Rainbows and sunshine.
As you stepped onto the streets of Millenia, you could not help but feel a tough of excitment, a whole new world is at your doorstep, hypotheticly speaking. Millenia is one of the region's principle cities because of its economic purpose in Alternia. Millenis Town is located near the ses, of course since your were staring right a tthe ocean you already knew that. Wingull glided here and there followed by the ocassional Pelliper, and Goldeen splashed about in the waves of the spakling water surface. Around the area many houses stood with large windows facing the sea no doubt to catch the majestic view, here and there was a shop selling eith fresh produce or some form of gadget. There was also an icecream vendor with his cart handing some kids a frozen treat in the shape of a staryu with a bublegum ball for the jewel. Millenia seemed like a nice, peaceful town to begin your journey, good choice.

On the beach, which just so happened to be visible from where you were standing, a group of girls in bikinis lay on their stomachs tanning their already taught and taned tokus. Boys mostly in board shorts, some in wetsuits and others in speedos jumped around and splashed each other. There was one boy however, about your age who sat under an umbrella reading a guidebook, there was a Meowth curled up by his side sleeping, he was wearing a blue shirt and a pair of black boardshorts. It was a bit hot in the sun, the water looked enticing and so did the icecreams. But would you sucumb to the heat?

Anyway, there are many things that you can do here. Go to the beach and join in with one of the groups or talk to the reading boy or the girls, look for a job, you could even look for pokemon that inhabit urban areas, of treat yourself ot an ice cream. However, there are plenty of other things to do as well including finding another pokemon trainer and battling him or her for glory, honor, and the right to rub it in their face if your opponent loses. Remember though, battling is just as much physical as it it mental. Fair warning if you choose the path of the warmongerer. In fact look over there I see a rather hungry looking Rattata and its eyeing you.

:rattata :male Lv. 5

So yes, WELCOME TO ALTERNIA.

Maji watched as the last round went rather well for him, Lupine seemed to have made a lot of progress with Roll Out considering he hadn't trained it in a long while. However, he couldn't rely on just a lucky use for the rest of the battle, oh no, there had to be strategy in this battle. However, while he was focused on this and feeding the Vozelle he noticed from behind a bush appeared a Stantler. Carefully, his eyes drifted from it's horns and he reached for a pokeball on his belt, this one belonging to Femme who'd not been in a battle in a long while.

"Femme, take the stage." He called as with a flick of his wrist the ball opened up and out came the lovely female Pachirisu he'd caught only days before. With a smile on her face she looked around to see the angry looking Stantler and she looked over to Maji with eyes of confusion. He simply looked back and through his eyes asked if she wanted to battle. From that unspoken conversation a plan was formulated and both smiled.

"Alright, let's start this thing off right. I want you to avoid looking at it's antlers or eyes; most of it's attacks at a young age consist of visual attacks. Therefore, focus on watching it's feet. Considering the size difference there shouldn't be too much of a problem." He explained before quickly realizing that this Stantler could possibly be the Vozelle's mate. He grabbed more food from his bag and held it out to the Vozelle before explaining that since she seemed to want no part in this that he had to look out for what was best and thus would need to battle the Stantler. Without waiting for a response he continued on with his commands.

"So Femme, I want you to use Focus in order to increase your speed and ensure that you maintain a high speed. Then, use Quick Attack in order to strike it from the side. Try your best to conduct electricity in your fur as you run and when you come near Stantler try and release that if you can; something like a static shock." He explained, wanting her to run around as much as possible in order to gather up electricity in her fur before making contact with another physical body. Then when contact was made the kinetic energy would cause at least a small release of that electricity and she could start the training for Discharge.

With that he turned back to Phanpy who was readying himself for the next round with the Pilby. "Alright, Lupine I want you to use another Defense Curl and continue with the speed you have in order to strike Pilby. The more times you hit it, the more progress we'll make with Roll Out. If you can't seem to hit it again, just release yourself from your Defense Curl and hit Pilby with your trunk." He ordered, simple plan which would hopefully work either way. Now, it was time to see how things would unfold.

