tobias is a 16 year old orphan who travels from the direction of the sun's descent, sneaking into houses at night foraging for a parcel of food for an evening's dinner. His parents went missing a few months back after his mother disappeared into an unsuspecting alley and his father stumbled out of town and never came back. Both of Tobias's parents were diagnosed with Alzheimer's and were constantly taking wrong turns as they attempted to make their way back home from work. Tobias had a hard time recovering, but persisted in living.

He had aced through the high school he attended and was given a scholarship towards any college he desired, but was never able to claim that scholarship after he spent the family's last fortune into giving his parents a proper funeral. He had never been interested with the academics or the sports that aroused the attention of the other high school students. What he enjoyed to do as a hobby was to eavesdrop on private conversation in hopes of gathering some juicy gossip. Whenever he heard something that could capsize a person's entire reputation or simply sounded like useful material, Tobias would jot it down into his black notebook in case he ever needed to use that data again.

A week before the end of his school year, Tobias accidentally tripped near a small conversation between two boys, each had a face filled with wickedness chiseled into their smirks. Picking himself up, Tobias brushed the dust off his jeans and walked past a wall, pressing into the edge of the cement bricks close enough to catch the boy's voices. One spoke up. "Did that guy hear us?" The other one snapped, "Who cares, Ian? The stash isn't gonna get stolen that easily just because some dumbass wasn't watching where he stepped." Tobias got riled up from being called a dumbass, but he allowed his patience to keep him settled.

Tobias silently mimicked the footsteps of the boys gait as they lead him towards the "stash" apparently full of abandoned pokeballs. The pokeballs used to belong to criminals who painted the capsule camouflage and black in order to conceal themselves until they had to empty their possessions elsewhere for a separate road. Tobias got a vague glimpse of the boys movements after they fell victims to the shadows of an alley. A minute later, an audible whirring resonated from inside the alley and then a series of cursing coming from the two boys. Tobias's heart raced as he crushed myself into the wall facing opposite of the alley's entrance. Tobias peered over the edge of the wall, now seeing a vivid image of the two boys thrashing a fit at small, white snake.

He scrunched his eyebrows and jumped in, commanding the two boys to stop immediately. They turned and burst into hysterical yips and shrieks. Ian was first to recoil with triumph, "And what are you going to do about it, freak?" Tobias groped for his black notebook in his back pocket and slipped it out, turning a certain number of pages before coming to satisfaction with page number 156, reading aloud humiliating secrets that were obviously the two boy's. Tobias could sense a powerful blood lust emanating from them after he said he would reveal the secrets to all their classmates if they didn't stop the violence. The boys pounced with murderous eyes at Tobias, ready to relieve him of his notebook and send him to his grave.

He blinked. The next moment came with a frightful thud as both boys fell to the ground with long scars scraped down their backs. The white snake was panting in exhaustion on top of the Ian boy as Tobias slowly asserted himself towards getting closer. The white snake looked up with squinted eyes and struggled at something that seemed to have been a smile. Tobias smiled back, but because of his bat like grin, the white snake winced and tried to scurry backwards. Tobias closed my mouth and just looked at it. "Your a pokemon, aren't you?" I asked to ask the dumbfounded creature. But somehow, it understood, and gently nodded its head.

A few weeks later after the incident, Tobias decided not to return for senior year and collected the remainder of his savings to buy supplies for the road ahead. Dunsparce, the name he soon learned after some time of research, became his official companion. He doesn't know what he aims to reach exploring Alternia with his Pokemon. All he knows is that the page of the book has ended, already. It was time for him to begin a new chapter.

Starting Pokemon: Dunsparce :male
Nicknames: None
Differences: None

Starting Town: Kijutsu City
Poketech Color: :techblack
Other: Has a black journal full of pages which contain details of the lives he has "observed" so far.
