Should NOT up to the refs discretion on whether or not you use it.


Its not a solid brick wall, moves used in different ways may react differently. You might have a player that wants to sweep a flamethrower to affect multiple targets. You might have a level 100 Caterpie that wants to use String Shot as an offensive move.

For ANY attack which has a complicated effect, there might be a change in the AD that you don't know about if you don't read it. Not all attacks work the way they did originally. All refs SHOULD be using this as a basis to the result BEFORE they determine whats happened.

For instance..

If you use Agility once. It gives you +2 Speed. If you use it a second time, it gives you +1. A third time, again +1. Why? Because Seenter told me to put it that way. The same thing is for EVERY Stat Boost only Move that exists. But if you don't follow this, you mine as well be godmodding against the players. If you don't like it, post a topic here in the staff forum to get it changed.
