The government decided on building 3 facilities to facilitate the needs of the Italian people. ... Italian Energy giant, Enel, is proposing to build 3 power plants. Two nuclear power facilities: One in Latina, and one in Genova. The third plant will be a hydroelectric plant in Venice. The plants are proposed to be build in 2011, and the Hydroelectric in 2010. The price quoted was to be under $20 billion dollars not including lifetime upkeep.
