Today witnessed a large rally for George Weah and his low cost housing for the growing number of Liberians living in the country side. George Weah has been criticized as not in touch with Liberians and failing to realize that most homeless people in Liberia live in Monrovia and surrounding areas. The presidential candidate has held steadfast countering that with LCH becoming available in the country side more people will move away from the city.

In Monrovia during the wee hours of the morning, gunshots were heard at a local wealthy person's house. 15 robbers were attempting to break into the house to steal money. Fortunately, they did not know that the house was located next to the LNPF headquarters and the person had guards patrolling. A few more shots were fired, but no one got hurt. The gang was then arrested and taken to the jail.

The LNPF have arrested a man suspected of being a part of a Nigerian trained gang of thieves. The man will be questioned to figure out where the rest of the members are and to find out where they are getting their weapons from.

The 3,500 Liberian Officers will hopefully be increased to 5,000 by this time next year, leaders say. "We hope that with 5,000 LNPOs the Liberians will feel safer and will start to increase the economic activity in the country."

1,000 Liberian Fire Fighters will be trained to fight blazes sparked up when Saharan Dust comes and dries the land. The Head of the LNFD will be Zach Olagana. He will be in charge of watching over the training of the forces.

Liberian police officers clashed with the West Side Boyz after a group of white UN peacekeepers were attacked by the gang. Within a couple of minutes the police officers received back up from 50 Liberian soldiers.

The WSB dug into the country side of Liberia as Liberian soldiers and police officers fired their new weapons onto the gang. Five gang members were injured within the first hour of fighting, and many more were injured in the next seven hours of fighting.

With their numbers ravaged and half of their gang members in jail, the West Side Boys ran in the direction of Sierra Leone. The Military has been put on alert and the LNPF has upped patrols in gang territory.

The West Side Boyz again attacked a group of patrolling UN soldiers, again white. The UN soldiers were forced to fight back and killed a gang member. The group quickly fled towards the Sierra Leone border. The UN soldiers inspected the gang member and found a US M4 Carbine in his possession.
