The Turkish government has outlined it new energy policy, it has plans to increase the numbers of small Geo-thermal power plants and will be providing subsidies to convert to Geo-thermal based heating for Turkish buildings in area with the potential (roughly 30%of Turkey). They are also investingating the potential for Nuclear reactors in the Aegean and black sea coasts to forfill the increasing demand for powerr in these areas. |
