OOC: this is very late, but: Burma: We will reject all aid for the time being. All aid currently in the country in the form of food and emergency supplies will be warehoused and searched, before being distributed. Many foreign volunteers are currently stuck in airports due to the Junta's unwillingness to issue visas. The cyclone is currently weakening and is dissipitating inland. It passed by Yangon. We ask burma why you are rejecting help that you are in severe need for. First you accept our aid, now you change your mind. We have sent you this aid to help save lives, andyou just throw the stuff in a warehouse before you give it out teh cold dieing homless people who are in need to any help they can get. Why is this? If you are storing food and emergency supplies, where is all the given money going to?we need to know this is going to a good cause. Edited by Japan, Nov 3 2008, 08:52 PM.
