Rules Concerning Nuclear Power and Weapons No country can attempt to build nuclear weapons without suffering severe consuquences, such as invasion embargo's (blockades, bans ect) or being nuked. The only countries that can ever build nukes without consequence are: The United States of America The Russian Federation The French Republic The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland The Republic of India The Islamic Republic of Pakistan The State of Israel The Peoples Republic of China These countries are strictly forbidden from selling nuclear weapons to any other countries. Please note that no one can create nuclear arms in secret, because it would be found out. Things are realistic to an extent in this game and realisticly, secret nuke building would be found out. However, is extremely closed off nations such as North Korea and Burma, it could be possible, although Burma doesn't need nukes. No country is immune from sanctions or consequences from building nuclear arms and for pretty much every country, it isn't worth the loss. Also, note that certain countries would never want to or could create nukes. This includes most of the world. Nuclear power Almost every country on the planet has means to create nuclear power. This is not limited to a select few countries and is available to everyone who can afford it. It is a cleaner source of energy that many countries are switching to.