Move tutoring is such a useful skill when it comes to Pokemon. Most people jump the gun and teach when they have no idea what they're doing but you look experienced with this. You could probably teach any move to any Pokemon you wanted and have no problems with it. But you already know this so I'm just going to stop sucking up and continue on with what I'm supposed to do.

You gave very precise orders to your Pokemon in hopes that they would do everything exactly and learn how to learn the moves better. Femme began to focus on her speed and was soon running around the field at intense speeds. The Stantler was trying to keep track on where Femme was put was losing track every 3 seconds and become slightly confused with follower her around the entire battle field. Stantler then began to fire off Hypnosis and Leer attacks hoping to stop Femme in her tracks but fell short in hitting her (Total of 3). Femme continued to run around and continued to build a static charge. She then began charged the Stantler's body with a Quick Attack and shocked him when they made contact. Some people would call this move Spark but I guess it's your call on what you want to call it. After the move was finished, Femme returned to your side and waited for you to give her more commands.

Now it's time for Lupine's actions. He and the Pilby curled up in a ball, raising their defense and hoping for different things to happen. Lupine then rolled at the Pilby with growing speeds and was able to hit but Pilby's Defense Curl slightly lowered the amount of damage done. After the move was over, Pilby uncurled itself and started to Scratch Lupine, doing a decent amount of damage. Honestly, Femme's battle was more interesting but there was a little more going on.

While this entire battle was going on, you were feeding Vozelle and trying to become friends with her. I'm sure she's starting to warm up to you and wouldn't mind helping you out with this battle and making it easier for you. This round was now over and it was up to you to decide how you wanted to approach the next round.

Maji watched as the battle continued to unfold before him. Femme darted about and collected the static electricity she needed before quickly charging toward Stantler and she seemed to gather enough information as far as collecting went. However, her delivery of the attack needed some better assistance, as was made evident when she quickly retreated without dealing much damage toward her enemy. However, she'd luckily evaded any damage through this turn and he now had an idea to how she could better learn the attack.

Lupine, battling the Pilby, was having a slightly better experience with his training. It was definitely getting there, and now it was time to find a way to perfect his training. However, unlike with Femme, Maji had no idea how to help Lupine with this.

As far as the Vozelle went however, she seemed to be warming up to Maji and this wasn't at all anything Maji would complain about. Briefly he moved his hand from the pokemon and grabbed two pokeballs off his belt; Mitchi and Kaine. "Kaine, Mitchi; take the stage!" He ordered before throwing the two pokeballs into the air where they erupted and expelled his two pokemon. Before him both appeared, looking confused when they saw a battle already underway. "Mitchi, I want you to run around the battlefield using Volt Tackle. Don't touch any of the other pokemon, just release electricity from your body. Same goes for you Kaine, but I want you to use Spark. When I say stop, both of you stop and return to your pokeballs." He explained, and immediately both pokemon nodded and began running around the field, careful to avoid the pokemon who were battling.

"Femme, watch closely." He explained, and both he and the small rodent followed the other two rodents as they ran about, electricity expelling from their bodies rapidly. Femme watched as Kaine's fur sparked with electricity, with every step his legs would slightly rub against one another and create an even greater spark about his fur which slowly deminished between each step and then reinstated upon each new step. Mitchi too had a similar method, however his method called for the electricity to be channeled between each of his cheeks and redirecting toward its ears and tail in order to create the shield of electricity and then release that upon each step in order for more to reform.

"Mitchi, Kaine. RETURN!" He called before either pokemon could get too out-of-control with the attack, and both were returned to their pokeballs with a rather harsh jolt going through each of Maji's hands when they were recalled. He twitched slightly and looked down at Femme who was analyzing the process of the attacks. "Femme, now that you've seen both Mitchi and Kaine's versions of the attack do you think you can collect more of the electricity you need?" He asked, knowing that the hints of electrical currents from his other two pokemon would still be lingering in the air for some time. Femme nodded and Maji smiled, "Alright, then let's go again. Collect up that electricity like you did before and then strike Stantler with whatever you can. If it happens to be that you have to make physical contact, do so. However, if you can find a way to release the electricity without making contact use that instead." He ordered and she nodded, quickly running off onto the field to collect her energy once again, focusing on gaining the electricity she needed for the round.

