Z = 104 ( Amount of Times the SL is updated per Year)
2(Z)= A
A= 208 (Total Pokémon Available each year )

A/G= Q
Q = The 1.5/100 chance that your specific Pokémon will appear on the Starter list

So there you have it. The chances of you getting the actually Pokémon you want are very slim. And even if it somehow appears on the SL there’s always the 50% chance that someone will get it before you.
