OOC: Since we all KNOW APEC won't be able to be fully accomplished, I'll start listing some of it's accomplishments, with links to prove it, and seriously, I'm still going HOLY **** at what they promised.

-100 thousand million(100 Billion O_O) in investments in Peru over 5 years. Proof in Spanish

-FTA with USA to take effect as soon as Obama enters office. More proof in Spanish

-Peru, USA, and Australia to join the P4(Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership, which is basically a FTA) by 2010-even more proof, this time in english

That's really anything meaningful that doesn't have to do anything with the financial crisis that never happened. Also, we're all going to assume Barack Obama took office, I guess?

A free trade agreement to take place as soon as obama gets into office. That sounds unrealistic. Obama has said he was against the Colombian deal and I see no reason why he would like this one any better.

OOC: I saw the second debate, he was pro-Peruvian FTA, I'll get a copy of the debate and prove it if you bug me about it too much.
