"I also hope so, we would like to sound out your government on some prospects of cooperation between our 2 nations, firstly would be a potential extension to the Trans-Siberian railway through North Korea into South Korea which could be used to channel South Korean products to Europe faster and cheaper than the current shipping method, secondly to the prospect of an underwater oil and ags pipline between Russia and South Korea, this would go under the Sea of Japan by passing North Korean waters, this would allow for pipeline level costs for oil and gas (signifcantly less than tankers) without the danger of North Korea cutting off the supplies, and finally we would like to discuss the potential for tarriffs between Russia and South Korea to be lowered as this would encourage growth of industry and tarde in both nations. |

A number of questions. Would the Trans-siberian railway be monitered by Russian troops, becuase there is a threat that North Korea could take the cargo of the trains at there stations? The underwater pipeline sounds good and i think me and my colleges would feel fine about it. And the tariffs are dependant on how much you want them lowered, but i'm pretty sure we could decrease them within certain lines. |

If North Korea agrees to it Russian troops could be used to guard the trains, but this is merely sounding you out about it, talks would have to take place with representatives of both yur government and North Korea's before it could be more than theory. We are pleased to hear about your positive views on this pipeline idea, we would be willing to spilt the costs of making the pipeline 50-50 with South Korea. We were hoping for a bilateral drop of 15% in tariffs. |

OOC: Isn't 15% a bit much? Plus i wouldn't decrease it by that much straight away, i'd decrease it a little by little till it got to that over say a few years. Other then that i have no questions. |

OOC: I'm saying 15% in that if tariffs were 25%the new tariffs would be 21.25% which is a fall of 15%. |
