The soldiers will go through training with the weapons to hopefully be able to use them better.

The AFL will try to recruit 1,000 soldiers each year to reach the goal. Suraj A. Abdurrahman the Major General of the Army Division of the AFL has been moved up to General. Steven Steadmenon has been appointed as General of the Air Force Division, and John Averson has been appointed Admiral of the Navy Division. Gen. Suraj A. Abdurrahman will begin overseeing the improvement of the Army Division and has said that the soldiers will now undergo a harder training regiment to ensure that they will protect the country to the best of their ability. Adm. John Averson has promised 22 new recruits for the Navy Division, saying that he will not accept anything less than the best. Gen. Averson has announced an additional 78 recruits, bringing the planned number of recruits to 100. Gen. Abdurrahman has announced that over 1,000 peope have responded to his recruiting, but not all of them will be able to join the army. Averson has reported that out of the over 400 people that showed up to join the Navy Division, 220 have been chosen and out of those, the best will be chosen. He hopes that by the time the fleet will be ready, the personnel will be ready too Gen. Abdurrahman has reported, "the recruits are doing well, but they haven't reached hell yet." Gen. Steadmenon has reported that the pilots are doing better, and that the skies are be completely controlled by the Air Force Division. The two Super Devora MK II have been named the LRS Maryland and the LRS Montserrado. The M Parnaíba (U-17) has been named the LRS Roberts (for the first president) and is the Flagship of the navy. The ships will be cleaned down, refurbished, and repainted before they go out to sea.

The Navy Division has given the ships a face lift and the ships will begin sailing and protecting Liberian waters under the hardly flown Liberian Naval Jack.