Maji then placed one hand back over to Vozelle, carefully attempting to lowering his hand onto the back of its head in order to bring it down to the base of its neck to pet it more or less. Even more carefully, he made sure not to startle it in order to build the friendship with it, so that it would not attack them later on in this battle.

"Lupine, you're doing well. Now remember that sent you released earlier unto Pilby and follow it back. Try to roll over to it and deal more damage this time, Roll Out increases over each successful use and if you can find Pilby again you should be able to deal some pretty good damage. I believe in you! Let's go!" He cheered for Lupine, unsure of how he could otherwise help him with the attack. So with that, Maji just waited for the results of the next turn.

[Note: I am tutoring both Discharge and Spark, however she is only directed to focus on whichever she finds easier. So if the ref feels it fair, she should be able to discover how to collect the electricity she needs for both attacks, however whichever move she uses would be more developed.]

This battle of sorts was quickly turning into outright chaos. Though you were fighting two Pokemon and commanding upwards of four at a time, not to mention soothing the young Vozelle at your side, you seemed to be in complete control. Composed and calm, you had clearly kept your wits about you despite the peculiar circumstances. Congratulations on that!

However, now was not the time for boasts and sucking up. You had two foes to attack, and two pokemon to do it with. Might I say, the use of your two other electric types was a smart idea. Femme Fatal would have a much easier time gathering electricity with active currents in the air. After all, the main problem with attacks like Discharge is learning how to collect the static within oneself - by showing how it's done and having an active reservoir of the stuff around her, Femme would be able to learn these attacks with greater success.

Unfortunately, you seemed to forget one detriment to this plan! The presence of the Vozelle in the grove changed everything. With her pair of horns, towering above the scene, getting currents to run through the air would be all too difficult. Vozelle's ability, Lightningrod, caused all electricity to gravitate toward her horns, subsequently dismissing any advantage you received from Mitchii and Kaine's demonstrations. Snorting softly at the ever prevalent, but still odd feeling of the electricity running through her horns, Vozelle seemed to apologize in her own way.

Regardless of this, however, Femme would be one step closer to learning the moves you had tasked her with. Though finding very little currents to strive for, the Pachirisu had a better idea of how to gather electricity within herself. She focused, walking in place as the static gathered into her tail, quickly nearing an opportunity to release a torrent of electricity. Stantler, on the other hand, had other ideas. Seeing an opportunity through his confusion, the stag got near the concentrating Femme, and quickly made a loud noise, stomping his hooves near the squirrel-like Pokemon. Astonished, your Pachirisu flinched, scurrying off to avoid harm. Realizing that it was only done to break her concentration, however, she quickly returned with a Quick Attack, a little discharge accenting the attack. It looked like she was learning!

On the other side of the spectrum, Lupine was clearly having greater success. Balled up once more, the Phanpy did exactly as you told. Beginning to roll with greater abandon, Lupine accelerated with a great winding turn. It seemed that he successfully understood the concept of the attack, but he still lacked the finesse necessary to link the attacks together. Slamming into the Pilby with as much force as he could manage, Lupine bounced off once more, losing shape and falling on his stomach. The concepts you had to work on were clear for both Pokemon - how would you proceed?

Well, the last round of tutoring seemed to have gone better than the previous rounds and now both of his pokemon seemed like they would easily get the hang of the attacks soon enough. However, it hadn't occurred to him until he saw the apologetic look in Vozelle's eyes that it's ability would prevent the full learning of either Spark or Discharge, making the continuation of tutoring those moves much more difficult if it remained here; now was as good a time as any to invite it to his team.

"I'd like to invite you to join us," He gestured his hand gently across the length of the Vozelle's neck as he had been doing, careful not to move to quickly. "You would be an amazing ally to us in the future, and I would gladly invite your mate if you like." He offered, smiling contentedly while with his free hand he reached for an empty pokeball in his bag. He held it out to the Vozelle, an invitation to join them.

While he waited for the response however, he turned back to the battle and began planning his next course of attack. "Alright, Lupine you're doing great! You've almost got the attack down-pact! Now, I want you to try and use Rollout twice, consecutively. So I want you to run toward Pilby, get into your ball state and roll by it a first time and, without getting out of your ball state, turn around and attack once again!" He explained, hoping that with this Lupine would be able to successfully use Roll Out as it was intended.

