The Peruvian representative stepped into the room. "Thank you for accepting my meeting request. I wish to ask you on behalf of my President, If Canada could arrange to have it's companies aid us in modernizing our water system and setting up electricity lines to rural areas. We would appreciate it if Canadian experts could be tagged along by some promising young students in this field to see first-hand how professionals like the Canadians do it. We ask you because Canada has some of the best systems in the world. This project would be long-term, over a course of several years, as renewing Peru's infrastructure cannot be done so quickly, our previous upgrades left us in a mess when they where rushed."
