Nigerian-Russian treaty
Article 1 Nigeria and Russia both agree never to attack each other regardless of their alliance. If the two countries are in different alliances and those two alliances declare war on each other both nations agree never to send troops to attack each other.
Article 2 If either nation needs financial help the other will try its best to help the other even if they can't afford to send money, but not so that the other country is also in need of financal help.
Article 3 The two nations agree to help each other in national and foreign affairs unless one nation requests the other does not get involved.
Article 4 Any resources needed by each of the countries will be provided for a reasonable price.
Article 5 Both countries agree that if they both have a certain stockpile of resources which are in desperate need of another nation, they will discuss an inflated price unless the country in need is an ally.