Then of course, there was Femme Fatal, who had seemed to understand the concept of collecting the energy and now just needed to retain and release it. "Femme, you're doing well! I'm very proud, now I just want you to try and keep the electricity you have constant and use another quick attack to hit Stantler. If you come into contact, release whatever energy you have!" He ordered, unsure of which of the two attacks she'd made more progress with; whatever the case, he was sure that something good would come from the attack, or at the very least, nothing bad.

So, he waited, watching as both of his pokemon went off to battle and carefully holding the pokeball out for Vozelle. He planned, as soon as she joined them, to catch the Pilby using a another pokeball in his bag, and once Stantler was weakened enough he planned on catching it as well.

Something then came across his mind. Maji looked around for Poison, the woman he'd met a while ago, and wondered where she'd run off to with the Growlithe and Vulpix he'd retrieved for her.

**NOTE: If Pilby reaches 8 HP or less, my character will throw a pokeball so the ref may choose to GM him doing so.
**NOTE2: Poison was introduced a while ago for a plot I was on for a Growlithe and Vulpix >> So yeah...

Again, I am impressed at the sheer balance of things going on. Though the battle was continuing to be more peculiar than expected, you kept your cool and continued to perform admirably, balancing your attempts at both befriending the Vozelle and capture the Pilby and Stantler. To keep this focused, let's split these into three sections - I'm having trouble keeping track of these myself!

VOZELLE

Perhaps the simplest of the three parts, Vozelle was already pretty sweet on you. She seemed to enjoy and be comforted by your presence. The flurry of happy Pokemon around you put her at ease, and the handful of Pokemon feed you gave her kept her interested. Your imperative question was just that - imperative. It was a difficult decision, as a wild Pokemon, to choose to be captured. After all, you could just be putting up a facade, and was ready to smack her in the head after you caught her! But, locking eyes with her mate, the Stantler, Vozelle gave an apologetic smile. With a nudge of her snout, she pressed the white button of your Pokeball, and with a happy giggle, disappeared in a flash of red light. The Pokeball wiggled lightly for a second, but was soon accompanied by a soft beep. The gazelle-like pokemon gave in to your friendly demeanor - thankfully, you weren't the type to beat your Pokemon up, so I suppose her original inhibitions weren't necessary!

:vozelle
Vozelle was caught!

FEMME vs. STANTLER

Continuing your attempts to teach your Femme to produce electricity, you had chosen this battle against the Stantler as a venue for your tutoring. Though Vozelle had initially interrupted your attempts by absorbing the static in the air through her tall horns, she was now safely in a Pokeball in your hands, allowing Femme the Pachirisu to better understand the concepts you had attempted to instill in her. Angry that he was apparently losing this battle, the Stantler attempted to attack with greater disregard for inhibition. Stomping his hooves all over the place, the angered Pokemon was not happy with Femme, making for a rather stressful area to work in.

Despite this, Femme Fatal had a clear advantage: she was much smaller than the large Stantler, allowing her to dart from one end fo the grove to the other without worry. Gathering electricity as she clicked her heels together, running all over the place, the static was safely stored in her tail when - slam! Tired of the chipmunk's annoying behavior, Stantler got close and hit her with a sweep of his mighty antlers. Having safely stored the electricity within her, however, this would not be a repeat of last time. With a heavy breath, Femme let out a roar of electricity, discharging it from her every pore. The attack was not very strong yet, but the vicinity of the attack left the Stantler paralyzed, his muscles suddenly having difficulty moving! It seemed Femme was better understanding what she had to do, the problem was clearly the speed at which she was gathering the static.

LUPINE vs. PILBY
Though Femme's bout with Stantler was still in full swing, it seemed that Lupine's repeated strikes at the Pilby was coming to a close. Despite its best efforts to protect itself, Pilby was becoming quite hurt by the continuous barrage from the little Phanpy. Lupine was quickly growing closer in his understanding of the attack. Now fully comfortable in a ball-like form, the Phanpy whirled around the battlefield much like Femme had been doing mere moments before. Accelerating once more, Phanpy struck the Pilby full force, slamming his form into the bug. This time, rather than bounce into the air, Lupine instead ricocheted - diverting his path, but continuing to move. With a wide turn around, he against slammed into the Pilby.

