The Peruvian government has recently announced a major tourism and education reform plan, as well as some minor military reform, and will need 900 million USD to achieve these goals, but the outcome could result in a major economic boom and an increase in employment that could put atleast 1 million Peruvians into an honest job. We are looking for all loans to have a 9-12% interest rate at the most to be paid back over 10 years, and these loans do not have to come from a single source. We await all replies.

We have received all the funding necessary for the reforms we intend to do, and we thank the Chinese for their generous donation.
