Increase in Katana Based Crime The Katana is the historical weapon of the Japanese Samurai. But, in modern times he weapon is being used for less honorable purposes and crimes involving the Katan are mostly murders. The Japanese Crime Organisation are discussing making the sales of Katanas, even for decorational purposes, mre retricted making it like the Sales of weapons such as guns. |

The National Diet have been talking about the Katana sales restriction, but have come to the conclusion that restricting the sale wouldn't really change much to the amount of Katana related crime that has suddenly sprung. The diet has also pinned the blame on an Anime for the violence, as the Katana is used in a graphic, and violent way. They believe this is the reason the Katana has become quite the weapon for robbery, and murder lately. |

A B-17 Flying Fortress bomber from WW2 has been found lying at the bottom of sea just off Okinawa. The bomber will be retrieved from the bottom of the sea and then, with permission from the american air-force, it will either be sent to America, or be sold to a japanese War Museum for display. |