As he continued to practice, Lupine's sphere-like form attracted gravel, swirling around him as he moved. With practice, this would be an important facet of the attack, as it is what gives the attack its typing. Unfortunately, it seemed Lupine would not have any time to continue his exhibition - the two attacks had left the Pilby far too weak to continue. Realizing this, you threw your Pokeball, and with a few light rumbles, the pill bug was caught! Congratulations!

This last round had gone very well for Maji: First he'd been able to successfully capture Vozelle who chose to come with him. Soon after, he had watched Femme develop her attack quite a bit in its distribution, which meant she'd soon get the hang of it. And finally Lupine had tired the Pilby enough to where it was incapable of escaping the pokeball once he threw it, and he'd also proceeded very well in his use of Rollout. However, there was one little problem in the catching of both Pilby and Vozelle.

8 Pokemon? Without a license?

Maji was now illegally carrying eight pokemon without the license he was aiming to get once he reached Millenia. He placed both pokeballs in his bag, weary of keeping them on his belt in case he passed the cops who were around earlier. For now, he would carry them with him but if he could not get his license in Millenia, he would put them in his PC.

That said, it was time to congratulate Lupine on his job well done. "Lupine," He called and the Phanpy quickly turned to him, happily rolling into his ball form and spinning over to Maji. Obviously he enjoyed the use of Roll Out and soon enough it would become a great tool of his in battle, but it was not yet perfect, and Maji knew this far too well. He pulled out a handful of pokemon food from his bag and held it for Lupine to eat. With glee, the pachyderm pokemon devoured the nice little treat and smiled to Maji. "You did well, you deserve a long rest." Maji's words came through as he grabbed Lupine's pokeball and recalled him in order to let him rest. After placing the ball back on his waist, Maji turned to the battle that remained.

Now, it was time to see if Femme could gather the electricity for her attack more quickly, that seemed to be the main issue in their use of Discharge and it was something that could easily be taken care of. Not to mention, it was common sense that if she could collect it faster, she could collect more at a time which would result in a greater release and more powerful attack; the question was, how to make he collect the electricity in her body without being predictable.

"Femme, you're doing spectacularly in this battle. I'm glad you're able to collect so much electricity to use Discharge already. Let's try and build it up more quickly now." He ordered, still thinking of what he could do in order to collect it. "I want you to use a double focus attack. Once in order to limber up your legs again and increase your speed once more and the second I want you to just focus internally on calling out electricity for your own use. If you can do that, I want you to try another Discharge, otherwise just avoid confrontation with Stantler this turn and build up electricity." These were his orders, if this worked then Femme's speed and Special Attack would go up, allowing her to move more quickly and create static at a faster rate, and maintain control of it for a longer time. Of course, this was all experimental, but if it worked it would definitely be a huge step in their training. Not to mention, with Vozelle off of the battlefield there was nothing to draw away her electricity now... and if she could still overpower Vozelle's lightning rod when it was out, maybe now that it was in a pokeball Femme's electricity would be more powerful.

Of course, that was all just an idea. Nothing was certain.

Bringing sexy back? Apparently?
I do believe I see what you are trying to do here. Pumped up special attack, compiled with speed creates static and the charge slowly built up to the level where Femme would overload and thus…well…create a strong discharge. With the Vozelle out of the picture, the Lightningrod ability was gone and thus nothing was able to draw the electricity away. Perhaps it was just my understanding of how electricity works, but a discharge of electricity But…sadly, the logic of the real world does not apply to Pokemon, so we’ll make do with what we have.

Femme did as you instructed; both easy commands due to them being merely focusing on separate parts of her being. First came the speed, and she began to move, gradually making towards the Stantler before focusing again on special attack. Within her she can feel the electricity surging, building up and ready to release. However, the pressure and strain of such electricity was taking its toll on Femme, making the discharge a little more difficult. That was however until Femme tripped from going so fast and all pressure was released when her focus was lost on building up electricity. In any case, electricity went everywhere, and she scored a direct hit on the Stantler! However, now that most of the excess electricity was used up, she could surely focus on it once more and get it right. I mean, last time was just too much; find the balance and all that.

