The Burmese government has allowed the Indian government to bring in aid and people. All aid must go through India first.

The cyclone has now completely dissipitated, although flooding is still severe in the lowlands.

As Burma: The aid will be distributed to those we judge to need it. People we think are in need will get help. We thank the international community for its kind help.
