The PRC goverment has announced a plan for a very large aid and reform package. It would aim to repair and extend chinas aging infrastructure. It would pay for a new sources of energy. In addition it would fight local curroption and create a EPA like agency. It would also aim to protect workers,keep the economy going and various other things. |