However, with the sudden outburst of electricity came great strength. Stantler reeled from the attack, sustaining heavy injury and furthermore, rendered unable to attack because of the paralysis. Alas…as good as things were going, Femme was starting to wear down fast. If the battle lasted much longer, she’d faint from exhaustion, so be mindful of that. With how you’re going so far, I’d say Femme has Discharge learned in the next round, and Stantler may be down in the round after. Depends how you act though, as it could possibly go either way.

Maji watched as the last round seemed to go very well for Femme, except for her tripping obviously. But otherwise, it had been a good round and now she was getting the hang of Discharge. “Alright, Femme. I know you’re getting tired now, but let’s try to use Discharge one last time! You know how to collect the energy, you know how to release it, let’s just try to get it all done right this time around! I believe in you!” He cheered from the sidelines, unable to really say much else since it was obvious that whether she learned the move or not this round, she’d be too exhausted to battle anymore afterward.

He looked up to the Stantler, his eyes focusing on the deer-like pokemon and then quickly twitching over to look at the strap of his bag. Within that bag was the Stantler’s mate, the Vozelle, and did he truly want to split them? It took Maji a moment to think this through, he wasn’t a very big fan of Normal Types, but the fact of the matter was that with Stantler’s ability to cast illusions using its antlers… move tutoring would probably be much easier.

Maji made his choice then and quickly reached for another pokeball and readied himself. He looked at Femme once more, wished her luck, and prepared to throw the pokeball once the Stantler was tired enough.

Femme watched on, she was tired now after so much use of the attack. She readied herself though, determined to get this down now as she prepared to collect the electricity once more, focused on the Stantler. If she couldn’t collect the energy, there was no way she was getting out of this battle without a win, so if it came down to it she would offer herself to a dual quick attack, one after the other to knock the large pokemon out. With that, she prepared herself to attack, looking to Maji once more before heading off to battle.

ACQUISITION!
Discharge Mastered! (Femme)
:stantler :male Lv. 11

Femme gathered up the energy insider her like you instructed. It was becoming like a second nature after all this practise, and right now, that seemed to all fall into place and confirm within her mind with a sudden click that she had it right. It welled within her, swirling, coiling, charging up within her core and gradually reaching its breaking point. All the while, Stantler stood there, immobilied by paralysis and glared at you for capturing his mate. It was over for you if it was free of paralysis, as it loved the Vozelle, and was willing to snatch that Pokeball back and crush it until the prison let his love go. It was kinda romantic in a homicidal kinda way. In any case, Femme leapt forward, curled up and then suddenly unfurled her appendages, a widespread blanket of electricity covering the immediate area.

As the bolts of electricity collided with the form of the Stantler, it grunted with pain, buckling to its knees and hanging its head, breathing heavily. The pair of Pokemon remaining in the battle were both panting heavily, one from the exhaustion, and the other from the intense injuries. But…Femme was determined to end this now, so, with one more inner-push, she leapt forward and collided with the Stantler with a Quick Attack, hitting it squarely on the head. As she rolled away, the Stantler took one more deep breath, wailed and collapsed, defeated. Femme fell to her back, panting heavily and exhausted, curled up for a little nap, her breaths deep as her energy caught up to her body.

You flung your Pokeball overhead and it bounced off the Stantler’s body, the cloud of red light being engulfed by the spherical holding chamber, and fell to the ground, wriggling only gently. One, two, three, and that’s all she wrote; it was over, done. Stantler had joined.

BATTLE WON!
Femme gained 11 :exp !
Femme levelled up!
Femme learned Charm!

Stantler gained 8 :exp !
For the time being I am retired from Alternia. Due to the nature of my work, I've become very busy and time here is hard to find. I shall return eventually however.

Maji sighed, the battle was over and he and Femme had officially come out victorious. His thoughts bounced from one to another, amazed that he'd been able to win the battle when Femme was just inches away from exhausting herself into unconciousness. Not only that, but she'd learned and perfected Discharge! A feat he'd not expected in this single battle, but had hoped for throughout. "Great job, Femme. You deserve a rest; thank you." He said as he held out her pokeball and recalled her to a place where she could rest happily.

Now that she'd been recalled and Stantler had been put on his Team there were only two things that needed to be addressed. The first, how was Maji going to get the extra three pokemon he had with him out of his bag and into the PC before the popo found out? And secondly, where was Poison leading him with that Vulpix and Growlithe of hers...

He walked over to the girl, Poison, after placing the stantler's pokeball in his bag with the Pilby and Vozelle's pokeballs. "Sorry for the wait, now what?" He asked, offering his hand to aid her in standing from the ground where she'd sat through his battles. With a flick of her free hand, he grabbed another pokeball and released Mitchi from his confinement, allowing him to rest on his shoulder.

"Mitchi, I want you to listen up for anything nearby that might be dangerous. Human or Pokemon, let me know immediately." He said, a little bit paranoid that something might sneak up on them at any moment. He looked back over to Poison, there was something that they still needed to do, and the sooner it was done, the better it would be for him to move on to Millenia.

[[Note: Ah! It feels good to RP again... Poison is his current NPC Partner, she has a Gastly, Vulpix :female Level 10, Growlithe :male Level 10. I am on a plot with her in order to attain a Vulpix and Growlithe. This is bonus information in the event that Light.Eden can't get my request.]]

Poison smiled at you strangely. “Mercury …” she said quietly, taking your hand and standing up. Upon standing up, she dusted herself and glanced around the area you two were in. She had a slightly contented look on her face – was where you were the place she intended to go to? You had no way of finding out, until …

She started walking and took a sharp turn right. “Over here!” came her soft voice with a flick of her hair. You followed her, naturally; Mitchi had no signs of being uneasy, which meant that everything was a-okay for now. Where Poison was at the moment wasn’t more than several strides away, though if she wasn’t there, you wouldn’t be able to find the well-hidden clearing.

Before her were two white stones, one stacked on top of the other. They seemed like rare evolutionary stones, if it wasn’t for the fact that they weren’t stolen as of yet. Then again, due to how distanced this place was, no one would know of their existence. Before the stones were a small bundle of flowers – daisies, actually – wait, so this was a makeshift grave? If so, how many others were lying dotted around this patch of forest?

The girl turned to you with a sad expression on her face before kneeling down before the grave. Her hand gently strokes the pearl-like stone, while Platina and Iridia flanked her. This place clearly held some sort of meaning for her, and it seemed that your task was to escort her to this place, after all.

Platina gave a soft yelp, her warm eyes turning to you. Were you going to do anything about this situation, or remain in silence? However, I think it’d be good to ask –

“Mercury, I’m happy you came along with me.”

– well, Poison broke the silence before you. Do as you please; I highly doubt things are going to screw up for you.

Maji looked on at the makeshift gravesight and felt slight unease as he turned to look at Poison. She was saddened, now kneeling by the floral display, the two fire-canine pokemon at either side. It was obvious that this was more than a simple gravesight, something --or someone-- rested here that meant a lot of Poison.

The silence was deafening for a few moments as Maji tried to come up with something to say. It was difficult, for he did not want to disrespect the grave or interrupt what he thought was Poison's mourning. Soon enough, she turned to him and spoke aloud.

A thank you? It was a strange thing, he hadn't expected such an act all of a sudden, for all he did was follow her until they got here, and he'd even prolonged their arrival with a battle. However, he hadn't the time to think of this before he felt himself nod. "It's my pleasure.." He said first, feeling Mitchi jump off of his shoulder briefly before landing on the ground with a light thud.

There was silence yet again, he hadn't the nerve to say anything quite yet. However, the silence was soon broken when he heard Mitchi's voice chime from nearby. He turned to the rodent and saw him pluck a flower from nearby, and cross over back to Maji. He knelt then and grabbed the flower from Mitchi, looking at it with distinction before turning back to Poison.

He then broke the silence himself, lifting Mitchi to his arms yet again before the rodent then climbed back up unto his shoulder. "Poison," He began, clearing his throat briefly before continuing, "To whom does this grave belong?" He hoped not to come off rudely, but curiosity was a large part of who he was as a trainer and person in general.

Mitchi too seemed curious, eyes locked on Poison and her canines... what would be the result of this adventure?
